This is the best place for tires in Rapid City. If you arrive tireless, you will leave TIREd! . They care about what they do and they go the extra mile, so to speak. They have my current and foreseeable future tire business.

I would like to thank the guys and gals at Tyrrell Tires for hooking me up short notice on installing my wheel studs and mounting and balancing my tires that I brought to them. If you plan on shopping with them buy your tires from them as well! I bought these on a whim from Tire Rack and it was a struggle to fit them into my coupe. Next time I will buy my tires thru Tyrrell because they have better prices and it s more convenient to as well! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service and people. My car had a couple issues but still drive-able. Speedometer wasn t working and a slough of lights were on. I expressed concern having to get to work both days they had it, so they gave me a ride to work both days and even brought it to me when they were finished! Outstanding, most places don t do that and they didn t have to but they did. They fixed it quickly, everyone was very friendly, an overall very pleasant experience! Thank you so much!

Had a flat tire after flying in from vacation and still had a 4 hour drive home. Called about six different place who required an appointment and wouldn't make any exceptions. They were able to get us in asap and get us back on the road, super friendly customer service and good pricing for an emergency. If I live there this would be my tire shop for everything.

If I could, I give them no stars!When I bought my car back in March 2023, the dealership sent us over to get the tire pressure sensor fixed and an oil change. Little did I know, they would ignore a bigger issue. Today (June 26th, 2023) I was getting four new tires on my car (at a different tire place of course) and they found my wheel bearing cutting into my axel! This is very dangerous especially since the same tire blew last week. Tyrrell Tire should have seen this, as it did not just happen. I am very disappointed with them and I will never use their business again!

I made the mistake of buying a car from 605 Auto Plaza and in the 14 months I ve had it I ve had $3,000+ in car repairs done. Every time I brought my car to Tyrell they were able to look at it that day and did the work for a very fair price. The several times I brought it in to see what else was wrong they didn t charge me for it. I have had my car there for a long time during a couple of the visits but I just chalk that up to being busy or just how mechanic shops generally work. So it s not a negative. I d recommend bringing your vehicles to Tyrell for any trouble you may have.

A new set of Cooper tires wore out in 23,000 miles. With a 60k mile tread warranty I was extremely disappointed in the performance and life of the tires. The tire changer at Tyrell went out of his way to tell me everything I did wrong in caring for my tires with no offer to help remedy the situation. Funny thing is all I wanted was to purchase a better set of tires that were not Cooper and would last longer. Poor customer service with no care for repeat business, with all of the choices of shops in town I would suggest a better establishment.

They are wonderful people. We did not know what to do with a bad bent rim, and the tire was not holding air. We had checked 5 other places, and they wanted to order a rim and wait a week. She lives 50 Mike's from Rapid. THANK YOU ALL

I absolutely had the best experience here today! I think it is very important to shop local and today really drove that home for me. I got a flat tire while I was at work and Zach was even willing to stop by my work if needed. They got me in and out right away. I knew it was a right decision when I got my tires last year from them. They made what could been a stressful situation an easy in and out process, as well as they stood by the product they sold me. That screw didn't ruin my day because the customer service I was greated with.

I would go here again. Had a tire situation on a Saturday. They were closing in twenty minutes. They said to bring the vehicle in. They solved the situation. Great customer service.

Very polite and helpful to every need of tires for your car. Highly recommend this place then any other. I was impressed with the car ride to my hotel. I travel alot and use many different services on the road when I fix my own cars at home. Its hard to trust businesses with your vehicle but this place i can recommend. Louis J

I checked a few other shops in addition to this one. I ultimately ended up back at Tyrell Tires because not only was I treated with kindness and patience, they gave me the best price on 4 good quality tires. I will always return here, and will recommend them to anyone. It's amazing to me how many issues new tires has solved, no more violent shaking at higher speeds, no more noise, alignment is great, rides smooth as silk. I'm very happy overall!

Great deals, my family all goes here. Super nice staff. The only thing is every time I got for tire maintenance, I have to go back multiple times for them to keep my tire(s) from going flat. I'm not the expert, but hopefully they can start getting it the first time.

We had a hard time finding any shop that would replace a tire for us, and these guys came through in a pinch. They were friendly and even accepted our business when they were extremely busy and closing soon. Thank you for your help and service.

Extremely unhappy about these guys I m away from home but hearing from my mother she had to get an oil change and tire rotation. Took them two hours to even get the oil change done, proceeded to neglect to tell her why it was taking so long, and put a totally wrong lug nut on her vehicle that isn t even hers. She stated to me that this morning after said oil change that there was a plastic cover from under the vehicle that fell off. Once again not happy with y all treating my mother like this I would have sent her over to liberty Dodge if I knew that y all had this bad of service

Was in town from MO and stopped here for an issue with my truck. My tire pressure sensors had to be reset too. They checked it out free of charge! They could have easily charged me something but I get the impression Scott is an honest guy. Highly recomend!

Customer Service was excellent. The commercial on the radio convinced me to call and give them a try. They had the tire I needed to get back on the road. And thier willingness to accommodate payment options was generous.

Unprofessional. I was on the side of the road helping another family with a flat tire. Called many places and could not find the tire needed. I talked to Scott on the phone he said he had the tire and that he didn t have a used tire in the size I was looking for. I told him of the families situation and that we would get the one tire he had and trade it in then possibly buy a set of four when talking about casing credits he became irritated and all of the sudden said good luck finding a tire that he had remind you and hung up the phone. I had to go to another tire shop to help this married couple get off the side of the high way. Wow Scott.

Had some special locking lug nuts that the key had broken. Tyrell tires removed them quickly and replaced them with some standard ones. Great service! Quote was dead on. Everyone was very professional! Will definitely do more business with them in the future, and would absolutely recommend for lug nut removal. Thank you!

In mid October we were driving west toward Rapid City on a 2 week road trip from Northern California and cut a tire on our Corvette. The car uses a tire that is not common and even the local Chev deal did not have any. We contacted Tyrrell Tire at 4:30pm told them our problem and they made arrangements to get tires for us the following morning by 8am. We were amazed, they suggested a place for us to have breakfast while they did their work and had us back on the road by the time we finished eating. The price was great, they were just wonderful to work with, Thank you!!

We re moving up to Rapid and wanted to find a reliable tire place to count on. We needed 4 new tires on our car & had a set budget due to moving. They nailed it right on & helped us find the tire we were comfortable with both our budget and safety! Thank you! Will be coming back!

We had to have our front brakes worked on while on vacation, Tyrells Tire was the only place out of 15 shops that I called that would take us the very next day! Saved our vacation. Awesome service awesome people
