Kyle was an incredible help! He got me into a Subaru Forester which I love. He made our experience buying the car a breeze and he wasn't pushy at all. We did have a minor hiccup after the fact but Kyle was on top of it immediately and I haven't had any issues since. I would recommend Auto Choice to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Please ask for Kyle!

Outstanding car purchasing experience at Auto Choice! Wes is a friendly, easy-going, no pressure person to work with. He was knowledgeable about the Jeep SRT and made the process so efficient by effortlessly handling everything from test drive to paperwork. I felt like he was completely transparent with me about all of the details and I appreciated his patience and honesty. I will definitely see Wes again for my future vehicle needs and recommend him to friends and family.

Thank you to Wes at Auto Choice for making buying a car feel like he was working for me. My perception was that he did everything that could be done to make sure I was getting the best deal on the Subaru WRX STI I purchased. He was diligent about confirming the vehicle did not have any mechanical issues and was super flexible with my work schedule when it was time to fill out the paperwork. If you are looking for a seamless car buying experience you should definitely visit with Wes.

I worked with Kyle to replace my hail totaled truck. Got a sweet truck with low mileage and a good price. Had some surprise heater issues, and not only did they fix it, they gave me a loaner vehicle while they did the repair. This is my second vehicle from Auto Choice, and both purchases went smooth with a positive experience.

Thanks to Cedrick my review is gonna be a positive one, it was a lil rough at first bc the car ran into some issues that were there when I bought the vehicle but thankfully Cedrick had my back and made sure while my car was getting worked on to get me a temp vehicle since I have kids and any charges that I had for the thing they tried fixing at first and it fixed nothing I got refunded in full, thankfully I did have the warranty so it did help cover cost but the manager was willing to work with me with discounts if it did have to go that route but thankfully they got it all fixed under the warranty and now I got my car looking real nice on the exterior and interior, can for sure say that I m a happy customer even tho the first few weeks were a bit rough again thanks Cedrick you were the best and great to work with! This dealership is by far the best I have gotten the pleasure of working with. The atmosphere when you walk in is so refreshing. They not only make you feel comfortable and important, but the hospitality they've shown when you are there (even for hours) is unmatched. I want to give a shout out to Kyle! He not only made my trade in and purchase of my new car as quick and easy as possible, but he also took the time to make sure I understood everything before I signed anything. If you are in the Spearfish, SD area and are looking for to buy a new car, this should be your first stop! Thanks again Kyle!! We love our new truck! :)

Experience was solid and dealing with them all went really well. They even managed to get my vehicle shipped to me for a very reasonable price. However they never told me or showed any of the hail damage on the vehicle. There is dozens of hail dents that were not seen until the vehicle is shiny clean and in good light. Since I purchased online I was unable to see the vehicle in person prior to purchase. I didn't notice until I was driving and at the right height to look across the hood and see dents, dents, and more dents. It absolutely would have played into the decision of purchasing this vehicle.

My salesperson at Auto Choice was the best purchasing experience ever! Kyle Alan worked with me clarifying how my vehicle needs were best met and spent weeks finding the perfect match..He kept in contact with me and answered all my questions. After my purchase, he made sure I understood the paperwork, how the vehicle worked, and followed through on a few minor things..I give him and the dealership a solid 10 stars..

We worked with Wes Rath and my family had a great experience purchasing a subaru! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of what we were looking for. We traded in our GMC and Wes made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase and answered any questions we had. The other auto choice workers were also very friendly and I would definitely recommend. My grandma is so happy with her new car so thank you! 10/10!

I recently drove 5 hours one-way to get to Spearfish to purchase a 2021 vehicle. Buying a car, especially remotely, is not generally a fun experience, but these guys really raised the bar. Cedric was extremely professional, timely with his responses, and flexible whenever we hit a speed bump. It was well worth the drive.

My experience @ Auto Choice of Spearfish was the best. I looked at two vehicles and by the time I left I left with the car I wanted it was very easy and they were very helpful and answered all question that I had. We now own two vehicles from them and in the future will turn to them for future vehicles. Thanks Auto Choice for all you did for me.

I searched all around for a truck and found one that checked all the boxes for an amazing price. Only one problem...I was in Colorado and the truck was in South Dakota! Fortunately, Ben helped me throughout the process. He was able to do a video walk through and even took the vehicle to a local mechanic of my choice for a thorough inspection since I was out of state. In the end, the truck got a clean bill of health and the truck was delivered to my driveway. As hesitant as I was to purchase a truck from another state, in the end it was a great experience and I got exactly what I wanted thanks to Ben and his team at Auto Choice. It was simply a great experience and whether you are in South Dakota or out of state, their customer service is top notch.

This dealership was awesome. Ben was the one who called me first and took the time to listen for exactly what we are looking for. Even if I was looking at his competitors in the area, he took the extra step and checked the car facts for that vehicle at the other lot. That instantly told me we weren't going to treated like a number. When we got there it just got better from there. The quality and the inventory of the cars was mesmerizing. We were able to try different vehicles got car facts on each one and ended up with this Chevy. If you don't want pressure and you want to get what you want, go here. I highly recommend Ben but the rest of the staff is just as awesome..... A year later the bumper to bumper warranty I was offered from here is worthless. I am stuck with a car that needs major work now which now confirmed my nightmare with financing. We are now ruined.

Picked up our 2014 Honda Pilot yesterday from Gary Tripp at Auto Choice. Had a beautiful drive from Billings, MT to Spearfish through the Black Hills. This was the best deal we found anywhere online for the vehicle we wanted. These guys made the process simple, provided our bank what they needed for financing, and had us in and out in 40 minutes, including our test drive. We made sure we could get the financing from our bank before putting down our non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Choice to anyone looking for a recent model car at a competitive price.
