I have nothing but amazing things to say for Siouxland Auto Glass. I had a damaged seal in my back windshield that caused a lot of water damage in my back seat and trunk. Siouxland was the first place I called and I am so glad I did! Not only were they great at communicating but they did a fantastic job. And they are mobile! You can get your repairs done while you are at work no problem! They come to you! Due to the weather, they picked up my car from my work and took it to the shop to ensure that everything was dry for the repairs to be done. They made sure I was fully aware of the possibilities of my tint possibly getting removed while trying to remove the window and also the possibility of the window breaking during removal. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. But they successfully removed the window without breaking AND without removing the tint. I am very happy with the service I received from Siouxland Auto Glass and would always recommend.

Excellent service and quality work! We broke our rear window while on vacation and Travis fit us in for same-day service and was quick and efficient. Also very friendly. All other shops could not get glass until following day. Travis was able to get the glass same day. He cleaned the broken glass and had the window installed all within 35 minutes! It looks perfect!! I can t rave about Siouxland auto glass and Travis enough! Travis returned my call within 20 minutes and fixed some rock chips in my windshield on a day that nobody else would. He came to the parking lot while I was at work and had the job done within a half hour. He was honest, professional and personable and offered a very fair and affordable price. He treated me like he valued my business with top notch customer care. He will be my windshield guy from now on!

Frustrating follow up. Things started good. They responded with a quote a few days after I asked. Their price was fair. I do not live in SF and so there was a fee for mobile service, which I found reasonable and it saved me hassle of coming to town.The appointment was made, they called and got a location and estimate on time. When they arrived they went to work and "finished" the job. The job was paid for with instructions given to someone else who paid and they couldn't convey the message, and after inspection I had some concerns. so I called that morning. No answer, left a message. He called back that evening, I asked my questions and shared pictures of my concern. He indicated he knew what the issue was and it would take long to fix. I told him I'd be in SF the next day and can bring it to him. He said to let him know when I was headed that way and he would make sure it's done, even if he had to have me "bring it to his house that evening". When we left, we let him know via text, which is what he asked for. No response. We did our thing and posted a picture of where we parked and would be for a few hours. No response. Came out, nothing was done. It has now been 5 days since I have heard anything from them. I have left voicemails, sent texts and sent emails. They have not responded. This is incredibly frustrating. I was told it would take 15 mins to fix the issue and they have not responded or followed up in any way. I did this the way they asked me to do it, and they can't follow through. I'm now to the point where I probably have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. If they ever respond and fix my issue, I will update this review. However, I would be concerned about any follow up or post install issues you may have. Only reason I can't do 1 star is the front end of our business was fine.

These guys are great! I've had them out to work on my car twice. Once for the front windshield, and a second time to replace a regulator in one of the windows. Both times, Travis and Nick were extremely helpful, fast, friendly, and efficient. Best price I could find in town too! Highly recommend Siouxland Auto Glass!

The guys at Siouxland Auto Glass came to my house, picked up our vehicle and took it to replace the windshield and recalibrate the sensors and delivered the vehicle back in no time! They arrived when they said they would and took care of us through the whole process! Highly recommend these guys!!

Great service, started when Travis answered the phone, instead of an automated service, and got even better when he said he was a mobile service that came to me. He scheduled the next day arrived within the timeframe he initially set. Service was friendly, timely and professional. Highly recommend! I was able to schedule a full windshield replacement next day, and they even provide mobile services for no charge. They had my car ready to drive in 1.5 hours from my own garage. My back window on my car was shattered. I was going to make my appointment with Safelite but they were booked a week plus out and I couldn't wait that long with a busted window. Well, thank God because Travis was awesome. It was raining today and he stopped by where I worked because he was concerned I might get water from the broken window. He put a tarp on it till he was able to repair it. He decided a little later he was going to take my car back to the shop instead and returned my car fixed in a hr. Travis went above and beyond. I recommend this company to anyone that needs their window repaired. Thank you!

I called Travis to do repair a chip I. My windshield. He was very informative and honest with me. He told me there is a chance windows crack out. I asked him for a quote for windshields in case that happened. When I called back, he had my quotes ready. He also had just gotten home for the day but was insistent he could come right then. Absolutely amazing! I had a window replaced from a break in, and they were professional, kind and knowledgeable on what I would need. They had the lowest prices and the fastest service time of anyone available. Within 24 hours they came out, and replaced my window and vacuumed the glass in less than 30 minutes.
