The staff at this location is always friendly, helpful and prompt. I've come to this location many times and I thoroughly enjoy my experience coming here.

I have rented two times from them and every time I was super smooth not to complicate it. The people friendly and super nice. And of the day you filled up the truck for gas they'll be happy and you wouldn't be overcharged. So far I would hire work at night people to rent out the vehicle and have fun doing business with them remember to when you're done fill up the tank full and you'll be okay.

I got there after hours and the code didn't work. Underneath the code box there was a phone number to call. This turned out to be the general manager's personal number. She was the most helpful general manager I've ever talked to. He took time out of her home life and family to help me, and I think that is awesome.

The prices for moving supplies are better than even Walmart's prices and the quality is 10x better! The brown tear by hand tape is my favorite tape for everything. It's super sticky but doesn't usually leave much reside if using on things like: boxes, your car or wood floor (which I've done) lol AND it's pretty cheap! BEST TAPE EVER! This U-Haul store has indoor storage, sells tons of different moving supplies, installs hitches/wiring and fills propane tanks. So many things I didn't expect from a truck rental place!

Can't just check a price. They want my card number to charge me to reserve a enclosed cargo trailer for our trip out of town. Then the one we wanted is out side and they say they don't have any.

No one was there when I went to drop off before 8 p.m. on a Friday so clearly their hours are wrong

Nice people, but couldn't get a trailer hitch put on my van, wrong size after waiting a week for it to br shipped.
