The Service department has helped me many times and are always truthful and honest. I really appreciate they don t try to overcharge me or sell me something I don t need. They ve helped me out with a few flat tires as well and are always nice. Thank you!

Brought my car in because my safety features were not working and lighting up on my dashboard. Brought it in, service department had for a few days before being able to even diagnosing it. Picked it up and the issue was still not fixed. Had to bring it back again, service department kept it for 5 business days then stated it was fixed. Picked it up and the issue was still not fixed. Nice people...but tired of coming into the mechanic shop every week for the same problem not getting fixed.

Picked up some gravel in our Crosstrek before passing through Cedar Rapids. Service folks identified the problem, took off the wheel and removed the gravel and we were back on the road in less than a hour. Super nice. Didn t even charge us for the labor. Very impressive service. As good as our Subaru dealer back home. Strongly recommend.

My vehicle was in a wreck last summer. When they performed the work, they noticed items that were broken, the body shopped missed. When I got my car back and needed my first oil change, hand them check some stuff to make sure it was like it was brand new. Some were normal, and some needed adjustments they took care of it. Service advisors were great as well as the tech Justin that performed the work on my vehicle.

Always a please. Curtis, Cody, Jason, Travis, always take great care of me. Bummed that I am moving so I won't be using this anymore but I'm still always impressed with the level of customer service. Straight up awesome

Awesome service! Even more awesome staff! Got us in and out quickly and even fixed a loose trim panel also for free during the oil change. Not to mention we loved being greeted by beau at the door!

Waiting area was clean. They provide fresh coffee water and snacks. Staff was friendly.
