Over all a very great experience! They didn t pressure us to buy anything and simply showed us the different types of Bikes and answered our questions. Eric is a very professional and personable sales associate. His passion for customer care is very apparent in his mannerisms. And the new store looks amazing!

Rick Bissell went above and beyond to make this the best experience possible ! I even needed a trailer to go fishing and he borrowed us his very own ! The finance officer and the whole team went out of their way to make this the best experience possible ! Highly highly recommend this business for all your fun outdoor needs ! Also had to add the trailer !

Friendly staff, they made my 1st time buying a side x side enjoyable! I will go back for my next one. They have good pricing compared to the other places I checked out. My friends have purchased for here and had good experiences. It was a no brainer to give them a try.

We have mixed feelings about our experience. Happy that we got our side-by-side but not happy about how it all came about. We were in the store for a good half hour before we approached a salesperson--no one came to us. They did get a model we were interested in in the building so we could look at with VERY little assistance or explanation of details. We found flaws in that model they knew nothing about. Once our decision was made Rob never discussed the type of wind shield options or the wench options or other accessories we could get added. Then after we gave a deposit & had questions, returning phone calls didn't seem to be a priority. And when we arrived to pick it up, it was not put together as expected so we had to wait hours. Upon completion, they never went over the machine with us pointing things out or explaining how things worked. It had plastic shavings & parts laying on the floorboards. We got pushed off by our salesperson to another guy to help get it loaded. After all the delay & everything, we expected something more then a quick here you go & a push out the door. A shirt, cups or something. Oh, we got a key chain. It felt like we were not a priority to him to make sure we were happy with it. Like he got his commission & was done with us. I would say we expected more.

Love the selection and service. Friendly employees definitely have a lot of good inventory. Definitely recommend stopping in and checking the store out.

If I could add more stars I would. Went in looking for an atv for myself and Travis helped a lot. Didn t try to push me for something I didn t want. Got the sale of my sportsman 450 done and I was out the door by lunch. He made sure I knew where service was and introduced me to them. 10/10 will come back for more stuff when the time comes.

Rick Bissell is awesome, could not have asked for a better buying experience, I basically bought it sight unseen and drove from Ft Pierre to pick it up on a Saturday morning, it was parked out front and was all cleaned up and ready to go, Rick took me around and introduced me to the service team, and gave me a COMPLETE walk around of my bike!! I couldn t be happier!

They gave me time to think, endured all my questions, put my on the bike for a test ride, and created a space that was easy going and inviting as we searched for the right bike. I had a great experience at Motoplex. My salesman Dillion did everything I asked of him. From pulling measurements off of two different machines to pricing out all possible accessories I was looking at. Very pleased with Motoplex and the team. I will definitely be back if I trade or need something.

Recently reached put to VE PowerHouse on a preowned bike. The process to lock down a price and make arrangements to pick up the bike was very smooth. Eric reached out to me when things were all set on his end. Also upon arrival, Eric introduced us to the Sales, Parts, and Service team. Definitely a smooth transaction and experience, as you would expect from any Vern Eide location!This was not my first good experience with VernEide, and im certain it wont be my last!Thanks for all your help Eric!!, J

Busy busy .busy .place during the holidays. Drove 5 hours to get my machine, showed up, got helped quickly, professionally, and got back out the door and on my way. Also got a 25% off coupon for clothing. Can t beat it. And the guy that helped me was almost a hometown guy from where I live. Small world when you get out there.

I live about an hour and 20 minutes from soiux falls and was looking to purchase a new 2023 Indian chieftain dark horse. I saw the bike online and started working with Jake our sale guy and he was Awesome, he went above and beyond to help me get this deal worked out. With several phone calls and texted messages he made it happen. We picked up my bike last Saturday and everyone at the dealership was super friendly and very helpful. Jesse was great to deal with!!I walked in not knowing what the heck I was doing showed him pictures of a bike for my husband & began the purchase process!Only to find out it was the wrong bike!!I texted Jesse right away & he immediately found the correct bike & fixed my problem The entire staff was super friendly!!

i put down 1000$ on 2 2023 summit edge snowmobiles as pressured by salesman . They had 5 all together . Few weeks later i decided to go another direction and cancel order. They still have 4 sleds never would have sold the sleds i put deposit on. Now they do not refund my 1000$ . Buyer's beware ever putting $ down unless certain of purchase . This is almost like theft . i shall never do business with a dealer practice such policy .

Eric Oelkers Was absolutely amazing!! By far the best sales experience I ve ever encountered with any dealership from exotic cars to motorcycles all across the country! He went above and beyond and as ridiculous as my requests were he did as much as he could to accommodate as being an out-of-state buyer he was as detail oriented as possible I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody! 2018 Indian Springfield name Dakota as a business owner I dream of having employees like Eric . Eric if you ever want to move to Cleveland hit me up!

All the staff at Vern Eide were fantastic. They had our new SXS at the door cleaned and ready to take home. Service was top notch. Store is huge and has everything you need for accessories. Awesome experience.

Awesome experience! Friendly and knowledgeable personal. Great selection with outstanding prices. Kai was great to deal with and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my snowmobile and the recalls. Would highly recommend buying from them. I know I ll be going back.

We went here to buy a dirt bike but Apparently they were not anxious to make a sale. 20 employees standing around and we were the only customers in there. Some of them looked directly at us and then continued to ignore us.
