November 2023, needed a clutch adjustment. Others said it would be between 2 days to a week. They got me in that day, had it done in an hour and charged 1 hour. It now works great. They understand downtime. Good deal these days.

Might have said this already, but I got in pretty quickly without an appointment. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but this was due to the tech not being satisfied with the condition of a gasket on the replacement part. They located a suitable item, and got me on the road. An extra 45 minutes quite possibly saved me a couple hours later. Thanks!

Helpful staff that always has what we need to keep our company vehicles on the road. Needed old-style marker light lenses, and they had to go to the back room to find them, but came through for me. Thanks guys!

Wheelco is amazing! We blew an airbag on our RV and all the roadside assistance companies couldn t help us since they didn t have technicians in the area. We called Wheelco on a Friday afternoon. They had four rigs in front of us so they couldn t help us until Monday morning but they said to come at 7:45am and we d be first. They got us in immediately and very quickly identified the issue. They didn t have the exact airbag but they had one that would work until we got home. These guys were smart and efficient! We re very grateful for their help!!

Amazing business! The front desk parts staff rank in the top 1% of ANY similar business/setting that I've ever dealt with. Had a complex issue regarding brakes on C65 Chevy and they immediately grabbed to old parts books and then started phoning outside sources to get an answer for me. Amazing!

Had to get a minor repair done and they got me in right away. Lee (service writer) and the entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. Kept me updated on the repair until they were finished. I'd recommend them from the great experience I had!!!

The OEM team is awesome to work with. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to get us information and answers. I wish I had more vendors that deliver this kind of outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work!

Wheelco's representatives said an $888 order for a fifth wheel was unusually high for a truck part to be bought online. They then asked me to wire them money while the order was still pending (money being held from my account). They delayed my order. The owner dodged my calls and emails and no one followed up with me for two days concerning the matter. I would never purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone in the future. They simply suck at customer service. They seem fraudulent.

Wheelco has amazing customer service, great prices, and fast delivery. I have bought pick-up, trailer, and camper parts there. The staff does a good job of giving me different options and price points depending on what I'm needing. I can call, email, or message them and they are always ready to help.

Got a new Holland 5th wheel. Great price to match their service.Shop hours are same as parts open til 6pm Mon-Fri. On the phone recording it said shop was til 10pm.

I can always count on them to deliver orders on time. The service that I receive from Bill and all of the parts guys goes above and beyond what is expected. Great parts selection and they do carry a lot of flags and oversized load banners and spring loaded flags and led lights ...overall nice little place for sure

I had to pick up a part for a friend that was already paid for and I should've just been able to grab it and go. Instead, it became a hassle as they insisted it hadn't been paid for yet. This visit just took too long.

The resources Wheelco offers allows SmithCo to meet our customer's requirements, over and over again.Steve has put together a team in Harlan, Dean, Jim, Bill and Mike that has repeatedly gone the extra mile for SmithCo. This has allowed SmithCo to furnish our customers the latest technologies, and have the product knowledge to support them. When SmithCo looks to add any component that will go into the trailer design, Wheelco has deserved to be included in that process.

Came in here with an emergency repair and my partner and I were from out of town. Mike took care of us and got us into a slot where another customer had canceled. We were back on the road with our trailer in a few hours. Can't be more pleased with this shop.
