Customer service was top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My daughter and I were headed back home (5 hour drive) when I realized that I had 16 pounds of air in one tire. I knew it was needing immediate attention. I called Team Automotive and they made arrangements to get my pickup in right away! It was in and out of their garage in a timely manner and we were able to get on the road in no time! Highly recommend Team Automotive to anyone needing vehicle service or repairs! I can t thank them enough for getting my pickup in and back out on the road like they did!

I had my transfer case grenade as I was going through an intersection. I had my pickup towed to Team after hours and they were able to get it in the next morning to diagnose it and get parts coming. With their great help I was only without a vehicle for 1.5 days before they had it fixed up and back on the road. All the other shops said it would have taken them a week or better. I am very happy with my experience and my pickup is running great. Thank you to everyone at Team.Derek ShaferReede Construction

$3000.00 wasted on Try and Error!I came in with a coolent leak problem, I left with a new probem. They first made me to pay over $2,500.00 and still when I tried to put coolent in the car, it was dumping straight on the floor, as a result the vehicle was overheating. When I called and took it back, they wanted to bill me again for another diagnosis and called several other things when I declined to pay new diagnosis fees. I ended up spending another $500.00 on another part that never solve the problem. They kept say no guarantee, no guarantee, recommending repairs that could buy the car or ever a new engine!I am mad beyond regret. I wish i didn't ever approve any initial service with them; I had this bad feeling from the beginning, but I didn't listened to my inner spirit. They were billing me $500 to $700.00 for Labor that did not last for more then 4 hours, never heard of before!.At the end, I had to tow the car out with a punched back tire.I am certainly not coming back, neither any of my relatives.

I can not say enough good words about this company! They have treated me right for years! Dennis and Steve took car of my vehicle when I ran a taxi service and now they take care of my 2006 Buick LaCrosse every time I need an oil change! Anything I don't understand, they explain in great detail! I've been to a lot of mechanics in my lifetime and this is hands down one of the best! I highly recommend this company for all your needs! The first experience I had here was amazing. Glen kept me updated of the progress of my son's truck. Also delivered it on time as I was in a rush for him to leave to college. The mechanic staff was very attentive as well. So my rating is a 5. Thanks to the team there.

Was reluctant to take my car anywhere but the Subaru dealership but I couldn t pass up the deal Team Automotive was offering - I m cheap. There was good communication between the sales office and me deciding what should actually be done first, then their relating those decisions on to their mechanic working on my 2003 Forester. No avid sales pitch; no arm-twisting. Talking down to a single woman is a common occurrence, often taking advantage of our inexperience but that has never happened to me at Team. They treated me with respect and did a good job.

Very helpful I love going to Team Automotive. I have been going here since 2023 in May. They are wonderful and knowledgeable. The customer service is amazing and friendly. They make you feel welcomed and valued.

The Service Writers are knowledgeable and very professional. They made a few suggestions on what should be fixed first in regards to saftey and dependability. All the work that has been done to my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I will be bringing my car back for regular routine service.

These folks are fantastic.I had an alternator go out while driving on I-90 late last Sunday evening. I had no idea where to have the vehicle towed. The tow truck driver first indicated he planned to take it to one place but 5 minutes later called and said he took it to Team Automotive as "they were more efficient and more likely to get to it faster.I called them at 7:20 AM. (they open at 7:30) and someone answered, confirmed they had the vehicle and would get started on it. Less than an hour later they called, confirmed it was the alternator and had the replacement coming. Fixed and able to get back on the road heading for home in Florida within a few hours.Courteous, efficient and completed. Thanks guys

Very glad we have found this Sioux Falls garage. They're friendly and professional, and we have found them more than fair on price and excellent on getting us in and out quickly. The courtesy-ride van is just a fantastic problem solver, too.Hopefully we don't see them again soon, but happy we know who to call when we have auto trouble. Thanks, Team!

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Team Automotive. Quick and reliable service and they honor their warranties. Nice to have a place my daughter can take her car and not worry about being ripped off.

I had just bought this used 2014 Toyota RAV4 through Billion 10 days earlier - it needed repair to one of the tires , brake lights and tail lights rewired and a new rebuilt transmission all within the first 10 days of owning the car ! and even then it didn t drive smoothly ! I scheduled with Team to do a used car inspection to see If I had a lemon or what - they kept it an hour - made one recommendation of a $100.00 repair otherwise - they said they tightened up a number of bolts that they felt caused my concern and let me know the car was great ! It does drive great now and they have my business from now on!

This is my new favorite auto shop to take my vehicle when it comes to repairs and oil changes. They are on the top notch with everything when it comes to issues and great customer service. They also are very explanitory and helpful when it comes to explaining the reason behind the issues with the vehicle. They would also explain what they would do on there part to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend using this service for any vehicle repairs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Side view mirror repair, Oil change

They were able to get my vehicle in promptly for service and provide valet to my office. So convenient! They also did a thorough check of everything and provided an estimate for their recommendations. I would highly recommend them!

Took my car in for an alignment. Got an over-the-top assessment of repairs needed (upper/lower ball joints, tie rods sway bar links, power steering fluid flushed and more. Some of the repairs said needed were completed a month before by a trusted master mechanic. Power steering fluid was flushed at Vern Edie a month before confimed with video. Took the car to another mechanic who did not find any other issues and confirmed front suspension was solid. Did replace the sway bar links but that was it. Then went to alignment shop in SF who confirmed front suspension is solid and got my alignment done. Saved a couple grand by shopping around. I would recommend Team Automotive have the mechanics talk to the customers directly. The staff in the front office were not interested in anything I had to communicate about what I wanted done. I should have listened to my instincts then. I am not bashing them but this is my honest experience. My advice is always get a second opinion. Oh and there are zero leaks timing cover or any other on my car. The car was looked at by two different shops after I it was looked at by Team Automotive. Both confirmed the ball joints are fine and there are no other leaks. After the aliment was completed which it did need the car dives great and got the new tires on. I am sure someday the ball joints will fail but after two other shops one being a specialty alignment shop cleared it I think it will be good for some time.

Will not be returning because I do not trust them. To sum up my last experience they almost made me buy 4 new tires. I brought it to a different place for a second opinion and they were able to patch my tire for $30 with no issues. I didn t have Team Auto do anything that day to my car but they had already refilled my windshield wiper fluid and when I got home it leaked a huge puddle. Hoping they didn t lie to me before when they kept adding things that needed to be fixed and spent over $2400 on a car I just bought.

Oh my I couldn t be happier to work with Team Automotive!!! In my younger days I was a female aircraft mechanic.Although I m not a car mechanic, I can spot poor analytics. Plus being an older woman, they didn t try to take advantage either.Team Automotive was spot on the issues and reasonably priced. I was impressed with the staff in the office as well as the mechanics.

We were traveling through Sioux Falls and had a dead battery which in the Jeep is under the passenger seat & we didn't have tools to do it ourselves. We called & they got us right in, fixed it, checked the car over as a courtesy since we are on a long road trip from Phoenix. Excellent customer service & reasonable price. Had my muffler replaced/repaired no issues at all with work. They did hedge a shuttle to take me where I needed to go. Well trust them in the future with any auto repairs needed.

I really appreciate multiple aspects of my service with Team. They were very easy to get ahold of and talk to. They worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and clearly explained my service. They were also much quicker than I anticipated!
