I do a lot of reviews and I take them very seriously.. I'm from Ohio. Had little issues with my van and I'm in South Dakota. These mechanics went above and beyond to help me pinpoint my problem not to mention fit me in the schedule. Thank you. Very happy and very pleased. I have over 30 million views and contributed 5800 contributions. In 3 years. Only had about six bad reviews. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work

41st did a great job on my daughters car. She needed a new catalytic converter and tune up. The staff did a great job and saved her of $1500 from what the dealership quoted

This place is a joke. If you want your vehicle in worse condition bring it here! My vehicle was in and out of this shop for past 4 months and I have had nothing but issues after issues with my vehicle. They are very unprofessional and leave dirty work rags under your hook. Dont place parts in correct area and zip tie them under your hood. After returning my vehicle in worse condition this last time and telling me to continue to drive it I parked it. Made a new appointment at a different shop they got it in and called to inform me it was a mess. They had Transmission control module in wrong spot and zip tied, as well as pins bent, and wires messed up. They were nice enough to let me know that it's so bad now it needs to hit a transmission shop. Here are the pictures of the messes this screwed up place left me. STAY AWAY!!!!

Waited for over an hour and watched 7 other cars pull into the garage a get serviced before me and they all showed up after I did. No one bothered to talk to me to tell me what was taking so long.

Found the serpentine belt was split, couldn't find one anywhere in town and it was 5pm. They stayed late to make sure we found the right part to make a business trip the next morning without breaking down. 41st street auto has highly professional service with excellent customer service. Helped me install my amp and sub to my new car and made sure everything looked clean and helped add custom frames to keep everything tidy. Have had 0 problems. Highly recommend!!! Deserves 5 star rating all day each day! Truly fabulous craftsmanship and quality work! Will come back in the future on my next car for sure!

I have used these guys with my vehicle and my sons vehicles. My one son everything with him is always an emergency they are always quick to get it taken care of! My other son we have had lots of problems with his truck starting issues as well as some problems with his accelerator pedal it went in for one issue and then the starting issue acted up again they were able to find and fix our ghost problem! This guys know what they doing. They found out I had a bad water pump and ordered me a new on immediately. They where fast on working on my truck too and got everything installed correctly. Used there loaner car so I could go to work while I went to work which helped me out. Definitely recommend going here. Also the pricing was decent as well.

These guys were great! Had brake problems, they could have really taken me for a ride, instead they were honest And fixed the minor issues I had. Honest and fair, also love the dog! I Will come back again.

Took my truck in to figure out what was wrong with my AC but in 30 minutes they had it figured out I'd figure it out and within 4 hours they had my truck fixed up running and ready to go and I haven't had a problem with the since... Going to continue to take my truck back there.. They have better service quality of service and time management skills then Sioux Falls Ford has ever had

Dave and the crew always treat me very well, explain what is wrong with my car in terms that I can understand, and charge me reasonably for everything. I have never had any problems and this is by far the best car shop I have ever been to! I will continue bringing all my car business here because I have never received better service and attention every time I come in. I highly recommend Village to everyone I talk to for its personalized service, friendly staff, and quick repairs. I trust my car with Dave and everyone and will never go anywhere else as long as I stay in Sioux Falls

My 2005 Jeep Liberty's power steering pump went out as well as needing several other repairs. They fixed everything up and went the extra mile to track down an oddball part that was needed. We are happy with the work and very happy to have our second vehicle back.

I have just recently moved to Sioux Falls and after a recent accident, I was recommended to try 41st Street Automotive. I could not be more impressed with the quality and service they provided me! Needed to have my leaky gas tank replaced. I ordered my own high quality tank and brought the parts to 41st automotive. After 4 hours all switched . Cost me around $350. Dustin and Steve saved my bacon on a Saturday afternoon! Dead vehicle in a parking lot 60 miles from home. And I could not have gotten a phone number for a better auto repair shop in SF! As I cannot give lower than a 1 star I guess I will have to leave it as that. All those glowing reviews were obviously from the FORMER OWNERS! THEY HAVE A BANNER THAT SAYS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT (OR OWNERS). I don't remember. I had coupons for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought in my van and daughter's car for this service. I got mine done only to find out that they didn't bother to rotate the tires. The guy behind the counter said "You have to ask for that." I said it was on the coupon! Then he said that it didn't need it! WTH!! I paid for it. Who was he not to do it. Then I said he needed to do it to my daughter's car. What they didn't tell us was that she had one bad tire. So they rotated it from the back to the front making it almost impossible to drive the hour drive to our home. Save your money, time and frustration. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! They had our cell phone number. They called about my air filter, which they replaced. That was the only good thing I can say about them. YES, THEY ARE CROOKS!!
