I never write reviews. My truck rolled in to the shop belching white smoke and a messy mixture of transmission fluid / oil out the bottom. Terry came out during a blizzard last week, crawled under my truck, and had a solution on order within 10 minutes. Guy gave me a ride home, fixed it at a reasonable cost, and just generally did a great job. Brought her back from the dead and I m super thankful because I love that truck.

Fair pricing and quality service, Terry and his people were very friendly and helpful. Didn't take much time at all to get my car back on the road again, I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I had called valley auto looking for a part yesterdayThey said they had several of the part I needed and that they would call me or I could call them back. They never. called me so I had gone to the place of business and I was told that they havent even went and looked yet. Mind you it's been a few hrs since the first initial contact.its been another day and I've gotten nothing back and they dont answer the office phone. So I'll be buying online and probably end up saving money anyways. Not very good business especially for a local to local. Deal. I need my wheels. We were traveling through Spearfish and needed a diagnosis on our engine issues- was recommended Valley Auto and we called and they worked us in pretty quickly! they were able to do testing and find our problem in 30-40 minutes. We travel in our RV- we are able to drop the RV across the street from the shop and hang out there while our truck was being tested. Dan was so nice and very straight forward! He even walked me through how to fix my problem since they were only able to do a diagnosis. Absolutely recommend this company! Thanks again, Dan!

Valley Motor gives me peace of mind that all repairs are done right. When I have an oil change Terry checks vehicle over for anything that needs done. Got my SUV fixed with very quickly and with super short notice. Had everything they needed to fix the AC on hand and price was very reasonable. Very happy with the service.

Great service. Great people. They have had a high amount of theft including vehicle theft. Perhaps you should stop in the office first and ask before helping yourself and wondering around. You want respect you should probably start by respecting the business owners. Respect is earned, not given.

Over charged my friend DOUBLE of what it should of been. Plus with all the drama going on, and how that truck has been there since SEPTEMBER. 1200$ to fix a clutch. Haha highway robbery.
