I have always had great service here with general mechanical work for my vehicle. The work is good and the price has always been fair. The mechanics give honest recommendations regarding repairs that need to be done from brakes to suspension work. The turn around time is also really quick. I've never had to wait long for work to be completed. I highly recommend the place for general repairs and any other services you might need.

The owner of this shop is fantastic. They work hard at fixing your vehicle. NOT draining your wallet. I recently brought my truck in to have my brakes done. I expect to pay out the nose. I called ahead and got placed on the schedule two days out. That's right, two days. Not, two weeks. When I arrived, they had already acquired the parts. Before I left the shop, it was already on the lift. Less than two hours later, the job was complete. When I returned, I paid almost half of what I was expecting. recommend!! my new mechanic.

This shop and its employees/mechanics are the sweetest, most helpful people! We had tire trouble and they helped us out as we immediately drove into town! Highly recommend this crew for any of your needs!

Another big dealership booked me for three weeks out. Queen City Tire had an opening in 2 hours from my call. Got me right in, diagnosed the problem, and got things fixed within a few hours. My issue, I thought was much bigger than a simple fix. John informed me it was a simple fix and charged me accordingly. He was very honest, direct and professional on the phone, as I was speaking to the shop tech or owner. I'll definitely be going back for tires or basic mechanical issues. Thank you for the prompt service and professional advice!

We arrived at the shop and we had a flat that needed either replaced or fixed. We are not from the area so we just googled a place and Queen City Tire & Alignment came up with great reviews. Unfortunately, they did not have the tire we needed and they only had one mechanic working. The lady at the desk was so kind and helpful and gave us a different business to check with to see if they could help us. She didn't need to do that, she took time out of her day to help us. She was so kind and helpful. I just wish I knew her name so I could mention it here!

We want to thank Queen City Tire and Alignment. We showed up with a flat and the kind lady working at the desk had informed us that they didn't have the tire we may need and that she only had one mechanic working. She could've easily left it at that but instead gave us the directions to Great Western Tire. They were wonderful with us and we let them know that Queen City had recommended them. I just really admired Queen City for thinking of my family and not their bottom line. They knew we were traveling and didn't want us to have to wait. That's what I call awesome!!! So I am highly recommending Queen City Tire and Alignment!!! They put the customer first.

Do Not Get Your Tires Here!!! I got my tires here in May and in July while trying to change my brakes, 6 nuts were stripped. I have only had my tires serviced here. When I explained this to them, they were adamant that it was a car issue and did not own up to the fact that they stripped them. Spearfish beware! They are dishonest and will charge you thousands of dollars to ruin your tires. 10/10 would not recommend!!!Service: Tires

John got me in quickly. I dropped off my car early, while running other errands, and he had it fixed before it was even slated to start! Been driving on it for over a week and the fix has held beautifully. Price was great as well. I'll be taking my car back soon for some brake/rotor repair. Hard to beat such fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service!

It's alot more than just tires and exhaust. I just had some extensive front end work, he got it "in to work on" very quick. And of course there was more work found that needed to happen (all absolutely needed), but didn't really even have to wait on parts. Got it done by end of day, very courteous and polite. And still a very reasonable price out the door. Thank you QC tire! 5 star!Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Brakes

I found this place 8 years ago. We needed a tire the day before a vacation. John got us in got the tire on and done on a Friday. He had to be busy but he took the time to get us on the move. This is the first place I call for any tire work I need done. I will drive from lead, sd to have him work on my stuff every time. He's fast, dependable, and reasonably priced. He has since gotten busier but still does great work

I've been pleased with John and his crew for as long as I've been working with them. John has been more then fair with us through out the many years I've been working with him, very knowledgeable staff and fast turnarounds. I'll gladly continue to go to them for all my repair, tires and maintenance work.

Good repairs at RETAIL rates. I prefer to trust this place over any other in spearfish.It's a little pricey but the work is very good. Ive had lots of work done here on my '03 Caravan.

We had a trailer tire shred on vacation very near this shop. We called and the owner got us in right away. He changed all 4 tires plus a spare for us and did it fairly quickly and was super reasonable. We were extremely pleased with our experience!

While traveling through Spearfish, we developed major problems with our tires. The whole group at this business were very pleasant and helpful in getting us on the road again. It turned out we needed more than the tires and they showed me everything along the way as the car was being fixed. A high quality operation.

Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. John was courteous and profeasional, car was fixed quickly and ran amazingly!!!! I would drive across states to have this company fix any vehicle I own!!! So HAPPY!!!
