I rolled in yesterday with my pristine old Volvo and need some exhaust work. Nothing great about a nice car sounding like a jalopy. They said we would have a lift open by 3. I stopped back and they were on it and repaired the work is a fast and efficient manner the price was excellent and. Needless to say. I would highly recommend them for your next repair on exhaust. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Got quoted $4000 to fix catalytic converter by billion and I called automotive brake because my wife had great luck with her exhaust repair. Joe charged me $850 and vehicle seems to be back in order. I dropped it off at 3:30pm so i didn't think it would be done until following day.They got it done quickly and called me so I could pick up before they closed at 5:30 the same day. Would recommend.

Wonderful service and speedy process! Dropped off our 2017 Escape for an exhaust quote, and heard back in record time, what the cost would be. Within 3 hours of dropping her off, to paying the bill. A MUCH better price than dealership quote! We highly recommend Automotive Brake and Exhaust! I know we will refer them to others, and will go back to them again!

Chad and Joe were incredibly helpful! My fianc�e was quoted $1200 to fix her exhaust at a dealership and they were able to do it for less than $100. They got me in the same day I called, and had me in and out in no time. I can't recommend them enough, and will certainly be going back.

BEWARE!! THIEF! UNPROFESSIONAL!!If you want to be treated poorly, get an underestimated cost of work, over charged and then charged a hidden credit/debit fee then your in luck this place is for you.I was quoted $900 and charged 1200. He called me right before closing, so to save time I paid over the phone. He then charged me $40 fee for using my debit card instead of paying cash. When I called him out on it the next day he in person he turned into a child.The owner Joe stated he has 4 months left before retirement. Apparently he's going to rip off as many people as he can before he goes.I have filed a BBB complaint and notified the Sioux Fall city commerce of this clown

There are lots of places to go in Sioux Falls for automotive service but only one place has Chad Dubac. I highly recommend Automotive Brake & Exhaust because of his incredible skill level and knowledge. Great guy, great place, and it is expanding!

Don't recommend to anyone that needs their vehicle! He only wants drop offs and to leave them for at least a day or more. Exhaust pros got me right in 15 mins after he turned me down for the second day in a row!

I called late in the afternoon hoping to get an appointment that afternoon. They got me right before the end of the day. He was able to diagnose the issue just from my explanation. When I got there they were extremely friendly and got the keys from me and had the car up on the hoist in no time. I was back on the road again within a half hour. I was worried about the price but didn't need to be. It was extremely reasonable. All in all a great experience. Now my old car is whisper quiet like a ninja. Thanks for the great service! I will be recommending you to anyone I can!

I showed up without appointment. They squeezed me and worked on my car. I highly recommend this place because of their skill level and honesty. The guy did a great job and I watched him work on my car. Great people, great place. Thy did not offer me a water as I was waiting, but charged me a very reasonable price compared to what I anticipated. I guess I can by my own water with the money I saved and I'd still give them five stars.

Rude, lack of customer service and dishonest with their pricing. I ve used them before many years ago and never had a bad experience with them or when Joe was there. I am not sure if he is still there or not, but I didn t see him. I took my car in yesterday for Brakes and Exhaust work, which is what they do, I will give them credit with the work that was done and done quickly in a timely manner. I m assuming the installation was done properly, but after the dishonest pricing practices, it leaves me guessing the quality of the work. However, I was quoted a price on the phone and agreed and said, lets do that. Low and behold, I go in to pay the bill and pick up my sons car and see a huge price increase. When I asked for specifics as to why, I was told it was tax. Ok I can get behind that, but tax isn t $70 on a $330 bill. I asked for a break down and after debating it with the person behind the counter for a break down of the charges, so that I can see for myself, it was reluctantly given to me with attitude and tossed toward me. Like what are you trying to hide, well lets see $17 in shop fee s, $15 for using a credit card and another $15 more on the exhaust then what I was quoted. I can deal with the tax, but these extra little fee s were not disclosed, so if you use them, please be take notice that you ll be paying at least an additional $30+ just in extra fee s alone. Needless to say, poor customer service and this business has gone downhill for a place that once had great face to face interactions with their clients and gave you everything upfront with a smile and a nice conversation. I wouldn t recommend this business again, due to the shady pricing structure they use, my guess is it s a sliding scale. Hope this helps.. Gave 2 star because the did the work, I'm hoping...

This is a nice, simple exhaust, brake, and alignment shop. They fixed my broken exhaust system in a couple hours, after it broke along the highway. There was no pressure to buy more than I needed, just some new hangers and a short splice. He doesn't make appointments and charges 3.75% for using a credit card, so I had the work done the next morning, and paid with a check.

Called in asking for a quote on a catalytic converter, was told they wouldn't touch a Toyota without a second of hesitation. They should shorten their name and take exhaust out of it because clearly they're not skilled enough for an hour of labor on a cat.

Great Service and a fair price. The guys are very knowledgeable on what they do best. I felt very comfortable with them from my first phone call to the end of the completed job. Our car was in this morning for broken exhaust manifold bolts and out this afternoon with a new manifold, Ox sensor, gaskets, bolts, etc. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I stopped there and asked a simple question and got a very fast answer and was shown what and where the problem was. I was frustrated but the gentleman said he could get it fixed and told me he had the parts and it would take about an hour to get it done. I was very pleased with their service. It was reliable and fast and they got me in right away. They didn't try to talk me into more services. They just made sure MY needs were met and sent me on my merry way. Thanks guy for all your actual help and no hearty words just ALL action. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you! Ms Pleased!

I had been a lifelong Buck's customer, and when they closed, needed to find a new place for muffler service. I could not be more pleased/satisfied. These guys have treated me excellently on each occasion. When I need muffler service, I would not even consider going elsewhere! A few days ago I needed an item removed from my car. The young man came out to my car within a minute or two, took a quick look, returned with a tool and removed it. He would not take any money. This happened a few months ago where I needed something done under my car, and they did it within minutes, and again, no charge. They replaced my muffler and a portion of piping (I believe over a year ago), and I have had no issues. Now, I'm thinking when I need brake or alignment work, I will go here *_*

Best service ever! Called in and explained my exhaust problem to Joe, he told me to get there as soon as I could . He guessed they would be done in 30 to 45 minutes. I got there at 9:02. They welded in new exhaust pipe brackets etc. I was pulling out of the driveway at 9:30!! Now that's some great service.Great guys too. Awesome job Guys, Thanks!

Highly recommend this place. My mechanic had told me I needed a new catalytic converter and oxygen sensors. This place quoted me $700 less for the same work. And then, after dropping off my car, they called and told me they felt like the cat was fine and that I should start with changing the O2 sensors. They could have just done the work it but they were honest and tried to save me a little money. THANK YOU.

Three things you need to know about this shop: 1. Honest - will only fix something if it needs it. Will tell you if it does not need to be fixed. 2. Quick - gets you in and out fast. 3. They do good work - have not had any issues with the work they have done on my vehicles.

Incredible customer service! Went looking for a catalytic converter estimate. Chad, while helping me, had customers arriving to pick up their vehicles, and incoming customer phone calls. ALL were treated in a timely and professional manner. Turns out my item was in stock, and after about 15 minutes on the lift (to include a visual explanation of the process), I left with a new converter in place, at a great price. Webster s should have see Automotive Brake and Exhaust under the definition of customer service!

2-20-20 I stopped in with my sons car(exhaust issue) and no appointment. I was in/out in 20minutes. Very honest and told me was a bad exhaust design from factory and they were able to cut a Piece out and replace it. Otherwise it could have been a $1000, but like i said in and out for $104.00.they for sure got a life long customer & referrals from me. Thanks guys

They are amazing to work with! I called the owner today and he was very friendly on the phone as opposed to another place we had called. He right away was able to tell me what was wrong with it. He took a look at it and asked if we wanted it fixed right away and of course we said yes! The price was very affordable and service was incredibly quick! We were in and out all within 20 minutes! I definitely recommend!

Got me in quick. Had the job done in less than an hour. Nice and polite. Did not try to upsell me on anything.Bring your check book and save a couple bucks on the credit card fee.I will be back. Thank you.
