Similar to other reviews posted, I had an issue with an Amazon order that was the fault of Amazon and not Black Hills Moto. I contacted the owner Alex directly and he worked with me to rectify the issue. He did not have the item I needed in stock at his store so he special ordered the item directly from the manufacturer and offered a 25% to make up for Amazon's error. Excellent way to make up for a poor experience that wasn't even his fault. Thank you Alex & Black Hills Moto!

Amazon is great but however the listing was not right for the helmet I was after. I contacted Alex and let him know and he worked diligently to confirm I had the right style but wrong helmet. After calling back and explaining I then canceled the wrong order and placed the correct product number helmet order and the product I wanted is on the way!! Black Hills Moto went out of their way to verify and make sure the product I wanted was indeed ordered!! Thank you again Alex!! Your customer Service is Second to None!!!

let me start by saying i normally do not leave reviews, however my recent experience with Black Hills Moto was like a breath of a fresh air. I made a purchase for a Bell Qualifier helmet and was happy with the price. I later noticed a Bell RS-2 helmet which i found way more appealing. I decided to call Black hills Moto to see what my options were for returning my initial helmet for the Rs-2. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Alex. After explaining my dilemma He immediately presented me with some return/exchange options so that i may pick what is most suitable for me. I am proud to say i will be the owner of a Brand new Bell RS-2 helmet. Oh and i will add he helped cover my shipping costs even though this was a mistake that was made on MY end. I will definitely be shopping with Black hills Moto AGAIN!!THANK YOU ALEX!-Ray K.

ordered an LS2 valiant helmet from amazon. Price was great and product arrived promptly. was a problem with the helmet visor. i contacted through phone and email and not only did i receive the help i was looking for, but Alex extended more than generous customer service...now a customer for life

6 Years ago i bough from this company a set of reflective tapes for my Kawasaki Concours 14 that are a good modification because increase the visibility during night time, even that i rod the bike daily they still look and stick to the bags surface as the first day, 3 years ago i drop my bike and a couple of the sections of the left bag got damaged and i sent an Email to Alex requesting to sell me just those sections and he surprise me sending me those at no cost to me not even the shipping, but now 3 years later it happened again, i drop it again and Email him again with the same request but asking for the bill for the tapes and the shipping and again he sent those at no cost.Thanks for your excellent customer service

Anna was great to work with. Very responsive and follow up was top notch. Had a question about a helmet accessory not listed (wasn't even on the helmet manufacturer's web site). Anna tracked it down and had it delivered to me in 2 days. Truly a pleasure doing business with this company.

Anna did a great job! eBay lost the helmet I ordered so she called me and sent me pictures of the helmet to make sure I d be satisfied with my order, she went above and beyond! A1 customer service! I ll definitely do business with them again!

Anna and the staff at black hills moto helped me out when I ordered a helmet that didn t fit the way I liked with no hesitation, best customer service I ve had shopping online and packaging of my new helmet protected my helmet from intercontinental shipping accidents. 10/10 would recommend.

What can I say... Black Hills Moto is probably the best kept secret in this area. The owner, Alex is extremely friendly, very fair, and cares about his customers. If there's something you need, he'll find it for you. He won't over price everything like other businesses do. If you want quality products and a dealer that stands behind it all, give Black Hills Moto a call. I've purchased from Alex since he first opened his first store (Real Time) in Belle Fourche. I have never been disappointed.

Not many companies these days are good at customer service, but Anna and black hills Moto is top notch I had the unfortunate mess up with Amazon and getting a used helmet. She did everything in her power and tool box to get it figured out for me and I couldn t be more appreciative. If and when I need to buy more motorcycle stuff it will be from them

Black Hills Moto provided exceptional service to me, by expediting the delivery of a helmet order to ensure that it arrived ahead of schedule and I was able to continue use of my bike. I placed an order through Amazon which, according to my order history, is eligible for Prime Shipping. After not receiving the order in 2 days, I contacted Amazon who said my order was unable to be fulfilled by Amazon directly, and was transferred to this third party seller (Black Hills Moto). I spoke with Black Hills directly and they fixed the situation right away. Cant ask for much more than prompt, friendly service. Thank you!

My experience with Alex was absolutely first class. I ordered through Amazon and he was kind enough to personally call and text to walk me through a product issue I was having (manufacturer issue, not Black Hills Moto). If I lived in the area (or state!) Black Hills Moto would be THE place for my motorcycle needs. Thanks, Alex!

Ordered a helmet threw amazon with Alex. I waited over a week thinking the problem was with Amazon and their shipping. Turns out fed ex lost it somehow. I texted alex and he got back to me very quickly and i explained the situation. He was very helpful and kept me updated. The best part though is he paid to overnight me a new helmet! Thanks again to alex ajd his team at black hills moto.

I received 2 sets of decals for my FJR 1300 - side panels and panniers. The Yamaha logo on the side decals was faint compared to the rear decals. Contacted Alex and despite the fact I bought these months ago, he offered to replace them. He actually replaced all of them! Extremely impressed and a strong recommend to all Canadian buyers.

In this day and age, it's difficult to find companies that truly care about their customers.. I had a small issue, and Alex fixed said problem in ONE PHONE CALL. I'm so impressed with the professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond expectations. I thought for sure I was in for a battle, or at least a pain in my rear... nope! I recommend Black Hills Moto to anyone shopping here or through Amazon..

I called Black Hills Moro today and Anna was OUTSTANDING! I needed a part on the fly and she bent backwards to accommodate me. Prompt would be an insult, more like instant! She gave me options of shipping and when I needed and within minutes (like 3 mins) she showed me the label and it went out. I highly recommend this place!

Black Hills Moto Redefines Customer Service To A Level That Is Epic & Off The Charts!!! First I Needed To Exchange My Bell Quilifier DLX MIPS and New Helmet Arrived The Same Day That My Return Arrived Back To Them!!! My New One Had Bluetooth Adapter PreInstalled Per My Requested and It Was Tested Prior To Shipping, But On Arrival The Right Speaker Was Crackling & Now They Are Sending Out A Replacement!!! The Owner Of This Company Goes Above & Beyond To Treat A Customer The Way He Or Anyone Else Would Want To Be Treated!!! I purchased a set of Sena headsets from Alex on Amazon. Unfortunately in less than a year the batteries would no longer take a charge. Alex was on it, and I had new ones in the time it took to ship, and back.I'd order from BHM again.

I met Alex at the BMW National rally. he spent so much time with my brother and i helping pick out gear. As a Automotive repair shop owner in south florida i know how hard that can be sometimes. Alex was so helpful and knew his products so well all my future Klim purchases will be with his company !! Awesome job at the rally Alex !!! and great setup had lots of ger to look at and buy. They treat customers like they are gold. I would gladly pay more for the service and support Black Hills Moto provides, but they usually have better prices than you can get anywhere else. BHM is the first and last stop for this long distance rider.
