Stopped in because I saw a vehicle I was interested in from the hiway. Fair priced. Very friendly people and helpful. The only issue I have is that the vehicle I was interested in was pending sale already, lol. But he did take my name and number in case the buyer backed out.

these guys are legit! bought a 2019 subaru outback and it was making a weird whining sound during the test drive. they told us it would go away bc it was just a film on the brakes bc it had just been sitting. well it got worse, and i was worried they wouldn't help us even though it was a pre-existing issue. so i called them a few days later and they took it back with no issue and got it serviced - it ended up being a heat shield somewhere had gotten bumped into one of the rotors. they even topped the tank off and gave it a wash. i've had awful experiences with dealerships before so i was not excited about going through it again but i'm glad we decided to go through prestige. definitely recommend!

This is by far the BEST place I have purchased a vehicle from! I actually bought a couple trucks and sold to them and every time they have been awesome! From the owner to the salesman, to the finance person each one was nice, honest, considerate, polite and knowledgeable. They are some of the most genuine nicest people I have dealt with. I would highly recommend doing business with Prestige Auto. You will see that they are top notch from start to finish. The vehicles on their lot are of high quality and they also have some unique sought after vehicles. Thank you to all the staff at Prestige, we will definitely be back next time.

Not a bad price right off the bat! I do my research to make sure i am not being ripped off. The car i purchased was inline with fair market value. They gave me what i wanted for my trade and wavied the docking fee. Luke was super nice too and asked about my kids and everything. It didnt feel forced or bad. I belive it was a good deal and would recommend them to anyone who asked me where i got my car.

Very professional and friendly staff! I d highly recommend Prestige Auto Sales!Joel was quick to respond to my online inquiry. He was very professional and welcoming. They stayed open late on a Friday evening and had the car nice and toasty- ready for a test drive.Luke was also very professional and was quick and efficient with the paperwork. (Even with an injured finger!)Dan was very fair and reasonable with my trade in value. He has been in business for 30 years and still is a friendly guy. :)They all worked smoothly as a team and made sure I got what I wanted.I traded in my 2010 Dodge Caliber for a 2012 Chevy Sonic and I am happy with my cute new car!! We went in knowing what vehicle we were interested in and had looked at it on Prestige's website. We were greeted immediately by Matt, a sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He completed the test drive, went over some of the features, and started working on trade in value for us. We then sat down with Luke who went over numbers with us and was open to some negotiation. We did end up buying the vehicle but did not trade in our vehicle as we were able to sell it for more in a private sale. We left the lot with a new to us vehicle and a full tank of gas!Pros - Both Matt and Luke were straightforward and easy to work with. The business has had the same owner for 30 years. You could tell they wanted our business and were willing to work with us. We left with a full tank of gas.Cons - The only con I can think of is that the vehicle was not overly clean and there were a couple of cosmetic issues, BUT it is a used car.

We bought a car one week ago from Prestige, specifically Matt Long was our salesman. The good: The car was exceptionally clean for a two year old car. I've driven it 500 miles and I believe it is mechanically perfect. My wife loves the color. There were other dealers which had comparable cars that were cheaper but this one was head and shoulders nicer than the others we looked at.

My husband and I went to Prestige Auto last week looking to test drive a truck we had been looking at for a couple weeks. Luke helped us out with the test drive, and it was such a great experience! We don t like pushy sales people and he was nothing of the sort. He was open and honest about the truck and very accommodating. We ended up buying the truck and we so happy to support a local, Christian business.

Just bought an awesome 2020 Dodge Challenger and I couldn t be more happy. Everyone at Prestige made the buying process so smooth and easy to navigate but the biggest thing that impressed me was how they made my budget work. I came in with a top line budget and they ended up offering me more on my trade in to make it work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I thought i was buying something that was safe for my kids to take my kids in. I asked if it would be safe for my kids and was told yes. We knew it had a few problems so "as is" wasn't as worrying and was led to believe it would cost less than $2000 to fix. We did ask if the price could be reduced and was told no, just could drop the documentation fee and told to pull parts from a junkyard. When my mechanic looked at it he stopped working on it because there were so many problems and said it would cost close to $8000 to fix it all and that I shouldn't have been allowed to put my kids in it. Every other auto sales place i stopped at that had something i could afford straight up told me they wouldn't sell it to me because they didn't trust it with kids in it, i didn't even get that here, i got sent down the road in something unsafe that my mechanic cant even say will last 1 week.

Best Car Buying Experience!!After 10 years I was ready to buy a new car. I discovered Prestige Auto Sales online.They had the car I was looking for, I was so excited.I called and spoke with Joel Sletten. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with all the details I needed. I live in CO, so to buy a car in SD made me a little nervous. Joel was helpful and when I arrived at Prestige Auto Sales, the vehicle was exactly what Joel had promised.The transaction was seamless and I was on my way home to CO after a few hours.I highly recommend Prestige Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are very reliable and honest. I will definitely drive back to SD again when I am ready for another vehicle.Thanks to Joel, Luke and the rest of the team for this great experience.

Rod worked with my husband and I (our crazy schedules) to set up a time that worked for us to come view and drive a vehicle. Rod was a fantastic help and got us the vehicle we needed and they were able to work with us to make sure we stayed in our budget. Dan and Rod are class acts and we really appreciate the assistance and treatment we received at Prestige and would recommend them to others looking for a great company and folks to work with. After looking around at other dealerships, we were drawn by the kindness and helpfulness that we were shown. It is nice to be treated this way and not just like another sale! They even went above and beyond to help with our kids while we were looking the vehicle over...it takes a lot to win over our kids and they too enjoyed Rod!!!! Thank you for taking the time to work with us and Thanks again to them for all they did for us and our family!!!!

Chatted with the salesman who sounded like a nice guy and may well be.. but was looking at a vehicle and were talking price. He quoted me a price of $13700. I asked if there was any hidden fees. He stated just a $99 document fee. When he asked if I was going to finance, I say no. He then said look here. If you don't finance through us it's $2000. He said we get a kickback from the bank. I'm my world kickbacks are illegal. I walked out. A phonecard back to the salesman to explain my disgust, his response was "I think there was a miscommunication." No there was not.you are greedy,, no miscommunication.

My husband & I were very impressed with the people we worked with this week at Prestige--Brady, Justin, Paul & Dan--in purchasing our new car. These guys put together a deal that we could not refuse on the car that we wanted, then masterfully wrapped it all up there on the spot without any fuss. We highly recommend Prestige Auto Sales to anybody that wants a straight-forward deal from professional, friendly people.

The salesman was very polite and knew what he was talking about. He worked with me to get a fantastic price on a vehicle that I'm going to love. The paperwork was very painless. They had me in and out of there in less than a half hour. The people were all very nice and friendly. It's hard to find that at a dealer nowadays.

We were driving by and decided to pull in to check out the car lot. We don't care for salesman pushing the vehicles on us. My husband and I looked at a few vehicles and then met with Matt. He was very down to earth, generally cared about life in general. Never pushed us one way or another. We were very pleased with results.

Luke & Matt were great to work with....no pressure, very informative & as professional as they get!!!! The owner, Dan, came out to say "thank you" & shook our hands on the way out the door. That was just icing on the experience to me. Definitely recommend this bunch!!!!

Our experience with Prestige was unique in that it wasn't a high pressure, back and forth negotiation. It was straight forward and a good deal for everyone. We live over an hour away, but will be going to Prestige for any future vehicle needs.

I love this place! I traded in my car here and I'm very happy with how everything went! Matt was my salesman and he was honest from the beginning. They offered me a great deal on my trade and I really love the car I ended up with. I highly recommend this place!

We were looking at a vehicle and due to this virus we had to make an appointment to come in and make a deal on it. We set up an appointment for Saturday on tuesday. and were told the vehicle would be absolutely still be there. Then received a message Thursday that they sold the vehicle. We were looking at a 10 thousand dollar vehicle and the guy then sent a link for a 30 thousand dollar one and said "yea I sold the vehicle you wanted but I have this one". Do not use this dealership, they do not keep their word or care to even help you.

Prestige Auto was awesome to work with. The team there is top notch and they truly exercise integrity when it comes to selling cars. Buying a car can be daunting but their service will leave you feeling valued in the whole process. I can t recommend them enough. This should be your first stop. And it will probably be your only stop.

Went to this dealership to look at a Dodge 5.9 Cummings. I was dealing with a guy named Preston that was honestly a very nice guy, after a day of thinking about buying this nice truck I wasn't sold on the price. The truck had it's issues and needed money to fix. The drive line needed replaced, multiple oil leeks, bearing's were all junk on the truck. Talking to Preston was great and almost had me sold but when the owner came in and ran his mouth about how he bought this truck for the price I offered, he proceeded to tell me I had 3 minutes to think about it and then the offer was off?The guy was treating me as if I were a child. When it comes down to it the sales men are great guys, but the owner is a prick don't buy anything from there.Thanks for reading, sincerely: a very upset guy.

We had such a great experience here. Got the vehicle we have been searching for at a great price, and when the first options didn't work out for us they kept digging and found a way to make it work for us. Professional, prompt and honest. We have bought several vehicles from Prestige; some on hand others brought in. In all cases we got what we wanted, when promised and they have always been there for us for questions, help and support. Good people, great business.
