Amazing customer service. Walked in with no appt, hoping to get my tire looked at. Not only did they immediately look at my tire ,they had my car on a lift, explained to me what it was and changed my oil while it was on the lift. Very very honest, hands down best service and better yet they are genuine and honest. Not always the case for a female walking into a mechanic shop. Definitely gained a new customer

If you need a quick & reliable mechanic shop, check these guys out I brought our van in for repairs, wanting them to start right away, & they didn't let us down. Within minutes, our van was on the lift They were very professional & transparent, showing me everything that needed to be done. I picked up my van the next morning, and it was running smoothly. Thank you, SWT Total Car Care, for your excellent service & customer care! I am a happy custormer. FYI they got coffee.

They really did an awesome job fixing my car they even called me to tell me what was all wrong with it and when my car was done they had someone come to my house n take me to get my car. It was well worth the price to get it fixed and back on the road

I highly recommended this place a few years ago. an older gentleman did my breaks and you could tell he did a good job. since then I've been coming here, however recently it was an very unpleasant ordeal after bringing in my car, only to have multiple things break under their care. they will not accept responsibility unless you buy their parts, and they will give you attitude if you question their practices. all in all i came in for simple repair, paid a lot more, walked out with more problems, including the original repair i came in for now destroyed somehow

Wanted to get my tires balanced as I had a vibration, I have a Tesla and they admitted that this would be the first one they would have worked on. They spent time making sure everything was jacked up properly and looking over all components. After taking over an hour of their own time they told me that a balance wouldn't help as the insides of some tires were chopping. They then said I'd need new tires but actually refered me honestly to somewhere else to make sure I have the right equipment. They didn't charge me and didn't misinform me, honesty and integrity is key. Appreciate it very much.

I was just about to leave Sioux Falls for Minneapolis when i noticed my check battery light was on. I stopped at the next auto repair shop hoping it could be repaired same day. They asked what the issue was and got my car in and began diagnostics immediately. Within 10 minutes they found it was the alternator and advised I would certainly have been stranded. They worked until they closed but the job needed several more hours which they began again in the morning. SWT gave me a loaner vehicle and I was able to get my companion back to Minneapolis for a meeting and I drove the loaner back to get my car. Everyone was so professional warm, friendly and helpful! 5+ STARS!!!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, General repairs, Brakes

Went bad. They lied about 3 different things I needed. Break lights, filters and tires. I drive 100+ miles daily for my job. I know when I need work. Went home and checked all 3 none of the issues were real. Curiously my car shakes when I break a little now, pulls to the right. If I don t buy new tires they ll just make it so I have to it seems. Allegedly. Curiously.

Wilies offers quick service and reasonable pricing from honest workers. My starter went out, and I had my car towed to Wilies after they were closed. They had it fixed by 10 AM the next day. They let me know I had a radiator leak, and were not pushy when I decided to pass on the gasket replacement. Finally, the starter they used came with a $25 mail in rebate! One of the best repair experiences I have had and I plan on returning for any future problems.

Wonderful service, gave the best estimate over 6 that I contacted. Called me when something else came up with the repair to let me know what was going on. Can't say enough good things about the friendly and honest service I got from Willie's!!

Of course my car decided not to make the noise that it was making once I brought it in but they still kept trying to figure it out for me and didnt charge me since they didnt find anything. Extremely nice staff! I will be coming to this auto shop from now on

I do all my own mechanical repairs but got stumped on an electrical problem. I took it to Willies and they figured it out and fixed it quickly. My elderly dad also takes his car here to get fixed and they take great care of him. Thanks!

Thank you to everyone at Willies!! On a short trip from Colorado to Minnesota, found I had a bad CV axle that needed replacing. I called on a Monday morning, they got us in and repaired and able to continue our journey the same day.
