Customer service was fantastic! My battery died right there in their front parking spot. They installed a new one in 5 minutes flat, and had all my warning lights cleared out. The battery even had a four year warranty, which was a nice surprise! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road so quickly! My husband later told me they have replaced all our car batteries no need to go anywhere else!

I purchased the battery online (pick up in store) and had the option for free installation, which I chose. The offer was then made to upgrade to a premium installation which included an anti corrosion spray for an additional 19.99. I declined the upgrade. When we went to pick up the purchased battery and get it installed, the female working said if I wanted it installed I d have to pay the 20 dollars. I said no, that was only if I wanted to upgrade according to what was listed online. She went and asked two men standing behind the counter, who said yeah they can pay 20 bucks or we won t do it. So, I took the battery home and we installed it ourselves. Batteries+ needs to retrain their staff in customer service skills or else they need to update their website. Only giving 1 star because I had to and because the battery was readily available.

I had the screen on my phone replaced on 2-22-24. Quick turn around time was important to me. They did a great job. **update 3-1-24 screen repair** screen clicks now when typing, screen flickers and isn't sensitive at all.

Stopped in there today and the gal that helped me was super friendly and helped me figure out what I needed very quickly. They Always seem to have what I need and it is super convenient to get in and out. They do a great job highly recommend these guys for any batteries!

Went in today because I was having issues with my car battery. Canon provided excellent service! He tested my battery, installed a new one for me and took the old one off my hands. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others. :)

Needed 2 replacement batteries for my Mobility scooter. I was going to order them online. My son took me over to Batteries Plus and I'm so glad he did. They replaced both batteries on the spot and the price was only about $100 for both. I had researched on Amazon and they were going to be $95 a piece plus I would have to connect them myself. I highly recommend Batteries Plus. Their customer service at this store was extra good, one of the best experiences I've had in Sioux Falls.

Gave me a quote on a key fob replacement. Came in the next day and suddenly it was twice as much. 400$ for a fob and programming is outrageous. So. They are either...........A. LIARSB. INCOMPETENTC. GOUGINGAll three of those. Idiots.

Friday afternoon, I walk in & inquire about a cable (alligator to eyelets). Showed what I was looking for on Amazon ($8). Salesman says they don't have anything like that. I turn to leave. Salesman says "we might be able to get the job done using a combination of cables."I explain the project in short, say that I'm wanting to work on the project this weekend and don't want to wait for Amazon delivery, so I'll listen. He shows me two products in packaging on the shelf. I say "they look pretty thin, you sure they'll work?" He replies "Give it a try. If it doesn't, return them."I make the $30 purchase. The cables didn't work; at all. Didn't transfer power. Nothing. Completely useless.Monday comes and I go to return them, bringing the receipt, original packaging, and unused cables (save the one time I tried and it didn't work.) Different employee says "Sorry. You opened the packaging. We can't accept this return." I get the manager, explain the situation. He agrees with the employee. After again stating that his employee sold me something and told me I could return it if it didn't work, he "graciously" returned the product for a 50% restocking fee.So, here it is, Monday and I'm out $15 and have literally nothing to show for it. I just ordered the $8 part from Amazon and will wait.Conclusion: this business doesn't care about the customer nor the customer's needs. They'll overpromised and underdeliver. They'll take your money and run. They don't stand behind their products. They don't want to help you, they just want to make a quick buck.Unfortunately for them, I won't be back. Fridays experience had me thinking, "huh. If I'm in a power pickle, this is a nice place to come as they have a huge variety of batteries." Monday made that opinion do a 180. I do not recommend BatteriesPlus.

If there was a way I would put negative stars... I went in needing a new screen for my phone and they told me it was going to be about an hour. (which was no problem and the price wasn't too expensive.) I got there an hour later to pick it up where they had me wait another half an hour. where they then also decided to tell me they didn't have any screens to fix my phone and that they would have to order a new one. they then gave me an iPhone... let me ref-raise that a DEFECTIVE IPHONE... This hunk of junk does not stay on no matter how charged it is. it will be at 80% and turn off after every phone call and text... I also work from my phone and the number that is on it. When they handed me my "loaner phone" they said all my stuff would be transferred to it... which it wasn't... I am absolutely outraged with the poor service and honestly if i would have known all this would have gone this way I WOULD HAVE RATHER RE-BOUGHT A NEW IPHONE... this place stinks and I will be writing another review on Monday depending on how well my phone is when i get it back... I would recommend not going to the place... even if its last resort...

I purchased a motorcycle battery online for pickup in store. The Duracell had a 2 year warranty so I felt it was a good deal. Went to pick it up and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I've had 2 Snap-On battery packs replaced there and one wouldn't charge, so they fixed it quickly and had me up and going the next day. Can't complain one bit about the service there. Would recommend.

Needed a laptop battery. Called the local store to confirm in stock. Got 10% discount for ordering online. Received notice quickly that the order was ready. Then picked it up at the store. Very easy process and took a couple hours at most. Battery now charged and laptop works again. Only drawback is that the battery is more expensive compared to some others online.

They fixed my iPhone screen and were the most affordable in town. It also comes with a 6 month warranty which no one else did. When I had issues getting the touch response to work, I took it back and they fixed it right away. Neither repairs took more than an hour. Happy with my service.

What a great place to get ANY kind of battery for anything you have! They have a HUGE SELECTION and very large inventory. The employees are knowledgeable, quick and honest. They can test batteries and recommend replacements if needed. (They will even tell yoih if you battery is alright instead of just selling you a new one.)Battery testing and replacement (if needed) is complimentary. This is a great thing that isn't offered many places anymore!

Website is super easy to use. I was able to figure out what lamps I needed for my car through their website and order ahead for curbside pickup.Update 12/12/2021: Had to go in for a car battery replacement, they did a great job on a difficult swap out!

My score is 10, because the staff was friendly and helpful. My phone battery & screen protector were all installed when I returned to pick it up. The cost was minimal, compared to other places. Thank you for your service, Dave and Tony

I had an Apple 8+ screen replaced. The price was reasonable but the clarity of the screen I now very hazy. I brought it back and the gentleman told me that because it was t genuine Apple parts I should expect lower quality. I hadn t realized the quality would be so low. They tried to adjust the settings on my phone but when they couldn t get it any better they told me to go online. Not impressed. It would have been good to know prior the resulting screen would be dim and hazy.

Phone was an 8+. Everything was fixed fine - no concerns.Then I started to use the phone roughly an hour later. Everything is slowed down. My keyboard is lagging and is behind on pretty much everything I type. My front camera has a grey hue to it as well when I use it.Was cheap & I ve come here before for phone fixes. This hasn t happened to any of the phones in my family previously. Not too sure what had happened?I m just not fully pleased with the outcome.

Visited this store because I bought a screen protector for my iPhone XR from amazon, but was scared that I was going to put it on wrong. I forgot the guy name but he was very polite and humorous while putting on my screen protector. I was in and out!

Took my boyfriend phone here to get its screen fixed. Than returned because the screen would not turn off during a phone call. While they tried to fix this they broke the speaker. Took it back again to try and get that fixed. The worker was very rude, he did fix thr speaker problem however, we are now back to the first problem. Will be going somewhere else to get it properly fixed. With the cost and amount of time I spent on this store, it cost me more than going to a proper repair place the first time.

Nick the employee that was originally helping me was very kind and helpful. The manager with gauges in his ears was a jerk that lost his temper when I tried to ask In depth questions about about my key fob. He stated the information he was conveying was "common sense" implying I had no idea what I was talking about. They were not able to reprogram my key successfully.
