Service writer did not listen. I found a service bulletin addressing the problem. I repeatedly mentioned the service bulletin when I made the appointment. It was ignored and an estimate of 700 plus dollars was quoted for the repair. I mentioned the service bulletin again and they finally looked at it and made the repair. They still charged for some diagnostic time that was should would been taken care of by the service bulletin. Also noticed some damage caused by the technician. Disappointing repair experience.

Prompt and courteous service. I called the Ford dealership in Sturgis because they are closer to my house but after having been on hold for 20 minutes, I knew that that was not the place I wanted to do business with. I went up to Spearfish and they were so accommodating and Helpful. I ll never go anywhere else. A company can do all the advertising it wants but when it comes down to customer service all the advertising in the world can t hide your indifference. I ll be going to White s Canyon Ford for as long as I own vehicles.

I'm Impressed that I can call the service department, and if I need to leave a message, Lance, the service manager, always calls me back and is very attentive to my concerns. Good customer service is everything and keeps me coming back.

Whites Ford puts the "P" in professionalism! I have bought two trucks from this dealership! Service Department is stellar, thankyou Lance! Brad is a top notch salesman, if you need it, he will find it and his word is gold. Took multiple phone calls to multiple people to get a warranty claim done. Had to call multiple times while truck was in the shop to get an update from the shop. Especially considering I got charged for a non-covered warranty item.

This service department is one of the best around this area. We have used them for the past 20 years for our Ford service needs. Lance was very courteous and professional and made sure our vehicle was fixed and ready in a timely manner. We had an emergency while traveling and couldn t travel over 25 mph. They got us in and diagnosed much faster than originally thought and had us back in the road soon after they received the part needed. Very courteous and explained the details of our repair thorough. I have been going to White s Canyon Ford in Spearfish for years with multiple Ford vehicles. I ve never been disappointed. They treat me well, their pricing is fair and I ve never left feeling that they overreached or acted inappropriate in any of my transactions with them. I took the old truck ( 1995 ) F250 in to replace Auto transmission shift cable, fix emergency brakes. Ended up replacing brakes and more expense work upon further inspection. Even though I was not planning to spend that much,It was needed and I do appreciate the Service dept in letting me know issues so that I could make a smart decision to do necessary repairs.Services: Electrical, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes
