The owner shares the same name as I. How can two guys with the same name be anything less than perfect?

Before this NAPA went under new ownership & management, I wouldn't have shopped here for anything... However now that they are under new people, the store has gotten much brighter inside, the employees actually want to help you find and get the parts you need, and even go the every steps to try to get them to you after hours if you really need them and can't get there yourself.The store is very clean, they have made a lot of repairs and upgrades to the whole store and overall it is a very friendly place to walk into and get helped by people who want to actually help you. When the one person helping me hasn't had the answer, they have made it a point to find the answer for me, and didn't just blow me off. Overall I really do appreciate the level of service, and the fact this new bunch DOESN'T judge people by skin color or how fat your wallet it. Under this new ownership and management they really have gone from being a 1-Star to a 5-Star in my book and earned my hard earned money and business. Thanks for making the changes that needed to be made.

If you're not Caucasian, they are very rude and unprofessional!!! I recommend auto value, their customer service is on point.

Ordered parts from sissiton napa . then ordered more parts the next day .. When the parts came in they only send the first parts I ordered and I had to drive 20 miles to get the other parts the same day ... Ruined my day by being unorganized .. Now I have to spend my lunch driving and they wasted a trip to get my parts .... I would give 0 stars if that was an option ..
