Got an oil change, and it took a long time. It was understandable since they were short-handed. The mechanic was awesome.

No one ever answers the damn phone. I've tried to call to buy some tires but no answer. I had to go elsewhere to buy them.

Very helpful and nice. However they put on the work order completion that my tire pressure on all my tires was 35. Which was incorrect THANK GOODNESS 45PSI is what they were and should be. So perhaps they AUGHT to actually check them if they are going to put it on the service sheet. Other than that, bang up job. Thank you guys

This was really a teamwork effort that started with the Auto Care manager, the shop guys and one of the assistant Walmart managers. My van desperately needed tires, it was 15 minutes before they closed, and it was not safe for me to drive in the inclement weather that was currently going on in my home state. Everyone work together to get me back out on the road and stayed until the job was done. I'm not saying they can do this every time but hats off and kudos to them for their service!

My car is a V6 and needs 5 quarts oil, they added 4, assuming it is 4 cylinder.I had to come back again for one more quart. But after adding one more quart, my car started to leak oil and had to replace the valve cover gasket, which caused me $300.

Hey Walmart I m trying to call you to let you know my Jeep that was towed to you needs the tire fixed. I have been calling since 1030 this morning. My phone call is being ignored. Please do not tow my vehicle away. The tow company that dropped of the Jeep gave you my phone number. You told him you could not find my phone number in the system when I bought the tires from you last spring. I understand, if you are busy. I just want to make sure you can find me in your stystem. The tire is under warranty. Even if it takes till tomorrow to get it fix, I understand that. Your probably under staffed as usual and I get that too. Please call meService: Auto maintenance

Oil did not get changed they say it did but it remains the same exact dark black color it did when I took it in just a week ago. Car broke down just 15 minutes ago and car said it needs an oil change but they wouldn't do anything about it.

This auto care center was able to pull out of my tire some pieces of metal missed by a previous Walmart auto center, patched up the holes, and sent us on our way in under 45 minutes. Would recommend, especially for urgent tire repairs!

Bought a new battery for car. Asked about the free battery installation. And they said sure. 30 min later they said they couldn't replace the battery because they would have to remove the passenger seat. I went back to the mechanics and explained that wasn't needed as you can just move the seat all the way forward. They said they looked at it and it couldn't be done. So i left and did it myself in 5-10 min without removing the seat. Thanks for nothing. I guess they were able to sell me something at least... and not provide the service the say they said they would. Lazy or incompetent. Let you decide.

I actually watch them put the Royal Purple in the car. My only disappointment is they would not give left over oil in the 5qt container. The car took 4.2qt. I paid extra for a Royal Purple oil change for the extended mileage range. I want that left over oil to top it off at 5000 miles. They always gave me the leftover oil before on my Royal Purple oil changes.

Good prices. Oil change and a new battery and just under $136. First come, first served, so it was about an hour wait in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday.

They aired up my tires even though I never asked them to. My tires are only rated for 35 PSI, but they ended up airing them up to 44 psi on my right side and 38 on the left. Kind of dumb. Also, since they messed with the air filter we have been hearing a whistling sound coming from our AC...Probably never coming back to this one.

Had a flat tire while on vacation. They were very prompt and courteous. Michael in automotive was helpful and the cashier who gave us a ride (I wish I had gotten her name) she was a great blessing to our family.

I came in for some oil for my car and was very surprised at how bare the shelves were, the only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star is because there wasn't much to choose from

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BY ANY MEANS THE TIRE AND LUBE CENTER!!! My boyfriend and I went in for a free battery check and walked out with broken brake lines and no vehicle as it now has to be towed to a repair shop. We were forced to walk home as they refused to give us a rental car. Absolutely disgusted with the service we received.

They usually call it the native Walmart good overall experience need a little bit more workers for the cashier lines but self service is pretty good that's the way to go if you want to get in and out fast and in a hurry other than that quality is pretty good merchandise okay there are still some things that you cannot find but overall good place to be I'm giving three stars not because it's a bad place

We went for a tire repair on a Sunday. We were told that the equipment was dated and they wouldn't be able to help us after waiting 45 minutes. The same happened with a family member the same day.

Traveling through from out of state and blew a tire on the camper on a Sunday after 5pm. Luckily they stayed open and got me up and running!
