Kudos to IPS! Alan, Nick & Dan not only fit me into their tight schedule during service and Inventory, they got my air leak, diagnosed, solved and fixed in no time at all. Out with a New Brake Can, which is what caused the issue of escaping air when brake pedal applied.Thanks team IPS for once again Great Customer service as well as the service itself.

Not very happy with the service at this place. Had a fuel leak fixed there and when I got home 130 miles away we still had a fuel leak. Come to find out the mechanic that worked on it cross threaded the fitting and it came loose. Fixed it myself this time. Service would not stand behind the work. Very disappointed

Respectfully speaking!.... I didn't catch the name but your parts guy that looks like Santa was a huge help and is extremely knowledgeable. He helped me get every part I needed and everything was in stock!

They did road service for frozen air dryer for my truck for about 1/2hour and charged me 4 hrs labor-and when I challenged him to provide me the period of time for repair, he included the time, my driver was on the road after repair, then I told him this time period for repair was not right with evidence of the keeptruckin I got in my office, after this he tried to make over a story my driver left over with out finishing the service, but they did notify the carrier or driver for this miscommunication ahead of time. my advice is avoid this guys for road service

Showed up at 0600 with turbo related issues as well as drive line vibration. My truck was in the shop by 0610. Done around 1500. Overall bill was not cheap but within reason. Minimal down time was a big plus. Many other shops I may have been down for a couple days or more for same thing.

Efficient service, affordable repairs and accommodating staff. They took time to answer all our questions and communicated throughout the process. We also ended up with free Canaries tickets! Thanks y'all.

After being sent to 5 places for a generator switch problem, Dan was a rock star at figuring out what we needed. He was so very professional and kind and patient.Appreciated everyone here.

It was close to closing on Thursday I called Alan he said come by he would have a guy look at my issue on my RV. Nick came out checked everything out and looked underneath found the problem I was back on the road in a half hour. Thx guys for you help saved the day from going to waste!!

They are can't figure out my warning engine light for long time. People who work there are very nice .

It was long time ago. At 08/08/2014 My truck needed a new starter and one of the air hose was leaking inside the engine area.Invoice # R024045543Labor: 1,219.80Misc.: 35.00Parts: 525.40Shop Supplies: 163.82Total: 1,944.02Almost $2,000 for a starter and air hose repair. Think about that when you go there for fixing your truck.
