Everyone there treats me with respect and are very knowledgeable at their jobs, if they can't help me they've always pointed me in a really good direction to get my project done. Super friendly people and I love going there

Brent did an awesome job looking for a part for me unfortunately they did not have the part but that's not Brent's fault he went above and beyond looking for the part to help me out in a time crunch situation awesome job Brent.

This place was patronizing and I felt discriminated by a few of those young men. Then a short bearded guy tried to misinform me with information that I knew wasn't true. It's clear they do not like veteran American Indian!! Very bad place to go for parts.

Seems like they don't have a lot of stuff in stock. The guy helping me seemed like he was confused by what I was asking because he was suggesting something completely wrong. Went out on the sales floor and found it myself. Would honestly rather drive further to go to O'Reillys or Autozone. Prices are pretty high, too.

Great place but the guy that waited on us was not at all knowledgable about parts or even willing to ask another employee to help us. We had planned on spending more money if the kid would have gotten someone to help us but instead we took our $100 elsewhere.

I shop there because a lot of the times I get good prices on my parts I spend a lot of money there plus I have friends who work there and people who I consider almost like family, we joke around and we have fun being around each other and it's worth it to go in there and get a good conversation or even hear a good joke or even just to get a real funny smile.

We were vacationing in Rapid City and our Jeep lost its belt. We called and told them our situation and they brought us the belt we needed. Later we went to the store, everyone was so friendly. Thank you for saving our vacation!! Great service!!

They were great. Had a hard to find alternator that we needed. They even modified the pull wheel for me so I didn't have. They were fast and efficient!!!

Wow! End of the day on Saturday and Justin made sure he didn t leave until we had what we needed. Amazing customer service and great people. Thank goodness for Justin, we were able to get back RVing!

Completely worthless, they stock nothing but common parts and it s a so called warehouse. Plan your repairs if you can and use ROCKAUTO half the price on quantity parts not this foreign junk.

They are an amazing auto parts store. I'm constantly amazed at just how much inventory they carry. We are a family of 4 and the 2 teenage drivers are ridiculously good at tearing up their cars. I rely on Sturdevant's to keep the junk running. The refinishing center is also pretty cool with the item to keep the cars and motorcycle looking tip top.

I needed a part, actually I only needed half of a wiring harness, but I needed 5 of them. The guys at the counter came right out and helped me try to locate what I needed. When we couldn't find any, they looked it up and managed to find me 5 of them back in the warehouse. So helpful!

Not for hobbyists, this place caters to shops/professionals and doesnt display prices on their goods. Makes doing a simple price check/budgeting for a project a PITA. Prices are significantly higher than what you can find online.

Super helpful kind courteous service couldn't ask for anything better it's out of the way but it's worth it if Napa O'Reilly's AutoZone checkers don't have it make sure to go see these guys first before making any other decisions

One of your drivers is awful and was tailgating me in one of your vans. Was driving way over the speed limit and tailgating other drivers. This does not look good for your business. And i had my two month old baby in the car with me, not cool.

I own pactola marina this is literally the best company to deal with ! Absolutely amazing from sakes to delivery to knowledgeable staff Absolutely great and unbelievably helpful! Dealing with an unbelievable amount of makes, models , and products they Absolutely kill it !

Went to pick up a battery all the other guys helping people seemed great except for the one I got could care less to help me was clear he didn't want to help me and when I told him I would take the part he seemed upset and annoyed

Extensive selection of parts and supplies for all automotive repairs and restorations. Customer service is excellent. The warehouse is very conveniently located just a cople of miles south of I90 off of Elk Vale Road.
