Steve (Sales) and Kristi (Finance) were great! It took a couple weeks to dial in on what truck made us happy and Steve was knowledgeable and patient along the way. Our buying experience was one of, if not the best!, we ve ever had in our 45 years of buying vehicles. We were also happy with the trade-in process. Kristi walked us through finance along with showing us some additional coverage and she made it completely stress free! We highly recommend Spearfish GMC! Thanks again Steve! You were a great help and representative of Spearfish GMC! We ll miss seeing you this week!Update..we had our tonneau cover and running boards installed by the Spearfish GMC Service Department. Terry and John were very helpful and explained what work was done. I continue to feel happy with our truck purchase here at Spearfish GMC and now having met some of the service department, I m more confident we made the right decision to purchase from Spearfish GMC.

We have bought several new vehicles from Jason Konstant at Spearfish Motors and he is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Spearfish Motors is large enough to have a decent amount of inventory or in my situation the ability to order a new Sierra Duramax for me. However they are small enough to care and provide a wonderful vehicle buying experience. Since my Sales Person, Jason does the vehicle ordering for the Dealership, I made one phone call and approximately 10 weeks later I was at the Dealership picking up my new Sierra. That's what relationships and excellent service and a commitment to their Customers is all about. In closing I believe Spearfish Motors is the best GM Dealership in the entire region.CA Sloan

I m so happy to have found this dealership! The service dept goes above & beyond in treating their customers with respect & kindness! My truck was in for it 90-97k check up and all items were throughly discussed in a manner that was pleasant and understandable. Also luv the fact I could pick up the truck the next day.I feel the price was also reasonable to the amount of work that was done.

Huge lack of integrity at this dealership.We would have been repeat customers if the experience was better and honest! Previous salesmen avoided us and eye contact, and no one else really cared that we were repeat customers, all about the $$.Just as bad is they devalued our trades by over $25k, they must think people are dumb, and don t do their homework. I know it s a business and they need to make money. I operate 2 businesses myself, so I get it! But, one of my trade ins I just got $16k more on trade from a different, HONEST dealership.I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, some new, some used. Some trade ins, some cash, some personal, and some business. This was the most dishonest, unethical I ve ever seen a dealership operated in all my years. What s sad is that my wife and I could see the conviction in our sale ladies face, but obviously wasn t convicted enough to make an honest deal. Worst off is that we had our kids there too, so it wasn t some company rig. They were willing to screw over a family just to make a fat payday when they resold our vehicles.Really sad, I had much higher expectations for a gmc dealer than that. Hope you guys get your act together, unfortunately no one I know will ever go to you again.** In response to dealership reply**The vehicle I traded in and got $16k more for had zero hail damage. But once we trade that vehicle in I ll be sure to post that difference in reviews as well!

Had my first oil Change on my 2023 Acadia today and I felt very comfortable at the service area. I was most impressed that that they washed my vehicle; something my previous Rapid City dealership never did. Thank you

Road trip and traveling to Yellowstone from Minnesota with the wife and kids, we ended up in Spearfish , our van was having some issues and we stopped in to see Jason and Rocky. They got us into a new vehicle and back on the road. They gave us a fair trade in offer for our high milaged van that was on its last leg. The whole experience with these guys was pleasent. Jason did a great job of alleviating the stress involved and getting us back on track for our vacation.Thanks guys!

I do not shop dealers or makes. Spearfish GMC Cadillac has taken care of me for many years. Great sales staff (Jason Konstant) and the best service department I have ever experienced. They have made me a very loyal GMC customer.

It took a long time for us to find a new Yukon. Jason, our sales person, was very helpful, kept us informed about the status of our vehicle, explained all the vehicle features when we picked up the car, and followed up with us to see if we had any issues or questions. I absolutely love Spearfish motors. EVERYTIME we are in there we are treated so well. I appreciate that Rocky remembers us and always makes a point to say hello. The crew in the service department always go above a beyond. The next time we look at buying a vehicle we will buy through Spearfish Motors for sure. The lack of communication was the biggest part of giving a low score. The second factor was that I wasted a trip from Cheyenne to Spearfish to have work done on my truck that still did not fix the problem. I understand that the parts delay was not the dealerships fault but a call stating that the parts were in or an ETA would have been great. I called several times and the response was: hey ill check on that and call you back. I would wait a few more days then call in again. Who knows when the parts actually came in. First appointment was June 2nd. Second appointment was July 5th. The only communication initiated in a month was by me and I still have an $85,000 truck with no working passenger windows, running board or mirror.

We were traveling cross country when we received an alert that one of our tires was loosing pressure rapidly. We stopped into the dealership and they pulled it right in and repaired the issue. Great customer service, a big thank you to the entire service department.

The dealership had the vehicle I wanted in stock. Jeff, our salesperson, was great to work with. He held the truck until we got there, answered all our questions, and showed us the truck. Dylan, in finance, was also great to work with. He got us in, worked through the paperwork, and got us back on the road home in a timely manner.

First I will say that the employees were prompt and knowledgeable. The quality of service received was another story. I purchased my Sierra back in 2020 and have utilized Vern Eide GMC in Mitchell for everything it needed. I understand that an oil change for this pickup averages around $110 and usually takes an hour. The service I received at Spearfish Motors took less than 30 min and he even check my 4 wheel drive in that time. I never received received a checklist of things that were performed during my service. It seemed it was a drop the oil, replace, and done. I did not receive the warm fuzzy feeling that I have been accustomed to at the GMC dealership in Mitchell. Also the reminder sticker for the oil change was wrong, I feel if the only thing they did was an oil change they could have gotten the sticker correct. I just moved to Spearfish and will be looking to upgrade my GMC in the future but will be taking my business to another dealership. Very disappointed in quality of work and will not be back.

I had a Service appt on 12/15/22. However, due to snowstorm and no travel allowed on that day, Since the dealership was closed for that day, I had to call back on Friday to re-schedule the appointment. Suprisingly, John was able to get my appointment set up on Saturday 9:00am. I really appreciated the effort to get the appointment rescheduled so quickly.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish! Saw a vehicle online that they just posted and called them if they can put a hold on for us to check it out, we live in Rapid City. When we got there we dealt with Dylan Miner and he was a great help to get us in and out, we got a great deal on a truck! Would recommend to anyone also they guarantee the vehicles 90 day or 3,000 miles with a $100 deductible if something breaks in that period which you do not see! Great people great work Thanks again!

We re on a 17 day road trip and our DEF tank on our 2022 Sierra needed to be replaced. Reached out to the dealership during our travels and both John in service and Roger in parts, have gone above and beyond to help locate one. Drove to the dealership on our way home to Georgia. We are so thankful for all they have done to repair our new truck so we can get back on the road without any worries. The gentleman in detail also did an outstanding job detailing the truck.We highly recommend this dealership, from the service, to the employees and managers, all very nice folks.
