Despite being flooded with work, Mike generously took the time to check out our exhaust and transmission when we were experiencing car trouble during a cross-country road trip. He quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Excellent service!

We were passing through town and our truck was making some weird noises so we looked up auto repair shops and stopped here. Mike kindly took a moment to look at our vehicle and discovered the lug nuts on one wheel were loose. He tightened them up for us and sent us on our way at no charge. We tipped him anyway. These guys are so amazing!! They treat both my kids amazing!! They give them a quote for their vehicles and ALWAYS come in under budget! I'm not sure how they can do that!! Mike saved our bacon. We were on day 12 of a 12 day road trip and woke up to a dead car. He came to the campground and jumped the car...at no charge. I so appreciate it!!! Can't say enough good things!!

My daughter brought her Jetta in to get fixed. The service guy told her the axels needed to be fixed and the O2 sensor did too but that wasn't too important at the moment. She told them to just fix the axels. I called to pay the bill over the phone and it was higher than expected. When I asked why it was so high he told me it was for 2 axels and labor and oil change. That's it. I paid the bill and my daughter went to pick up the car. When she got the itemized bill it also had the O2 sensor on it. It was never supposed to be changed. It was never mentioned in the phone call. What your service guy did was wrong. You can't charge somebody for something they didn't want done. You are done getting money from us. We will go to a more reputable service shop.

Great service at a great price. Took my car there for a simple belt change took little to no time and the cost far less then quotes given to me by a hand full of other shops.

Needed My 2003 Jetta Timing belt replaced per the service manual and took it into Kimbell's Auto repair. I was without a car for 2 days and that's because I dropped it off a day early. The car has been running great for 1 year now without problems associated with timing belt.
