Wow! I am usually disappointed with quick lube places. Take 5 on Mt Rushmore Rd is a different story. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water. The service was extremely professional and thorough. These guys really know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Professional, very well mannered, kind and courteous employees. They will get you taken care of guaranteed! Not only do they offer free top off and tire check within 3,000 miles of an oil change, but they also have amazing customer service and a very welcoming discount for Veterans & Active Duty Military

Upon arriving, the tech, Devin offered us waters and was very friendly. Chavez was more than helpful, went above and beyond with informing me of services offered. Sonny, the lead tech I believe very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, best experience getting my oil changed. So much better than the other guys . Thank you take 5.

Great experience for me! The staff was respectful, quick, and efficient. It was neat getting to watch the workers remove the filters from my car and show me what they looked like. As a mom of 4 who had all the kids with me while getting my oil changed, the ability to stay in the car was great! Thank you!

I had to come to Rapid from Casper, WY for eye surgery and needed to get my car serviced. I had an excellent experience at Take 5 at 803 St. Patrick St. in Rapid! I was in and out in under 12 minutes! The asst. mgr, Nathan, was sooo professional and friendly! He and his crew worked together, seamlessly and explained everything as they were doing it, which I truly appreciated! He showed me that my air filter looked pretty clean and didn't need replaced! I appreciated that as well! No up sell! I also love that I got to hang inside my car, especially since I needed to charge my phone and do some work. The cold bottle of water they provided me was a wonderful touch! I wish I lived closer, because I would definitely go back to Take 5! I highly recommend them to anyone traveling through our local!

I pulled in with my kids, having time to spare; I wanted to get my car serviced before our appointment. I was offered water right away which a friendly gesture. I noticed the professional demeanor right away. I thought they were all either cops or veterans just based on their professional appearance. I was impressed! I recommend the Take 5 company at the East North location because of the quality service you will receive. I was pleasantly surprised to watch the team work together to get the job done in 15 minutes! Absolutely worth pulling in.

TAKE 5 WAS THE BEST! The guys were great! They knew what they were doing and included me in decisions and checks. I sat in my car and they were done fast!!! Great staff and service! I won't go anywhere else!Oil change the 2nd time was as good as the first and they were open on a Sunday!

The best service ever. I didn t wait in line, they explained everything to me so I could understand. Very very nice workers and wonderful service. They checked my tires for free as well. I really recommend Take 5!

Both Nate and Tokala were very friendly, well qualified, and efficient techs! Take 5 had my son and I from greeting, pulling into the bay, changed my oil, and back on the road in less than a 1/2 hour! Thats from waiting and starting the service to completely done and paid! I was thoroughly impugned will definitely return! Thanks!

Nathan was awesome! He walked us through the whole process and gave us excellent customer service. Everyone is very quick and communicated throughout the whole process. They know exactly what they re doing and get you everything you need. They were also helpful on where to find some new tires. We will only be coming to this location from now on.

I arrived at about 8 o clock when I entered the bay . They told me it would be a little bit of a wait . They said they had to finish the truck in the adjacent bay first . About 18 minutes later , they worked on my vehicle . They were professional and efficient. I loved the service .but I was disappointed in the time it took to do a quick oil change(as they advertise). Granted, even with the delays , they were quicker than a dealership , but it wasn t quick . They need more help.

Man these guys are awesome they where very helpful and shown me different options on oil changes plus worked very well as a team, reminded me of a army squad that did there job on point, I've been to multiple places in rapid but not like these guys, there on point I got my car done about 12min. I'm not paid or sponsored if you think im over selling it head there yourself and try it yourself! Highly recommend!

Staff at Take 5 were phenomenal during my last stop. All employees were knowledgeable and explained products thoroughly. We hit a snag with my hood latch, and the manager made the trip into the shop to help. Everyone showed such care to help me and see things through. I am so appreciative of the knowledge and expertise of all that work at Take 5. I would highly recommend Take 5!!

Couldn't be Jasper with the quality of personnel, service and product. You have a good man there with Nate. Always glad to give business to a great American team and product. Thank you for the generous Veterans discount. I didn't serve the coupons but it is appreciated. So happy to sit in the car and wait, great concept. Also, thanks for the bottle of water. I'll be back for sure!!! Semper Fi! My only caveat, if get even a whiff of wokeness, weakness or Chinese products, I'm gone

A convenient way to get your oil changed. The staff is polite and professional. About $60 for your conventional oil change with add-ons available. They offer a water bottle to drink during the service and have a "top-off" promise to top off oil, washer fluid, and tire pressure for two or three months after service. You're going to spend about the same everywhere, I think this Take 5 is a better way.

The staff was knowledgeable, kind and speedy. There wasn t a wait time and the bottled water was an extra special addition. The only thing to make it better would be an added car wash. I will surely be back!

My husband and I brought in his 2020 Ford Ranger and at first we thought we could get the oil changed but then after awhile sitting there and hearing the gentleman banging stuff around under our vehicle, dropping the shield/plate that protects underneath the truck, they got everything back on and then informed us that they couldn't change the oil...When I asked them why we couldn't get it changed, they simply said well because we aren't knowledgeable enough about how to do your truck and so we can't complete the oil change...We left and went down the road to Kwik Oil Change by the Court House and asked them if they could do it because Take 5 couldn't.. NEEDLESS to say they had us in and out within 15 minutes...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT TAKE 5!!!!!!

this is the best oil changing place I have ever been to! My husband is out of town so he recommended me to go here and I m so glad I did! The guys there are super helpful and informative and super funny as well! Usually when I go to get my oil changed, the people don t even talk to me, but these guys had full conversations with and we re so helpful! Devan helped me and he was super awesome and informative, I really appreciated how kind he was!Thank you guys so much!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like how I was offered services (upgrade to synthetic, etc.) but not forced or made to feel bad for not selecting them. Will definitely be going back!!

The customer service was great and the snacks and drinks were a very nice touch. We did have a situation where the oil filter wasnt installed and tightend correctly (there was training going on and Chevys are particular so all the oil leaked out. Which could have been a huge financial burden also considering we just purchased the truck. I did speak with management once they returned and he was very kind understanding and made the situation right. Great place highly recommend:)
