I would highly recommend!! I locked my keys in my rental car on a Saturday morning and almost missed my college graduation after flying all the way from Boston to walk, despite being closed they sent someone to help us that was professional, patient, and kind. My head was not screwed on straight this day and I was probably not an easy customer to work with but the entire process was professional and made easy. I couldn t be more thankful for that! Go here for all your lock shop needs!!!!!

Amazingly quick and affordable service. I have broken a key off in the lock, and instead of cutting and destroying the wall they simply got the broken key out saving me a lot of money. All the staff we re kind and helpful.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I locked my keys in my truck with my child in it as we were getting ready to leave. I called and they got someone out to us within 15 mins. They were so kind and helpful. I m still in awe of how nice of an experience came out of a bad situation. Thank you a million times over!

Realized we forgot the key to the bike as soon as we got to the rally. Genes lock shop had us 2 new keys made in less than 10 minutes, and we were on our way. Very decent price too!! Thank you tons for saving us on this one!!

Could not have been happier (or more grateful) for the outstanding service I received from Jesse in Spearfish!! Needed into my car after dark and he was quick, friendly, and efficient! Highly recommend if you re in a jam or need any sort of key help

They have keys for everything. I needed a key for a trailer, and they had the exact key that I had. The lady at the counter was very friendly and told me that I could save the number on the key and they could make me a new one without having the key to copy.

Thank you so much for getting a ignition key done, for a car I'm giving my son, in such short notice and in such bad weather. He's coming on Friday and leaving on Sunday to go back to Texas. You guys were a lifesaver!!!

This shop is great. From beginning to end, Aaron was fantastic to deal with while getting my vehicle repaired after an accident. Everything was smooth and timely with my insurance, and they did top notch work. As a random unknown customer, I was very impressed and grateful. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Locked out if car, call Gene' s before 8am.Brian was here in 10 minutes from the time I called, what great service and charges were reasonable.I had used Genes several times always helpful.Good customer service still lives.

Do NOT go here! Took a 2 month old vehicle here to repair hail damage. When we got it back the rear hatch was not tightened... when I say not tightened, I mean it. It was maybe finger tight. So got that addressed... couple days later electrical issues began. Aaron (owner) kept insisting this had nothing to do with their repair work. This was a brand new vehicle remember. Finally they agreed to loom at it again. Turns out in their hasty urine poor attempt to put the interior trim pieces back in place they pinched some of the wiring that eventually wore through and shorted out. This shop attempted to PDR hail damage that was too big to address in this fashion... found that out with a second hail damage issue that we brought to another body shop. They clearly showed areas that were not fixed from Jake's awful work. No way I would ever bring another vehicle here. His only excuse was that they were so busy. I'm sorry Aaron, that doesn't cut it for me. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Don't don't don't do it!

Had a tech come out to replace deadbolt on our front door. I was very impressed! Right on time, so nice & helpful what a wonderful person! The price was very reasonable also. Will reccomend this company to everyone. Thank you so much Gene's lockshop. Visited here today to have a gun safe repaired. As always recieved top notch service wonderful helpful employees & very fair prices. This place is AWESOME! Thank you to everyone at Gene's lock shop you are all amazing

Just had 5 door knobs replaced and keyed for our motel in Sturgis. They even made keys in the van for me. I deal with quite a few people in my business world... It is really nice to be pleased with a job well done. Glen was great as well. Good job guys!The Sturgis Motel

Great service! Products are pretty spendy, and you can find them much cheaper (by half) elsewhere, BUT they really have great customer service. They're so nice, and I really love helping support a local business

Lost my motorcycle key while out at the Buffalo Chip during the motorcycle rally. This guy was there within 2 hrs and helped me out of a very tough situation! Wonderful!
