Just bought a Honda from Steven in sales. He greeted us and offered us a test drive even though it was 20 minutes to close. He was friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions promptly. Will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from him in the future. The process to buy the vehicle was very smooth and timely. Everyone we talked to greeted us and was friendly.

Okay here is a long review.. I ve always worked with different dealerships in town and I regret waiting so long to buy from Vern Eide. To start my salesman name was Brandt adamski he is new to Vern Eide but not to sales. the moment we walked in he listened to everything we had to say (even over my 3 kids). My goal was to get van for my wife and potentially get a used vehicle for myself, the most important thing was payment under no circumstances was I going to go over my payment. Brandt never showed me anything out of my comfort zone and was also patient with us. If I could say more good things about my experience but let me leave you with the excellent job Brandt did. (Pictures below) if you re in the market ask for Brandt. P.s he was able to get both vehicles in the price I gave him!

Worked with Dom and bought my first pickup ever. He helped me from start to finish ensuring I was taken care of and happy with my purchase. Lisa was great. She was thorough and contacted me every step of the way. The service techs were great. They had my car in immediately and out in no time. I had a few high mileage items needing replaced and my car runs beautifully. Not to mention they even washed her for me due to the salt build up from winter. I highly recommend Verne Eide Honda!

Rob was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Service was fast. Loaner was really nice. And they washed our car to boot! So glad we came to Vern Eide. We'll be back to see Justin when we need another Honda!

As usual, a most excellent service experience; especially since the technician identified a problem (underperforming battery) that was unrelated to the service items and the service writer identified that this was a warranty issue, so no charge to me! Requested items were completed in considerably less time than promised and st quoted price, so all-in-all very pleased with the experience. I did find (about 4 days after the visit) that my radio had lost all of its saved channels. However, this was a smallprice to pay for such an excellent experience; in fact, it gave me an excuse to sit in the car and tinker with it for half an hour!!

Jordan has been my sales person for years now! He is the best! Is always willing to work with me to find something that I want and is honest in looking out for your best interest and not just trying to get you into a vehicle to make a sale. I can be picky at times and he always answers whatever questions and concerns I have. I've done business with Vern Eide since 1999, when I bought my first ever brand new car with just 7 miles on it and everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Very happy with my first service visit for 5,000 mile checkup. Service was completed quickly. They provided a ride from the shop to my work and picked me up to get me back to get my car.

My wife went here and waited to be greeted or approached by sales. After finally talking to sales, she Left disappointed because sales didn't even bother considering a cash deal (check book in her purse). $200 off MSRP or oil changes is not making a deal or a forever customer. Made some phone calls to other Honda dealers who were willing to negotiate over the phone.

I had an absolutely excellent service experience at Vern Eide Honda. The ease in communication and explanation of the items that needed to be fixed in my vehicle were top notch. I did not have to wait very long to get a service appointment. Everyone I came into contact with was incredibly helpful and friendly.

From the time I scheduled my appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle, I had excellent service from everyone I interacted with. I thought the email notification with video/audio of the check up and repairs were cool. They provided recommendations for maintenance and safety which i declined at this time and didnt feel the pressure because it was done over email. I was able to easily pay online and pick up my vehicle with no hassle.

Not impressed. I reached out through their web site asking to be contacted via text as I work all day. The salesperson I was assigned to responded at first but after the first few texts, became pretty unresponsive. I asked that she provide me with some options, but I didn t hear anything from her for 5 days. By that time, we had purchased from Sioux Falls Ford.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They always answer all my questions even when they are caught up in other things. They give me realistic advice and don't try to upsell me unless they think It would help me, etc. Plus they cleaned my car after a service. I was very impressed. My vehicles have always come out better than they went in. Love taking my vechiles here for service. Very good people. Keep it up Vern Eide Honda!!!

I had my Buick in for an inspection and service with Emily Swanger and the whole team at Vern Eide Honda did an excellent job. The communication and the estimate for repairs was great and I would highly recommend them for service on all make and models!

the service representative was helpful, courteous and pleasant. The actual service time was less than the time initially quoted. I was given the quote for additional parts and labor based on the inspection before the services were completed.

3/22/24 Called to speak to service and get my car scheduled I explained to the service guys that my key longer turns the ignition he proceeds to tell me a fee of 99.00 +tax will be charged for diagnosis I told the service I want and video of the technician tearing the ignition apart and the service guy has the nerve to argue and was just rude . I want pics and video to prove the technician actually did the diagnosis instead of looking at the key and saying or assuming. This dealer is already put a bad taste in my mouth about ripping people off or customer service. I get a phone call from the service manager and he was just as unprofessional to answer questions and avoiding the question I was asking I made it very clear that a video of the technician needs to be shown to back up replacing parts and not assuming. The service manager was unprofessional and rude. This isn't customer service or satisfaction

You won't find a better customer service experience anywhere from the human touch to the ample tech / online communication, support, and follow-up. Makes you wonder why everyone can't do it like Vern Eide. But maybe that's because there's only onee place to experience the "Eide Effect."

I went in for my CRV 45k service. Rob and the service department went through everything carefully, and washed it when they were done. They gave me a ride home and picked me up again, door to door which I so appreciated. Perfect service day! The following week, my car alarm started to go off randomly so I took it again. It had happened occassionally in a 3 year period so was really annoying. Vern Eide kept it for two days (with all it's annoying random beeping), meticulously went through all the possibilities and found the problem. An animal had chewed through the wire under the hood. Very small service charge for massive peace of mind! Again, outstanding service.

My experience at Vern Eide Honda showed me what real customer centricity is all about. I dropped my Honda Passport off for FAKRA recall service. Afterwards I received several texts which I found to be very extremely helpful and informative. The texts included the Service Rep's name and number and a video of my vehicle being worked on by the service team. It also included a list of items that may need attention along with an estimate of the cost if I chose to include them. I received also received a text when my vehicle was ready and given the option to pay online before pickup. What a time saver! My past experiences with car dealerships weren't like this one and I welcome this change. They respected my time and I didn't have to hound the dealership to find out what progress has been made. I'd like to give Todd Mentzer a shout-out. He was my Service Rep and even though I only needed to pick up my keys, paperwork and go, he made himself available to answer any questions I might have. This was an outstanding experience.

Spilled a full cup of coffee with creamer all over the inside of our Jeep their detailing service was the best value I found and the attention to detail amazing. I don t remember the inside looking this good when it was new! We will be bringing all of our cars for detailing to Vern Eide from now on.
