Highly Impressed!If it were possible to award more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I shared Chase's inspection report with some of my close relatives when we were reviewing it, and they unanimously praised it as one of the most comprehensive and neatly arranged reports they have ever come across. Chase took the time to meet with us, discuss the report, and his approach was incredibly professional and supportive. Don't hesitate to reach out to Chase to arrange your next inspection. Without a doubt, I will be asking to work with West River Inspections for all my future home inspection needs.

I've had Chase inspect two homes for me and both times was impressed with the level of quality he provided. He's extremely detailed, communicates well and makes sure that his discoveries are easily translated to all parties involved. I highly recommend his services if you're looking for a home inspection. I'd give him 6-stars if that was an option.

Chase has been very helpful in answering all of our questions. Circumstances changed and we no longer needed the inspection at this time. He contacted us immediately to make sure it wasn t something that he had said that changed the situation, which it wasn t, and in my opinion is awesome customer service! We will definitely use this company in the future.

Chase was an amazing and detailed home inspector. His was report included a ton of pictures and clear details on all issues in the home he was inspecting. He also called to go over his report with me and make sure all my questions were answered. Even the handyman I sent his report to was shocked by the level of detail in the report. Highly recommend Chase for anybody looking for a quality home inspector.

Chase was great!! We are out of state so it was important to find someone who could give us an unbiased opinion of work to be done. He did a very thorough job. He worked with our representative in South Dakota to point out things that needed our attention. He sent us a report that was complete and included photos. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs!!

I just wanted to share my experience with West River Inspections. Chase did not perform 1, but 2 home Inspections for me in the course of 2 months. Based on his thorough inspection, I decided not to purchase the original house I had an offer on. I found another house right away and called Chase to complete another inspection for me. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and best of all a really good guy. I highly recommend working with Chase and your next home purchase!

Reached out to Chase after finding him through google search. It was nice that number I called was directly to him and he took time to explain process to me as we were wanting inspection completed on home we plan on buying. Chase was very flexible with his schedule getting us in the same week I called him and the report was also back to me the same week. During the walk through we completed after inspection - Chase did well at breaking things down and making it easy for me to understand. He is very knowledgeable and helpful definitely recommend giving him a call

Chase was FANTASTIC!! We received incredible communication from beginning to end of our inspection. He was very timely and got into the house quickly and provided our reports quickly after as well!! Chase was very thorough and made that clear in his inspection write-up. As out of town buyers this was very important! He was willing to explain as many things in detail as we needed, and for a first time home buyer this made us feel very comfortable in the process! I would highly recommend West River Inspections!!!

Chase was excellent. He was willing to work with my very short notice and accommodate us last minute. The depth he went into inspecting and explaining everything to us was not only informative, but preventative as well. Any little tiny thin that that was put of place, chase new about it. We are in the process of buying a house in Lead S.D. sight unseen and were given Chase's name by our new employer. He quickly responded to our request and was very flexible in what needed to be inspected. Turns out we needed a water test as well as a radon test which he agreed to do even though it caused him going to pick up test kits and bringing them in to be analyzed. Chase also took extra pictures and sent a diagram of the house to give us an idea of where everything was.Chase is very easy to work with and I highly recommend him for your inspection needs.Service: Manufactured home inspections

I have had 4 inspections completed in the last 5 years, in multiple states, and I can say that Chase is by far one of the better inspectors out there. His knowledge of building codes is impeccable and he can explain complicated things in an easy manner for the general person to understand while not loosing the nuance of the overall complexity of the thing being discussed.He is very detailed, and completes his reports that are easy to read in a timely (very quick!)manner.Next time I need a home inspector in the Black Hills area of SD, I will be calling him back.

Chase came to inspect our house for what I thought were any minor issues that could be found before our 1 year build warranty was up. He was able to find so much more, like a crack in our foundation that was leaking water in. Our building company is now responsible for the cost and we would not have found it if it wasn t for him! Very professional and got our report to us less than a few days after the inspection.Services: New construction inspections, 11th month warranty inspections

I would recommend chase Williamson to everyone! He is very professional and thorough with his inspection. He is an extremely friendly person and was open to any questions or concerns my fianc� and I had. He took the time to explain things to us. Chase was very specific with his findings and recommendations. He is not afraid to get on his hands and knees and get dirty to get a complete look at things. Again, I would recommend chase to all my family and friends.Services: New construction inspections, Annual maintenance checkup, 11th month warranty inspections

Chase did a great job doing two different home inspections for us at very reasonable prices. For both of our inspections he took the time to give a complete walk through of the home with us and his report. He was very thorough in making sure not to miss anything. He also followed up to see how things went with our home after receiving our report. Highly recommend if you need an inspection done!

Chase completed a geothermal inspection on the heated flooring in our basement. He was able to get the flooring working, which has helped efficiently heat our home and lower expenses. We were able to turn our thermostat down a few degrees due to the warmth provided by the heated floor. Chase was great to work with and we greatly appreciate his expertise!

We are buying a home site unseen. Just pictures and videos with our realtor. Chase s inspection was very detailed with pictures, videos, explanations, fixit tips, and a follow up phone call for questions. Awesome customer service!!
