Dealing with Sean and SAC Auto Body was bar none the best experience I've had with a body shop. I am ultra ultra picky about my vehicles and his work truly shows he shares the same passion for perfection. Our brand new suburban had defects in the paint from the factory and I was really worried about finding someone who could do the repairs correctly and to my standards. He answered my many questions I had regarding his repair progress and what brand of materials he uses. At no fault of his own we had some delays (UAW strike holding up availability of parts) but Sean contacted me weekly with a progress report. We recieved our vehicle today with repairs done in outstanding fashion and fully detailed. I hands down will use SAC in the future for any body work/paint needs.

It s not just the high quality and professional body work, because they deliver that in spades, but the way SAC goes above and beyond.Fighting hard with insurance to ensure you get factory parts and advocating for your best interests. SAC is an amazing group of people!! not only did the owner work with me and help me through the steps of insurance but he gave me updates when waiting for things to process!!I got rear ended, they took the time to fully check every part before ordering what was needed so I didn't have to keep waiting for parts. They made it a two stop fix which was amazing and very helpful to me!When they returned my car I was in love with my rear end again!! They did a fabulous job making it shine like it was brand new!! every bump, scratch and rust was taken off and fixed!! I was and have been very impressed!!I 100% will be trusting them to do any work on my car in the future!! The whole team is awesome and a kind bunch of guys!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have went to Sean now multiple different times for multiple different issues. Each time Sean has done the best work and is completely professional throughout. Even when the insurance companies are being a pain. He deals with them directly and takes all the stress out of the issue. I've known Sean for almost 20 years now, he was my first and only call to get my damaged vehicle an estimate for the insurance company.He is thorough with his work, follows the rebuild to the manufacturers specifications not just what the insurance agent says. Even helped me when the insurance company was trying to confuse peoplevery impressed, thank you for the help Sean!!

Hats off to Sean and the team at SAC!!! Had a brand new 2021 Ram 3500 that had just purchased in March of 21. Only got 2000 miles on it before the tennis ball size hail absolutely demolished it! The level of professionalism was absolutely outstanding to say the least. I've just recently got the vehicle back and it looks better then it did brand new! Paint quality is outstanding, no tape lines inside doors you cannot tell from any angle or different lighting that anything ever happened!I highly recommend SAC AUTO BODY for any body work you need! 5 star job 5 star service!!
