I was referred to these guys by the pit crew 2 you guys. The first thing I noticed was how busy they were, usually a good sign of a good repair shop. Next, I overheard the guy at the counter telling me they were fully booked for almost 2 weeks, another good sign. When I told the guy my issue, he turned and explained it to another guy who had just walked in. He told me to give just a minute, he came back with a little hand held scanner, and in 2 seconds told me my thermostat was going bad he cleared the code, I made an appointment with them.Thank you, Guys

The best repair shop! I have known Brett over 30 years! I will not trust my vehicle to anyone else! Trustworthy and fairly priced!

They fixed the car, but the battery wad replaced as well. I said do not replace that. They replaced it. 260 dollars later I have a new battery and I didn't want to pay that. 3 months later my motor blows because there is antifreeze in the block... you know what I took the car in for originally??? Right, you guessed it. My radiator wasn't working or holding anti freeze... they told me it was fine. They did good work but not thorough work.

This place is incredible! They are prompt, courteous, and professional and the quality of their work is unmatched. The bonus is that they are trustworthy in their diagnosis and fair priced. Wife's truck kept having problems and no one could figure it out. I was trying to take it in and the truck had a huge bang and started running like carp. Got it in to the first shop and they said it blew a spark plug. They said it would cost 350.00 just to diagnose how much it would cost to repair it. They said I could take it down to The Repair SHOP and they seemed "no big deal" and they got it fixed in two days and it cost 398.00 which was what they guessed it would be before they even looked at it. They fixed the "blown spare plug" and found all other spark plugs lose and fixed them too.We are hoping that fixes the rough running problem but will have to see. Good job guys.My Dodge Durango blew the water pump on Thursday, I called and they said they would try to work it in as soon as they could. Friday morning they called and told me what they found and gave me a quote to fix it. Friday afternoon they called me back telling me the truck was done and they did it under the previous quote including an oil change to boot. I would recommend these guys for just about anything

I have been taking me vehicles to the repair shop for about 7 year now, personal and business fleet! I cannot say enough good things about these guys! They have always treated me more than fair and been upfront and honest with everything I have ever needed, and always performed incredible work in a timely fashion! No other place to go in my opinion! Thank you guys appreciate all you guys do

Every time we bring our vehicles in or my grandparents vehicle in you guys always find what s wrong. We have never had an issues with you guys whatsoever. We appreciate all you do. We will definitely keep coming back here because you guys always find the issue for us and you fix it right away.

My husband and I have been using The Repair Shop for the last few years. We are very thankful we found a place that is reliable, efficient and reasonable. Every time we have had our vehicles there, be it our old (before kids!) turbo-charged sport pickup or our current mini-van, we been pleased and satisfied with their work. Our regular mechanic, Dennis, has always been honest with us when talking about what needed to be done and what it would cost. He has never added unnecessary additional work or labor and always provides great communication as well.I am usually the one who drops our vehicles off (my husband and I frequently change vehicles) and the guys down there have always treated me with respect. If I have questions, they are willing to answer them and help me understand what the problem is and how they will fix it. Because they work on so many makes and models, they have to be knowledgeable and there hasn't ever been an issue they couldn't iron out, or a question that couldn't be answered.We highly recommend The Repair Shop to all of our friends and we will continue to use them as our first and only choice for our automobile repairs.

First took my vehicle to peerless store for a rotation. They tried killing me by not putting one of my tires on 100%. Brought it here and they treated me with utmost respect and didn't ream me on the bill. Friendly staff took me to look at the damage that was done by the previous people. Definitely recommend this place. Any time I need anything done at all this is where I'm taking my baby.

The Reapir Shop is great. They have reasonable prices, are always extremely efficient, and don't jerk you around or give you services you don't need. Trustworthy shop.

I bought an alternator here for my motor home. I asked what the warranty was and if they would take care of me if I had a problem on the road. They assured me that they would. The alternator failed many miles later while I was in Fairbanks, AK. I called The Repair Shop, and they sent me a new one right away via priority mail. So great to do business with people like this!

My wife had her car fixed here and recently had my truck looked at here. Not only did they diagnose issues we had no idea about, they also deferred work to other local shops that could do the work cheaper. Overall: Great service.

We've taken two vehicles there over the last month for a total cost of over $600. During the last visit they explored an electrical issue and eventually replaced a burned out bulb. When we got the car home and tried to start it again it did not start. I called to inquire about them fixing it and was absolutely stunned by Brian's condescending and arrogant attitude. Needless to say they refused my request to have it towed and fixed. I took it to another shop that found they'd caused some minor electrical issues during the repair of the light bulb and that shop fixed the problem immediately. I strongly urge you to take your car elsewhere, especially if you expect them to stand behind their work.

These guys are the BEST! I could give countless examples, but I'll limit myself to two: I had an overheating problem with my Dodge Durango. I took it to three different mechanics, including the Dodge dealership. I spent thousands of dollars over two years and the problem was never fixed. Took it to these guys and they called me within half an hour to tell me they'd found the problem. It was fixed and on the road by that afternoon for a very reasonable price. Fast forward to today: Durango won't start. Take it to these guys and find out the alternator is out. Wow - I just had a new one put it (at another garage) less than two years ago. I will NEVER go anyplace else again. Aside from being fair and knowledgeable, they are also polite, they explain things to my satisfaction, and don't act like I'm a burden on their time. Thanks, guys! I will be spreading the word!

I was referred to the Repair Shop a few years ago by an employee at Napa. They rebuilt my alternator with all new electrical components and bearings for half the price of a new unit and had it done in 2 hours. Last week my friend's starter stopped working so we brought his car in at 7am. We expected his car to be gone for a few days, but they were done by 11:30, and it ended up only needing new brushes and costing him very little. I'm having trouble with my alternator in my current vehicle and I'm going to go in to get it looked at in a few minutes because I know they'll have it done by this afternoon.

Third time bringing a vehicle in. The only charge for the work they do, not how long the vehicle is there. Quick diagnosis, and repairs as fast as they can get the parts in. They've treated my Chevys well.

Legit!These guys have given me straight answers every time I have questions. Moreso even than some other shops.And, they've done a great job adding custom parts to my WRX and doing basic repairs on my Grocery Getter.I'm satisfied. :)

back in may i had my car towed to this shop upon recommendation to have them diagnose a bad sound coming from under the hood. they said the motor had a spun rod bearing and was pretty much done for. spent 4 months looking and saving for a new motor. come to find out when i took it to reputable garage mechanics to do the engine swap, they lifted my old motor and after thorough investigation the sound was just coming from a very bad worn out turbo and that my engine was completely fine. once we replaced the turbo with a brand new one my car made no more noises . did yall even look at it or just base the condition it was in by the sounds my car made instead. bought a new motor for nothing, hella waste of time and money thanks guys. i aint like giving bad reviews but damnn!!

Van wouldn't start. Had towed to Shop. They found water in the gas tank? Removed gas and water and put in Heat. No Parts. A few hours labor. $409.00 Van runs . . . but not well still has some water in the gas.
