Had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed by Blake. He is so friendly and good at explaining everything. Overall friendly staff, explained things perfectly to where I understand and I was in/out in a timely manner. Always going to come back again and again. :)

They were still open at 630, I was the only one there, they got me in and out within 15 minutes, 20 TOPS. Very informative, gave me the good old days service package which I did not expect. They informed me of a censor for my tire pressure possibly being damaged, which I knew but it was still nice he noticed! And I was home by 7:00 pm! The guys were so nice and professional and I just don't see that at these new places with 20 employees running around like they have no focus. I'm gonna be back! Thanks guys!Oh.. and they still give free car washes!! I just can't remember where they said I needed to go!DEFINITELY recommend!!

My college kid brought the minivan in for an oil change before heading home at Christmas. They experienced the shop manager, chewing out one of the techs for not doing something right on another vehicle. Not surprising, my kid drove 500 miles home and we discovered an oil leak with the van. Upon taking it in to our local shop, they found the oil filter loose, and the oil pan drain plug only hand tightened. Both were leaking. Grateful that the car made it home without more severe issues but the fix then cost us another $80, on top of the 125 the shop cost us for the faulty repair. We won t be back to this shop

I was hurried into garage and then hurried out of my car and into waiting area. No one asked me what service I wanted, they just did their thing and charged me the highest service price. I ve never had that happen before and I m not happy about it.

I come here for the free wash with serviceThey used to give tokens that don't expireNow it's your receipt, but it's only good for 30 days....and the car wash will be extremely rude about it too, so that's funNo one told me this because they don't know where the tokens went either, and so I guess I'm just out my extra $10..Which is lameThink I'll try somewhere else in town

The location on Lacrosse is the best one I have been to. They rock and are extremely quick plus explain things and don t dumb it down like some places do for women.

I had my oil changed, filter, air filter, and all fluids topped off yesterday. When paying I asked if the fluids were checked and was told yes. I then asked what the transmission fluid looked like and the technician then went back out to the service area and I watched them check it and add transmission fluid. I then stated since they hadn't checked the transmission fluid I then questioned if they had checked any. They said yes. I left town this morning and before I even reached the city limits I saw my engine on and overheating. I added almost a gallon of coolant. Not happy and will not be back.

Took my truck and my wife's car in at the same time immediately after could smell oil afterwards while driving figured it was just burn off or spilt oil ...a week later no change so decided to check oil in both vehicles literally have at least a quart of oil too much in them ..WAY over the full mark on both vehicles. My truck always had a bit of a leak but now the underside is covered in oil. Won't ever be going back. Would not recommend anybody take their vehicle there.

They are quick, polite, courtesy and sufficient in what they do. They tell you if you need filters, etc while working on your car.

Service was average. We have done business with Valvoline Instant Oil Changes for the last several years and they have the instant oil change business down -- in and out. Living in the area now so looked for a similar. Super Lube offers the same type of service but is not even remotely organized to get people in and out efficiently. Oil change took over 30 minutes and then after I started the car so they could do a dipstick check with cycled oil, I just sat there for another 5-10 minutes with no interaction. I finally got out of my car and asked if I was supposed to go in and pay or what the next step was. SuperLube is not efficient. I would want to get customers in and out as fast as possible while still being professional and ensuring the work was done right. Do it right, quick and professional to maximize business flow, respect customers time and build a business people want to frequent when there are other oil change services out there.

Service wasn't good to busy arguing over training a new person and didn't even take my payment had to come back and ask how I was paying. Also the service isn't no 15 minutes more 30 to 45 minutes

Manager Mitch did my mileage wrong on an oil change, didn t feel comfortable going around with an absurd # til next oil change. Pull in and Lonnie assured me he would check the oil and make sure the oil was good.Oil was stocked til full. Wish the service was better.

Over priced for the services received. Only reason I went here is because the Ford dealership had a 2 1/2 hour line. For the same price, the dealership will change your oil, rotate tires and check all fluids. This guy didn't even check air pressure or fluids, and he didn't properly latch my air cleaner box!Go elsewhere!

This place has gone really down hill since Rick left. After waiting a very long time in the bay, they did not check all the fluids, or tire pressure. They were waiting to get a new air filter because they did not have the right one in stock. After waiting about 45 minutes they put it back together and sent me on my way. Got going down the road and the car was makg a weird sound. Pulled into the gas station and found that they did not attach the filter housing correctly and the old filter was still in there. Charged me $49 for a new filter on top of the "full service " oil change.
