I have a next door neighbor that needed to borrow a utility trailer. They had to be in Denver to pickup a piece of medical equipment on very short notice. Now my trailer needed some serious attention, and I was extremely reluctant to let them borrow it without some repairs done to it.They brought the trailer down to John at 7:00 am with no prior appointment. He had the wheel bearings packed, tires replaced and fixed faulty wiring to make the blinkers work again. They were on the road by noon that same day! I can't say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend!!!

We came in from Minnesota and had some brake problems in my f350, they told me to bring it in and fixed my problem and had it done the same day! Amazing service definitely call them if you need any work done. Thank you

My check engine light came on so I stopped by Williams at 830 one morning and asked them to take a look and also to change my oil. They did the repair and the oil change by 10.15.

If you are a local trying to find great service, or a college student trying to find a shop for assistance this is a great place for both! They are just a simple down-to-earth shop. They fit you in as soon as possible and give you the best deal possible. My dad is a mechanic 6hrs away and the guys here treated me and took care of the car as if it was for their own family. They do what is in their best interest and not just to get the $$. Definitely my #1 choice for vehicle service and repairs!

I tried to discuss my issue with the shop supervisor before having any work done. He said he needed to look at it on the hoist. It would only take a moment. Shortly, he came back and said it was almost fixed. No opportunity to discuss options. He charged me $65 and said "by the way, you need additional work that we don't do here. And you need to do it soon or what we just fixed will break again." I would have chosen to have somebody else do all the work at the same time. I was definitely bulldozed! Not happy. I do not recommend.

We had two flats with our Xterra. They fixed one of them but couldn t find the other flat. I was 100% confident the other tire had a hole because I saw it the night before. The boss said to take the tire off and find it.I appreciated their honesty and hard work. The got right on it without question.

We are from Minnesota on vacation when our vehicle breaks down on a Saturday afternoon. It was towed in on Monday morning and was done by 4 pm THAT DAY. We were supposed to be home Sunday and were expecting to have to wait till Tues or Wednesday for it. I wish we had service like this in Minnesota. When we call for an oil change appointment, its usually a week out wait back home and we have several options.

My wife and I got a flat tire on our vacation. They were able to get us in right away. Very friendly staff, great price, and a full service gas station/shop. Highly recommended. You can't find small-town service like this anywhere else.

They're an honest shop and if they can't help you they'll point you to someone who can. I've used them exclusively for years dread moving away someday because finding a new shop is the hardest thing in a new town.Good, honest people who give it to you straight and will explain it to you if you need them too but they don't treat you like you're dumb.

ATTENTION STUDENTS AND TRAVELERS: My daughter (student at BHSU) needed a new alternator on her Toyota RAV4. Another local shop quoted $657. We weren t even sure if that included tax. They claimed that since the vehicle came from a US factory, it required a more expensive alternator. My hometown mechanic scoffed at that explanation and said that when he needed a repair in Spearfish, Williams Standard (recommended by local NAPA Auto Parts) treated him fairly. A friend in Spearfish also recommended Williams Standard without hesitation. The final charge from WS was $440, after tax.

John opened up his shop Christmas day so I can make it home from out of state. honest, & a straight shooter. Won't give you something you don't need. I wish I had a mechanic like this in my town.

I had a flat tire and they came to my workplace to get my car and fixed the tire in no time. Great service. Thanks guys

Had an alternator go out on me right before work. They were kind enough to take it in immediately and did it for a solid price.
