If you're looking for a quick oil change, it took an hour and a half to get my work truck done with 2 cars in front of me. I'm a mechanic but my job won't allow me to work on our vehicles. I could have cleared the line before they got to my truck. And they didn't even mention my coolant was low. Had to put half a gallon in when I did my post trip inspection.

The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. When they asked about additional service beyond the oil change, they were authentic and did not do so in a pushy, "salesman" kind of way. They actually showed us the air filters when asking if we wanted to replace them, instead of just telling us that we should replace them. They provided fast, quality service.

They are all very Courteous and happy crew ,they always tell what the vehicle needs and are willing to get the things it needs ,I always come here to get my service, have been for the last 8 year's, I also recommend this place to my friends and family!!!

He was 17!!!! Managers and employees, harassed and abused a child working at this location. Hitting him, bullying, and outright beating him to the point of medical attention at the hospital!!! Then lie and blame him to the police, no one asks for someone to bully and abuse them. Damn, lucky it wasn't my kid cause so help me......not even my child.I will use my voice and influence to ensure you lose all your business. The owners will hear about it, and the franchise name will hear about it!Shame on the employees and management of this location, for the harassment and abuse a minor endured when working there. I will use my voice and influence as much as possible to make sure your business is run into the mud! I hope you all lose your jobs!I hope you go out of business from the amount of damage you caused a 17-year-old boy who was working there.

I stopped in to simply get my fluids checked. 20 mn later they did. The slowest & horrible service. They stood inside & pointed to move over to the other door. I had to go ask them to check my fluids. I have been going the super lube for over 15 yrs & so unimpressed with my service today.

I have been a loyal customer of this place for years. Just recently, while in for other issues I mentioned that the lock on the truck tailgate wasn't working and was hoping for a recommendation of a product to use. Instead, Nathan and one other fellow diagnosed the problem then they took care of it!! Great guys with a true spirit of service. Thank you again.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the technician named Stephen saved them from a 1. I went in this morning for a simple oil change. the cool part was as a veteran you get a 25% discount. Well.....long story short and to the point, we have a 3.5 liter explorer and they serviced us as a 5.4 liter expedition. So overserviced and had to redo it. Here's the rub. the 25% vet discount on the sign out front is only 13% on paper. I ask Conner the manager to fix it and he said call the company in Colorado and let them know. Ok, dude. How about you change your sign out front.Then, after Stephen got the correct amount of oil in our rig, they charged our card for the second amount with the reassurance the first amount would be voided and immediately drop off. Nope! Fooled me again. Both charges on card and no one answers the phone. I would say to find another lube center if you can. Check my other reviews. I am not blasting this company unnecessarily, they really did a poor job.

THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE OIL IN THE CAR!!! I ducked in there for a quick oil change because when I drove by, I saw there was only one car in each bay with no additional cars waiting. After a long wait in my running car, I finally shut off the engine and approached the technician who informed me they didn't have 0W-16 (the car's spec) and only had 0W-20, which you can get away with for one oil change. After asking some additional questions, I reluctantly approved this because of the long wait we'd already had to that point. Then we had an additional long wait in the waiting room, where the restroom was out of order (not great when you're going there right after lunch). The tech I'd talked to came to the waiting room and showed me the air filter, which was deformed (not sure if it was like this before or after he pulled it out). I reluctantly agreed to a new one for $47. He then came back and tried to up-sell me on a premium oil filter, which I declined. After an even longer wait, we were finally checked out. After turning on my car and pulling out of the shop, my oil pressure light immediately went on. Thinking it might be related to the thicker oil, I cleared out the warning. But pulling onto the street, it immediately lit up again. After waiting for traffic to clear, I made the left turn back into the entrance, when my "PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY AND SHUT OFF THE ENGINE" warning came up, followed immediately by a knocking sound. After immediately shutting off the engine, I grabbed another tech and told him what happened. He grabbed the manager, who in turn grabbed a mechanic from the truck shop next door to look at it. The problem? THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE OIL IN THE CAR!!! Don't know how they possibly missed the normal steps of any oil change like starting the car, checking the dipstick, etc., but now I'm left wondering how much damage has been done to my engine, after taking it there to PROTECT the engine!! I'll give credit to the shop manager for her professional actions and helpfulness, as well as refunding my purchase, but I'd happily trade it back to have my my meticulously-maintained car fully intact, as it was when I first pulled in that day.

Very courteous men but more pricey than I m use to in Mississippi. They did not have diesel oil or fuel filters in stock. Men working were courteous and professional. Oil change with fuel filters over $500. In MS I pay around $275.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Was told it would be $50 something for 5000 mile oil and $80 something for 8000. I chose the 8000 and was charged $106 after a $25 off

This place is ripping people off. They wanted to charge me $60 for a conventional oil change, NOT full synthetic. Anywhere else I have gone it s been $25 for conventional and $60 for full synthetic. Do not waste your time here. It looks as if they do not do a complete job anyways with the many complaints of them not checking other fluids or air pressure. An absolute rip off.

I had the manager (younger guy who s name I sadly didn t catch) and a guy called Seth working on my car and it was genuinely impressive watching the well-oiled machine work between the team here. Employees were attentive, friendly and honest about timescales (which honestly weren t that bad for a busy Saturday).
