Ross was amazing to work with! The only Beta dealer in the area and he really knows his products in and out!He was fast in completing my add ons and the whole experience has made me a customer for life!Thank you to your team and yourself for all the time invested in me and my new shiny toy!Can t wait to tear up the hills!

Ross and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. I bought a 24 Beta Xtrainer and had a few extras done to it. Ross has quick service and is highly knowledgeable about the products he sells. Just a great family owned company!Thank you so much and cheers to riding!!

The best place to get your bike serviced in town. They are priced right and don't try to sell you something just to make extra sales. I absolutely trust them and they haven't let me down with any of their work.

Love Rosco's. If you want trials or a real enduro bike, head on over. Plenty of bikes to throw a leg over and they are always up for a good chat.

Really a great place, very friendly and grade A+ work. I had work done here about 6 months ago. We set out from MN on a week long trip that covered 3,200mi in summer of 2017. We had 2 motorcycles and one car (2001 SV650s, 2013 ninja 1000, 2016 miata). On the first night after spending 8 hours crossing ND we noticed the chain on my SV650s was stretching noticeably. Hindsight says at over 20K miles on the bike it was due for change prior to the trip but that's hindsight for yah. We crossed through the black hills, down to Salt lake city where we called around for a shop to replace the chain with no luck. Then we drove through Yellowstone, and camped in the Big Horn Mountains. After 2000+mi on a chain that was stretching more day by day. It had gone through 3 states and was starting to effect highway cruising it was REALLY bad. I believe we contacted Rosco's sometime when we were in Idaho and he agreed to replace the chain within a quick time period. When we finally arrived in Rapid City and dropped the bike off we were given a couple hours to replace the chain. So we grabbed a bite at a local bar and sure enough the bike had a new chain with barely any interference with our trip. On top of being a super friendly shop and very reasonable prices! I'll be using the same bike to make another trip in 2018, but east this time!

Was on the road from indy when I had charging problems. Stopped at a parts store an they sent me here. They are great. Got me back on the road on my way. Highly recommended these guys. Thank you so much. They worked me in even though they were booked. Friendly an very honest.

Folks, I've have to share this. I've never been to this establishment or met with the staff other than over the phone conversations. However, a recent phone conversation/experience with the owner was a most pleasant and helpful one. A friend had an issue with his motorcycle and the owner offered advice over the phone that allowed my friend to fix the issue. NOW THAT'S QUALITY!! And should not go unnoticed! Thank you Rosco for the help. Many other dealerships I've dealt with would tell me, "sorry sir, you'll have to make an appointment with our service department and bring it to be looked at. Rosco, I look forward to meeting you in the future and would definitely consider buying a motorcycle from you and your business . Appreciate you!!

Highly recommend! It was a breathe of fresh air working with these guys. Nothing but the best from quality work, decades of experience and customer service! I appreciate how Scott takes the time to go over things with me. My experience at larger dealers/mechanics in Rapid has been a revolvling door of young mechanics with zero experience and service managers with nothing but excuses. Roscos has earned a lifetime customer from me.

I was a die hard KTM fan until I rode a Beta from Rosco's. I love them! I have dealt with and even worked in larger powersports shops and there is no other place I will purchase a new bike. I have now purchased 3 new Betas from Rosco's and will probably buy several more! It is a great business and I encourage anybody looking for a new bike to stop by. Their customer service is unmatched!!

Was in a pinch on a trip across the country, chain on my bike was stretched and in bad shape. These guys had a new chain in stock, on my bike and had me back on the road in less then an hour. For a fair price. Old schools shop, great service.

Great people there. Friend and I on a trip and had tire problems. Only place around that would even entertain the idea of getting a couple of tires rolled on the same day so we could continue our trip. Highly recommended!

I went to Rosco's with a 30-year-old Honda FourTrax with an intermittent electrical problem I wasted a ton of time trying to self-diagnose. They fixed it! They were backlogged a bit but honored their schedule, charged a very fair price, and treated me well. That interaction gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on a Beta I wanted, because I know I'll have a reliable source for parts and service!

Traveling cross country from Maryland my tire was sad and didn t wanna make the whole trip for me I pulled in there about a half hour after they opened and was back on the road in less then two hours $350 total for a tube, tire, and back brake pads including labor. If I lived in rapid city this would be my go to shop. I highly recommend this shop very knowledgeable and trustworthy people.

I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. We we're on vacation doing the Mt. Rushmore thing, when the clutch went out on our Harley. we had the bike towed to Rosco's in the afternoon. He found the parts, worked on the bike and got it back to us the very next morning. More importantly, his team is not only some of the most helpful people I have met, they are also extremely friendly. I felt as if I had known them for years. Thanks once again for helping to save our vacation.

I'm on a road trip with my 2013 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 and when starting the next leg of my journey discovered the bike wouldn't start. To make a longer story short, I called Rosco's who said they were booked out for several weeks, but to get my bike in and they'd see what they could do. I had AAA tow it to them and that's what they did -- got me back on the road in short order.I REALLY appreciate this kind of service to riders on a roadtrip. Not near every shop will juggle their schedule for you.5 stars for Rosco's! And for Ross, my service manager. And for his crack mechanic that quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

Amazing! Simply amazing! I was referred to him by his competition. Old school mechanic, who knows his way around. He matched up the parts that I needed to get my 35 year old bike running again in no time. Thanks to him, I am able to attend the Rally, that I drove 2000 miles to see.

Ross is amazing I lost the seat to my atv on my trip to the black hills.he called one of his many contacts and found me seat to use while I was out here. Not many businesses would do that. I would recommend Rosco's to everyone

Ross is always very thorough and honest. He has better prices than the Honda dealership. The only problem is that he is so busy! I guess that goes along with being a good provider.

They went through my ATV top to bottom which have been sitting for 3 years not running with rust in the gas tank. When I got it back it ran like new again! Very pleased with my service will definitely go back again!

I would give Rosco's 10 stars if I could. Not a big shop but BIG heartsJune 5th, 2018, on a cross country trip, my 1986 Shadow stopped running east of Rapid City. Called AAA and they recommended Rosco's. I came in by trailer about 4:00 PM. They took me in right away. Diagnosed as stater failure. The team found one in Idaho and had it couriered overnight. The next day the team stayed on and had me on the road again by 6:00 PM. 26 hours later on the road again. Just amazing team Rosco. Thank you very much. A big thumbs up for Prairie Schooner towing as well.

I stopped by the shop during the Sturgis rally because of a concern I had about my bike. I could not be more pleased with the experience. This is a great shop top go to, very honest and fair. Thank you

These guys are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Adjusted my messed up idler carb so i wouldn't explode on the interstate, and on an old bike to boot. 100% would recommend.
