Jesse was awesome. Super quick fix for our vehicle, really knowledgeable and super friendly.Also, for as small as the place was, they did such a good job having a bunch of stuff without it feeling cramped.

TRIED to order a part for my truck. Spoke with a very nice salesman, they didn't have the part in stock but told me he would order it & it would arrive within a week. Long story short the part was never ordered. I phoned to check on it & was given a run around.Found the part I needed elsewhere 50% cheaper had it shipped & got it a few days later.Extremely dissapointed! Won't be back.

I replaced a starter after a friend had suggested I drive to Sturgis and buy it there. She had looked on line and their listed price was very low. I called that store and was quoted a price almost double their on line price and it would take a couple days. I proceeded with my original plan and bought it at Napa. They didn't have it in stock but had it their at 5:00 AM the next day (14 hours instead of 48). It was exactly the same price as they had listed on line and a brand new part instead of a rebuild.. There was no delay with the core charge refund. I don't always believe what I read, I believe in people I know. Thank you Napa Auto Parts.

Had an issue with starting my rv. Got it jump started and headed to our next stop. While in Spearfish, decided to have the battery checked and found the NAPA store right around the corner. Kyle and another young man tested my battery. Determined it was a battery starting to fail. So I opted to get it replaced. They were so great, jumped right to it and was in and out in less than 30 mins. Thank you gentlemen for your assistance. Very much appreciated.

Just when I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, this small Napa proved me wrong. If they don't have what you need, they will call other napa's to find it for you. A very friendly group of guys!!

Needed new windshield wipers- not only was the quality of product they have in stock superior, they offered to quickly install them for me. Fantastic customer service.

Napa is the joint to go to if you're looking for any auto parts, that's for sure. And Larry, I don't know how he does it, but the guys like a walking, talking automotive encyclopedia or something. Dude knows a hell of a lot about pretty much anything auto parts-wise. Everybody's friendly, and they're open at 4:30 in the morning. You can't beat that. Spearfish Napa is an awesome spot.

Wouldn t allow the return of a unused item that was purchased less than 24 hours prior.Worker stated it s their policy, but could not provide anything in writing.Avoid this place and go to studervants or auto zone, have never had a issue with either of those stores.

Weather I need a hydraulic line built, tractor filters or automotive parts Larry, Jesse and entire crew go above and beyond getting the parts that are needed. And they open at 5:00 a.m!

Terrible service. Ordered a part Monday was suppose to be here on Wednesday then told me it would arrive on Thursday. Call Thursday to find out they never even ordered it. Worst service I've ever experienced anywhere.

Posted hours on Napa website said open till 3pm Saturday. Arrived at 1pm. Locked up tight
