Came in on a Saturday with a worn out back tire while 400+ miles from home and was initially told they were booked up in the service department. As they observed my desperation to get my bike back on the road, one person found a tire and Nate in service was able to free up someone to install my new tire. While waiting I found a new helmet I wanted and they even agreed to mail it to my home since I had one with and could not haul a spare. When asking about trading in a bike on a new one, they answered my questions and even discussed approximate prices and a deal. I felt they were there to help me in any way they could. These people are amazing. My new go to for all motorcycle needs!!

Best place to get parts. Extremely helpful when it came to getting skidoo parts hubby needed. They didn't stop looking till they figured out what part he needed. Also ordered other part. Came in a wk and was called right away. Also had bought a linq bag for his newer skidoo. Worth the drive from gillette. Didn't have to wait till spring like we did last year from a skidoo shop I won't mention.These guys are on it. Just awesome. Hubby was so happy. Very nice to deal with and they don't try to shove a more expensive part down your throat or ignore you if your not buying a sled and just needing parts. Refreshing to be treated great. Ty guys

Had to get a rear tire last minute, they let me take the old tire off in the parking lot, then they got to putting the new one on right away big thanks saved my trip

My experience with sales and parts was good. The finance manager was ok until I cancelled the extended service contract. I assumed it was all cancelled but was informed by the finance manager there was a second part I needed to cancel. He told me I blindsided him with my request. I stated in my emailed that I it wanted all the extras cancelled so not sure how I blindsided anyone. Everything was cancelled with-in 22 days. The first portion of the cancellation took about 10 days to receive the funds back. It s been 29 days on the second portion and still haven t received the funds. When I send and email to check up on the status I don t even get a response. This dealership also won t correct the purchase agreement if you cancel items. You are stuck paying tax when you license your vehicle. They flat out told me they won t amend the purchase agreement and that I m only out X amount of money. They aren t out money I am and they can careless! I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State Dealership Association. I do not recommend doing business with Rice Honda!

I needed a tire for my can-am motorcycle while traveling.I was there when they opened on Tues AM.What an awesome experience. Even though they were very busy they took care of me very quickly. Super nice and friendly.Best Can am dealer we ever did business with.THANK YOU RICE!

When my wife & I entered we were greeted right away. I had called day before to enquire about used Gold Wings.We are on Vacation in Deadwood.An extremely polite & professional Jovencito (Young Man) named David spent a LOT of time with us WITHOUT loosing his patience. A rare quality in Young People.We had a deal worked out involving a trade of my CTX 1300D within 2 Hours INCLUDING an escorted test drive!I highly recommend Spearfish Honda Power Sport.Jay y ElvaBonners Ferry Idaho

Wade the owner treated me kind, no high pressure sales on a Saturday which was nice. Brian and Phil followed up with great service and Mike did the paperwork fast for us. The young lady at the counter was super nice to my son as well. Thank you for a great experience my son is going to enjoy this Yamaha TTR125 for quite some time to come.

I came all the way from Wisconsin on a motorcycle trip and ran into some issues. I went in and got it looked at right away and they found the issue and fixed it everyone was nice and helpful and I highly recommend this dealer! Thanks much

New reliable machines & lots of questions finally answered...The reps actually have experience with the mechanical side. Curtis helped me. Very professional.The best part about this location is the variety of machines and reasonable shop rates. Call ahead if you want to have your machine fixed/oil changed quickly (they will get it done right away with an appointment).Spent half a year shopping and doing research, and ended up with brand new ski doo snowmobile (600 ACE 4-stroke) and a brand new Yamaha four wheeler (686 cc special edition). Felt really nervous spending all that money, but luckily found really reliable machines with the right power.The service manager answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them). I highly recommend going in or calling them for a test ride. I spent countless hours trying to find the right machine for the right price all over the internet, but both we're surprisingly right here only an hour outside Rapid City. I even got a great deal on accessories. They also had battery maintainer connections on all their machines (I have never seen a dealership do that).So far I've gone to this place around ten times total, and plan on being back. Motorsports are really fun, but you will get hammered if you go into the wrong dealerships. I'd rather make the drive to Spearfish.

We were in Spearfish SD on July 13, 2019. Our Can Am broke down north of the interstate and our friends towed us for 6 plus miles to Outdoor Motor Sports because this business came up on Google as a place to bring a Can Am to be worked on. We entered the facility and talked with the person behind the desk and tried to explain what had happened to our Can Am and we were blown off. He had no interest in helping us at all. We explained we were 400 miles from home and he pretty much told us to bad there was a 4 wheeler rally going on and no time for us. We just wanted someone to give us some ideas of what the problem could be or to just take a quick look at it. He was very rude to us and said leave it and we can look at sometime next week if we had time. We have a motorcycle and a Can Am and have always felt that this kind of industry is very open to helping in need. This facility gets my rating of 0. They were the rudest facility we have ever come across for any kind of help. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of help. My rating would be less than the first star.

Great and friendly staff. I flew up from Atlanta, Georgia to purchase a bike that I'd been keeping my eye on for months.The bike was fourteen years old and I expected wear and tear but not the dents that weren't mentioned in the ad. They weren't deal breakers so after the paperwork was completed, I rode the bike all to Atlanta.I also requested a framed poster that was on the wall in the finance office. They were happy to send it, C.O.D. which I agreed to. Over a month later I called to see if they'd sent the poster, which they hadn't, and I asked if they would share the shipping cost being as though they didn't bother to clean my bike at the time of purchase. They politely declined and shipped the poster (C.O.D.).I finally recieved the poster and guess what?They didn't bother to clean it either.Nevertheless, I cleaned both the bike and the poster and I'm very satisfied with both.Thank you, Outdoor Motorsports.

Broke a belt on an CAN-AM during vacation. Called up, before booking the appointment, the service department physically checked that the belt was in stock. Had it fixed the next day and our riding continued! Thank you!!

My husband and I showed up here on Saturday at 12:30 needing repair to our CanAm side by side. We thought we just needed a new belt. The service manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He got our vehicle in right away and they got the belt replaced and the mess cleaned up from the fire that we experienced while riding. When they test drove it, they found a bad valve cover gasket, so replaced that. The fire had burned a hole in the valve cover, so he got one off of another machine that was waiting on parts and put it on ours. (That other guy will get a new one) And when it was all said and done, we walked out of there after 4 hours, with a fixed machine and a bill that was a pleasant surprise. Our vacation was saved!! We can't say thank you enough and highly recommend!!

We were in town for Sturgis and noticed our cords showing on the back tire while stopped for gas in Spearfish. We drove straight over and they were able to replace the tire and do an oil change while they were at it. We were able to be back on the road in a few hours and enjoy the rest of the rally with no worries. We also bought a motorcycle while we were there and Shannon and the rest of the staff did an amazing job helping us with that purchase!

I located a product for sale on a national website, when I called the store and asked to speak to the sales department I was given general information about the vehicle, overall condition etc. I decided to purchase the vehicle and gave a deposit. At the end of the business day I noticed the deposit was not withdrawn from my account (this is after I made arrangements for freight shipping) when I called I was told it could not be purchased and approval from ownership would be needed and I would be called back. Fwd to 2 days later no return calls and no concrete answer as to why a vehicle listed online could not be sold to me even after I agreed to sign a waiver of warranty. After a few calls and yet no return call I decided to look elsewhere for someone who would take my business and money. I didn t give a 1 star review because the rep was actually pleasant but the lack of follow up and never being told why the vehicle listed online could not be sold to me still has me scratching my head

I brought my Can-Am in ,after it broke down right in the middle of the Sturgis Rally.Phil was amazing and got me back on the road in no time!He was very professional and life saver!Thank you Phil for saving our vacation!The service departament was fantastic! Quick coruteous and very helpful!

Ian made the transaction smooth and effortless. I was in town to work the rally and my vehicle broke down. I was in need of transportation and had no way to get to the store. The crew arranged delivery and to my surprise I had my scooter within hours of making the purchase. You can tell when a company is well managed and cared for. The staff takes pride in their work. This is a company that knows what they are doing and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond average customer service.

Outdoor Motorsports got my bike in to be serviced in a reasonable amount of time and were good about calling me to tell me what they found out. They test rode it a couple times, but could not get it to repeat the issue I was having with it. Isn't that just the way it goes? They did a great job detailing my concerns and trying their best to fix them. Other visits have had great customer service.

Since the new ownership took over, I've noticed a big improvement in the service department. They are friendly, go out of their way to take care of your bike (like fitting your bike in on a day when they really don't have the time!), explain everything, & every last person in the service department I talked to was helpful & courteous. It didn't used to be that way. Keep up the good work!

Great service! Had an appointment for an oil change while passing through the area. Weather was chasing us. Kris and the service team not only got us in earlier than scheduled, but they did the service on my Spyder quickly. We managed to get ahead of most of the rain.Definitely top notch service!

I have concerns about this place. Twice.... TWICE I was told I would get a call back for a question and never got a call. Makes me wonder if they are too busy and might not do everything they are supposed to.... tighten bolts, change filters....

I had been thinking about and looking to Ural since 2008. Early on(it could have been 5-6 years ag0) I talked to Ian on the phone and was impressed with how helpful he was in answering questions etc. Last Friday (7-26-16) my wife and I stopped by and after Ian took my wife on a test ride decided it was time to buy a Ural. Everything about the experience was excellent without a question. Yesterday when I picked up my new bike again everyone was super helpful. I would say without question that my experience with Outdoor Motorsports was the best I have every had. I've purchased many motorcycles and cars/trucks and you guys are the best. I live in Arizona and I must say Shannon with Outdoor Motorsports is on point! I found a bike through the Internet on their website and he helped me tremendously. I got all the paperwork in the mail in just 2 days with everything needed to send back. They are very good with working with out of state customers and handling shipping. I highly recommend other customers to check them out for a great priced and speedy buy! Especially if you are out of state! Thank you Shannon and everyone there with Outdoor Motorsports!!!

I was on a ride a long way from home (which is WA state) when my rear tire blew out.These guys went above and beyond to get my tire replaced and get me back on the road so I could continue my trip.Great bunch of guys. Spearfish is lucky to have a good local shop like this.

I really appreciate Jon and Leah for their effort to help me buy my first bike!! It was a perfect experience! Jon helped me understand my bike! He showed me the stuff that I need to do! This past year I've had the chance to visit with Ian about purchasing a motorcycle from Outdoor Motor Sports. A couple days ago we stopped at the store and I was able to purchase a new Honda that I've been thinking of buying for sometime. Working with Ian is always a pleasure because he's a very friendly guy and he always works hard at getting all the information to you accurately and on time. In fact most of the people working there are very nice and helpful. Thanks again.
