Motorhome with Cummins pusher, died on highway near Sioux Falls on a Sunday afternoon. Cummins had someone call me from the store on Sunday to confirm where I could have it dropeed on their lot. Amazing service, next day they diagnosed the issue.. ordered the part and was back on the road in a few days. Could not ask for better service experience. Great communcation all the way along. Would highly recommend.

We was just getting started on our 2 week trip with our family and our generator quit working. We stopped by and Lee and Dennis was SO knowledgeable and helpful!!!!! We was back on the road with our generator working GREAT in less than 2 hours!!! Thank you guys so much for your help

Our class c onan 4000 RV generator engine kept stalling out during our month long vacation. I showed up unannounced and was helped immediately by Camden. The problem couldn t be duplicated, but I was recommended to replace the fuel pump. I had to wait for 24 hours for the parts to arrive, but the tech Dennis started working on the repairs right after the parts delivery while we patiently waited under a shade tree. He finished in about 2 hours and we were on our way for about $200 less than estimated. The generator has worked flawlessly for 48 hours straight in the Nebraska heat with no trees nearby. Thank you everyone!

Recently purchased a used truck, stopped in with a few questions pertaining to the ISX motor, Camden was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He performed a few minor tweaks and increased my speed as requested. Got me in and out rather quickly. Kudos to Camden, and Sioux Falls Cummins service center.

The Service team was awesome. We had just started our vacation and the generator died. We got into the Cummins Sioux Falls location at 4:30 am. The took us in right away that morning to diagnose the issue and help us figure out right away.I would highly recommend using Cummins in Sioux Falls. They treat customers like family!

My truck went into a derate. I run local, looked up code. Called 2 days ahead and Camden took my call and followed through on getting part, confirming part came in the next day. He got me right in morning of repair and I was on the road in no time thanks to James. Their service team is second to none in Sioux Falls!

We had a great experience with Cummins Service. The whole team there treated us like family.We brought in our Winnebago motorhome and expected a minimum 3 day disruption to our travel plan. They were able quickly diagnose our issue and because they had the parts in stock and work 2 shifts we were able to get a large repair all in one day. (OK, the sofa in the waiting room is worn out!)We would recommend them to anyone.

Tech was onsite faster then expected and fixed all issues promptly, even mailed us parts to repair a few new issues. Scheduling over the phone is a bit of a pain but the staff are friendly and helpful. Will be using again without questions for our generator repairs.

I will never support this business again. In fact, we received such horrible service that we are changing out all Onan generators to Honda, the reliable units. After loosing thousands of dollars for their delay of service they also charged $1,100 and never repaired the problem. Horrible service all around!

Horrible time management! Manager never updated the driver. Pulled the mechanic from my truck to help other trucks while logged in on mine. After getting it fixed went down the road 60miles and broke again. Now won t cover warranty.Places like this should be shut down. My opinion

Getting in contact with someone for a service call is quite ridiculous considering the 4 prompts required on the answering service and then talking to someone in Nashville for service in South Dakota. Hope the actual service is better.
