I am very impressed and appreciative of Coreen and Megan's excellent professionalism with my new insurance premium.I was so discouraged with the lack of interest with my former insurance agent. When I went to Coreens office her and Megan both welcomed me right in with very positive attitudes. They looked at what I needed and got right to work on a quote for our 6 townhouses, Megan came out and measured all of our properties and within a week, I had a quote! They saved our home owners association over 7,000.00 dollars annually which is very impressive.. Megan's kindness and enthusiasm to help with such a positive attitude has not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend Coreen Lerwick and Megan Culver. I feel so lucky to have them as my insurance agents. I have switched all my insurance over to them.

To say that I was impressed or happy with the experience that I had here would be a gross understatement. A very professional and competent staff helped me to rewrite a home and auto policy that drastically changed not only my coverage for the better, but also gives me a better price than I ve had for the last 10 years with a another agency (not State Farm). Megan Culver was the agent who helped me. She was knowledgeable, efficient and attended to my personal situation by answering questions not only about my previous policy, but the new policy going forward with State Farm. She made herself available to answer any and all questions I had about the significant changes that I had in the policy. I cannot recommend this agency or Meghan highly enough.

Dan and Coreen have been very helpful. They communicate in detail all of my options, offer low rates, have great customer service and they go above and beyond to help with with everything I need in the insurance world! I highly recommend State Farm though their office in Spearfish!

I worked with an agent here to get mobile home insurance for an older home. I had zero problems getting the insurance application done, and all my questions were answered at the time of the call. I really appreciate their professionalism and personability.

I am the Treasurer for the MP2 HOA. We own the water and roads for 104 homes. We needed to look a new insurance policy. Megan Culver, on her own initiative, worked with a water company that supports MP2, and she very very thoroughly reviewed the pump houses/wells etc etc. Line by line item detail, and it included comparisons to what our old policy was. Because of Megan, we now know that we were way underinsured, esp if there ever were to be a fire (our HOA is in the Black Hills Nat l Forest). She has made a huge difference to this HOA, and it it recognized by the entire Board of Directors. I highly highly recommend Megan and the Coreen Lerwick State Farm agency.

I have been insured with Coreen for a little over a year and have had the pleasure of working in the office since March 2023. Coreen is one of the most dedicated agents that I have had. This gal has more experience and knowledge than most in her field and she never takes a day off.I cannot say enough positive things about Coreen and her office.

Coreen is the BEST! We moved to Spearfish in 1976 and she has been our State Farm agent ever since. Most recently she was very helpful and quickly filed documentation verifying the replacement of the shingles on our roof! We had a wonderful experience with Dan as we were searching for new homeowners insurance. We were pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the new home insurance coverages and cost. He was very responsive and helpful and also provided us with a better auto quote than what we had been paying with another company, with better coverages. We appreciated the friendly interaction and just overall professionalism. He explained everything and made great recommendations on coverage options. He also provided us avenues for discounts for our teenage driver. Overall a really great experience for something that can be a total drag to "shop" for. Thanks Dan and Coreen, we are happy to be a part of the State Farm!

Saved me $900 a year on my vehicles and home Insurance. Just had an Aunt wreck my pickup. Will see how they handle the claim. So far it has been easy. Waiting to hear if it is totaled and if so what the settlement will be so I can get it repaired or replaced.

Great customer service. The team there is always kind and knowledgeable.Recently locked my keys in my car and had to pay someone to unlock it. I sent the receipt for the payment to Coreen's office and was able to go pick up a reimbursement check for it the following day. Usually claims like that take forever so I was very impressed. Keep up the good work State Farm!!!

As a young person, I ve appreciated the help and support from Coreen Lerwick and her team at State Farm in finding a life insurance policy for myself that gives my family security should anything happen to me. Not only did she take the time to educate me on the importance of finding good, quality insurance for myself, but I walked away knowing that my needs were handled in an honest and professional manner. I m grateful to Coreen Lerwick for the hard work and dedication she clearly puts into providing top notch service to the people she interacts with. I cannot imagine myself ever trusting anyone else for my insurance than her and her Team at State Farm in Spearfish, South Dakota!

Coreen is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She was very prompt in communicating with me. Not only did she find me better coverage for my home than I was getting with my previous company, but more coverage for a lower cost! She was very thorough and made sure we had everything covered. She is very knowledgable about the area and made sure we had the best coverage. I have a lot more peace of mind about my property and it's insurance coverage with her than my previous company. She got me a quote quickly and by combining my auto and home insurance, she is helping me save a lot of money. She made the process really easy. I give her my highest recommendation and will continue to do business with her as long as her doors are open!

I have had my insurance coverage with Coreen and her team for many years now and they have always provided me with amazing service! They are helpful and knowledgeable with any thing I have ever asked them or needed adjusted in any part of my coverages. I have my renters, auto, and business insurance through them, which is great, because I love how easy they all are to work with and they are able to take care of all my insurance under one roof.

Denise and the rest of the team at the Spearfish SD State Farm Insurance Agency are wonderful. They are always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and complaints. When we were dealing with a car accident in another state and time zone, they were willing to help us negotiate the claims process. We really appreciate the customer service provided by the staff at Coreen Lerwick!

I've had several interactions with Coreen's office this year, new policy for a vehicle, questions regarding hail damage, questions with road side assistance and each time my inquiries were answered and I was able to get what I needed accomplished.

I have been with State Farm in Spearfish for a few years now. In the meantime we moved to Black Hawk, but remain with Coreen in Spearfish. I have never worked with an agency before that communicates as well as Coreen's. Her staff has come in on weekends and stayed late whenever we have needed them to, called with new updates and lower interest rates out of the blue, and we have never felt like they were annoyed to do so. Just last week, my husband and I were contemplating finding an agency closer to our home, but within minutes we both agreed not to do so. The quality of customer care they offer is probably not offered anywhere else in the hills, or if it is, it's not worth the risk to try to find it. As an insurance agency should be; working for their customers; not their customers having to beg for their help.Thanks so much Coreen, Nakita, and Shelly!

When we moved to Spearfish a friend recommended Coreen to us. One of her associates, Shelly Pelletier, handled our coverage. She has shown to be more than knowledge - she has been very caring. I have no doubt the coverage we have fits our family's needs because Shelly took the time to ask great questions about us to ensure our family's protection.

Ive only had a great experience with StateFarm. Claims were easy to file, and the check was delivered sooner then expected. Would highly recommend Coreen Lerwick's Agency!
