Excellent!I don t often leave reviews but have to on this one. I m currently trekking back East to the Philly area after being on the road coast to coast the last 4 weeks.I was in desperate need of an oil change and they got me in first thing last minute.Very thankful.Great shopGreat people.When everyone else is closed or doesn t have a service dept, these guys are there.In and out in roughly 20 minutes Thank you!

Tiffany is a pleasure to do business with and Randy is top notch on the dyno tuning... but seemed rushed to sell performance products to fix my problem that I still have and had to run home 12 hours without cruise control, witch is the reason I took it there in the first place.Well I had to take the bike back the next day to get same problem looked at again and they said they had to change something in my Power commander 5 to let it know there was a cruise control on the bike..Cruise control kicking out and engine light coming on was the reason I took it to them in the first place. Still have the same problem after spending $700.00 with them and Randy said he dont know what it could be.... So I'm a bit disappointed with that part but they got my $700.00 dollars.

Out in the Hills for a week-long riding trip, but unfortunately I had an electrical issue on my 2021 Harley Tri-Glide. Headlights would come on, but engine would not turn over. It was a dead horse. I called Dakota V-twin after reading the reviews and talked to Randy(owner) at 10:30 in the morning. He said to drop it off at 1 o clock that same day! Unloaded it from my trailer, and he helped me push it into his shop. His shop was full of bikes that he was working on, so I was skeptical if he would be able to get to it. Within an hour Randy called and said it was ready to go!!! He had found a pinched wire in the handle bar housing, and cleared all the codes. The bike ran like a champ and saved our trip! Randy, the owner, was absolutely incredible!! We broke a belt on our 2000 Road King at Stugis, DVT got us in, fixed it within a day and found that our brake line had a crack and replaced that, saved us!! Thank you Randy!!!We recommend Dakota V twin, service, price and k owledge!

I had left another shop after getting bike fixed (wrong). I was stuck in spearfish and called them with my situation, told me to come right away and had my problem diagnosed in 15 minutes! Bike coughing and no power at throttle. Was told good chance it was a plugged fuel filter, and ended up also having a pinhole in my line. They fixed it and at a very fair price! I would recommend taking your bike there as the customer service was incredible! Thanks again for your help and getting me back on the road !

If you have bike trouble see these folks first. They'll figure out your issue and they won't cheat you. They saved my rally experience, got my bike going quickly during rally week, and they did not charge an arm and a leg. I think they have good and honorable mechanics and even the service writer knew what he was doing right from the get-go. Fantastic job!

This is a great place, awesome people! We were on the road and had a "check engine light" come on... 2 hours later everything was great and we were back on the road Give this place a call before the dealership!

Randy really is an excellent mechanic and knows his way around a bike! I'm very satisfied with the quality and customer service I received. I highly recommend this place :-)

These guys came on a moment's notice, picked up my bike and us took us to their shop 20ish miles away and stayed until they had us finished. Randy, Randy, Josh, Tiffany and Mick thanks greatly appreciated.
