We have now purchased two of our *favorite* Jeeps from Roughlock Auto & have been absolutely blown away by the whole experience each time!!Kris has been our car buying best friend both times & man, he is SO much fun to work with, he knows his vehicles, he s honest, and really made the whole experience super enjoyable.I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire Roughlock Auto Team. They have truly gone above and beyond taking care of us & getting us into our dream vehicle! We now have a killer Jeep Gladiator that fits our lifestyle perfectly!Thank you Roughlock Auto Team for making our Christmas Miracle come true!! Y all are truly the best!

Purchased a 2011 Suburban LT 4wd from Roughlock 6/2022 while on a work assignment in Rapid City. We needed a reliable vehicle to tow Our new travel trailer. We towed Our new rig almost 3000mi in 11 days. 1500+ miles home to Texas, 3days later another 1400mi to Virginia. Currently My daily driver. (80mi a day) 17k miles so far and its never let Us down. These fine folks have never met Us and Yet treated Us like Family, I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for taking care of Us. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend this locally owned family dealership!! The best dealership around. First time buying a car from a dealership and everything went smooth and perfect. They are very straightforward, honest, and easy to understand. Kris from the dealership, was so helpful and answered all my questions or concerns. He made everything go so easy and gave me everything i wanted (price wise, vehicle wise, trade-in value of my car).Very reasonable priced vehicles as well as great trade-in offers. They truly made everything so easy and they do not try to screw you over. Ask for Kris when you go look.

Called on our way from Gillette and Kris had 2 cars waiting for us to test drive. Found the one we liked and we were back in Gillette! Whole trip took less than 5 hours! Awesome people to work with!

I have been shopping for a Ford F150 Lariat, Roughlock Auto had a Platinum f150 on the lot. Unfortunately, it was not exactly what I wanted, and I ended up buying a truck at another dealership. Nevertheless, I still want to recommend Roughlock Auto. The entire staff, from the salesmen to the owners were friendly, professionals and treat me like a value customer. I would not hesitate to shop this dealership next time I am looking for a vehicle.

The first red flag was how pushy the salesman was about giving him a 5 star review on Google. Even saying things like "oh, since you're already scrolling on your phone, go ahead and give me a good review on Google!" Annoying because I wasn't scrolling on my phone, I was actually responding to questions at work. I opted to wait until the entire transaction was completed before I gave a review and I'm glad I did.They sold me a car with mechanical issues and the best part is that the issues were under warranty extension from the manufacturer and had no cost associated with the repairs. They could have fixed it and been no worse off than they are now (except maybe they'd get a better review from me if they were just a little honest)They were dishonest about physical damage to the car, but their detailer is so skilled you wouldn't be able to see the damage until the car got a little dirty. I'll give em kudos for having a great detailer. I don't even mind that there is some extremely minor damage, just be honest about it you know?I paid for the car with cash and they still elected to put a lien on the car which was a headache to deal with later. I texted, called and emailed the salesman about this and was ignored for the most part. I finally got help by calling their office manager, (thanks Trina, you are awesome!!)The salesman was pushy and really didn't want to take no for an answer on their servicing agreement.Just beware of this dealership, the salesmen are definitely not on your side (which is a no brainer)

Kris at Roughlock was great to work with. I kinda had a demanding schedule, and he made it work for me. He even offered to bring one of the vehicles I was looking at to my house for me.The whole buying experience was positive and I will definitely do business with these guys again.

Worst car buying experience ever. Buyers beware! Bought a truck and within 30 days it needs a motor. They have offered no help. I did not purchase the extended service contract at the time willing to take my chances of something happening but no way did I expect this in such a short time. Absolutely terrible and to bad!
