I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was at this dealership! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect SxS for my needs, and their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. Not only did they offer a wide selection of top-notch UTVs, but they also patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. They truly cared about my satisfaction and safety, and that level of dedication is hard to come by these days. The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, and they even went out of their way to provide personalized tips on maintenance and care. I genuinely felt like they were invested in my SxS journey and wanted to ensure that I had the best experience possible. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you like family and delivers exceptional service, look no further. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a machine. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service and genuine care for their customers even after the sale!#UTVDealership #AboveAndBeyond #FamilyLikeService #SxSdealership

I m really disappointed in the service center at this dealership. After spending 15 grand on a new four wheeler, You think you can get some simple Service that takes less than 15 minutes? Good luckYou can t even make an appointment for service, the closest thing to an appointment is a scheduled day to drop off your bike, and you have to hope you re gonna get it back that day.The only reason to come here is because you can t buy directly from a manufacturer.

Good power sports dealer. I am a KTM fan, so I definitely have to go there for parts. I find that about 50% of the time, the part I'm looking for needs to be ordered, so it's a mixed bag there.I like the brands and quality of gear that they carry, but I DO wish they carried a bit more selection.Showroom is always tidy, and most of the new models are in stock to ogle. The salesman are always willing to answer questions without being overly pushy for a sale. Will definitely keep coming back.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My review covers two-visits and communication in between. First of all, the place is immense. They have everything a motor-junkie could want. Even the used machines look like they came right off the assembly line. Very impressive facility. On my first visit, I was allowed to look around with no pressure. When I finally went to the info desk to ask for help, Kyle came by and talked me through the KTM 390 Adventure. He was extremely knowledgeable and down-to-Earth. Our conversation went from bikes to quads to kids and back to bikes. They did not have both colors of the bike on the showroom floor, so we went out back to check one out. After going through all of the features (some of which I was pleasantly surprised about), he convinced me that the black/orange he showed me in the back was the way to go. (Great decision!) Kyle answered every one of my questions with confidence. It was clear that he had "done his homework." Once I decided to buy, the process was very up-front and honest. The pricing that you see is exactly what you get; he explained it thoroughly. Since it was late in the day on a Saturday, we couldn't complete the financing. However, Trudi took my financing application and said she would get back to me on Monday to go over my options. They took my deposit and explained that it actually locked my machine out of the system so it was impossible to accidentally sell during the hold time.On Monday and Tuesday, Trudi worked to get me the best deal possible, communicated with me via text, and I ended up with a great deal. The next Saturday, I arrived to complete the sale. The bike was already being prepped for delivery when I arrived. Kyle went through all of the documentation first. Then, he walked us through the dealership, introducing us to the parts and service departments on the way. (All great guys!) All the while, he was explaining the perks of Rice's preferred maintenance plan.Once back in the finance office with Trudi, the process went very smoothly. The paperwork was all ready to go and all we had to do was listen to her concise explanations and sign. The preferred maintenance plan is an excellent value! The first service alone covers about 1/3 of the cost of the plan. I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their machine in top shape. (There are other great perks...but I'll let the good folks there explain them to you when you visit!) I must also say that they were very welcoming to our 10-year-old who was fascinated by the place. They were patient and helped us keep him busy while we were completing our business. After the completion of the paperwork, we received free hats and got to "ring the bell." Whenever someone buys a machine at Rice's, they ring the giant bell; The place erupts in applause and makes you really feel like you're among friends. To finish up, Kyle loaded the bike into the back of our pickup truck and helped strap it down for the four-hour ride back home to Montana. To summarize: I would wholeheartedly endorse Rice's Rapid Motorsports. It is run how a business should be run. It was worth the drive from Montana. I can't wait to go back for my first service. Thank you, especially, to Kyle and Trudi. You made us feel like family!

Bought a pre-owned motorcycle here and got a great deal! (I think.) Nice bike and Mark the salesman and Carol in the office were great! Awesome store packed with "toys." Easy location to find and get in and out.

Recently picked up a 2023 KTM 50SX for my son and couldn t be happier with the experience. Salesman Scott Sellers was pleasant, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the process! If you re in the market for a new motorcycle, UTV, boat, or just some gear I d definitely stop in and take a look. Best inventory of anywhere I ve seen in the black hills.

I have been searching quite awhile for a new bike and finally found this one. I went in looking for a Victory and now own a KTM. SERVICE and PARTS have been the absolute best to deal with getting the bike where I want it. April in finance Great & knows her stuff. If you're in the market, ask for Owen, he made this an easy sale. I do not like salesmen that:"oversale" & Owen Wolff answered my questions & hopefully made an easy sale. UPDATE the KTM is back with them and now I have finally got my retirement/dream bike thanks to Tim Scott!

We love our new to us 2001 Harley Sportster we bought at Rices Rapid Motorsports, Clayton and the sales staff were very helpful, and the Finance team did a great job walking us through the entire purchase process. I've bought parts there before as well, and will definitely return if I need anything, or when I decide to upgrade!

I had a great online sales experience with Clayton, he provided additional information on the Spyder F3 Ltd I purchased. He provided information, additional photos and was responsive to all of my questions. Trudi in finance was terrific as well, obtained great financing for me and the paperwork was all ready to go when we arrived to pick up my new ride!! I'd recommend Rice's to anyone!

I bought a 2016 yamaha viking from them in December for my son and it had a some issues with abs check engine light which they fixed that was a wheel speed sensor then the shop in Spearfish told me and them in Rapid City that it had a blown head gasket and the store in Rapid City refused to pay for it or help pay for with it, So not very happy with them the shop in Spearfish was awesome other than that if I could do 0 star I would.

Just got a brand new Honda CRF250F! Rice s Rapid Motorsports is the place to go for all your motorsports needs. They have such a great inventory of bikes. I can t believe I was able to snag this Honda. Make sure to give them a call and ask for Devin. He was so helpful every step of the way from picking a bike out to deciding what gear I needed and finally pulling the trigger on this bike! Any time I have any questions about my bike or am interested in getting another toy I plan on reaching out to Devin!

I took my CF moto zforce 800 trail into the shop for the first service. They did perform the service and I did get it back in running condition. The part that I am confused about is they changed the airfilter out to an after market filter and neglected to tell me. Turns out that they do this all the time and this voided my manufactures warranty right off the bat. Not only did it void the manufactures warranty but the exstended warranty I bought was usless as well. If you value your machine and they do a service on it then you better check to make sure that they either installed the correct filter and if they didn't that they installed the after market filter correctly. They failed to use oil on the filter they installed on mine and then said it is my fault for not checking it regularly. The owners manual says you are to check the filter prior to each ride on excessive used machine. My machine only had 10 minutes per day use on it in a full year making the machine having a total of 35.5 hours in one year. That is not excessive use and I have never took it out on trailes.I am currently waiting for a new engine and the cost of the new engine is over 6500.00 and they are doing nothing to help even though they say they installed it right. The point is they should have never installed the after market filter in the first place but they don't care cause guess what ehy won't be paying for the new engine when it blows up.

I was on a road trip out from MN, and despite the service department being completely swamped they were able to squeeze in a clutch service for me same day. Shout out to Talon in service for doing the work for me. Much appreciated!!!

Kudos to both Andy Davis and the Rice Motorsports management. I had spent several days searching for a good, used Harley cruiser. Settled on a 2008 Heritage Softail with 43k miles. It took me two days to make a decision and Andy (the new guy) was more than patient. Very friendly and down to earth! As a Vietnam Vet on disability, I was spending money that I shouldn't, but management accepted my offer which was well below their already discounted price! This was one of the best buying experiences in a very long time. ThX !

I ve used Rice Motorsports in the past, and have had good experiences then. However I wasn t impressed with their service department in Rapid City. When I bought my two Honda bikes. They were great and helpful at that time. We went and talked with the service guys and they walked me through everything. That was great. They told me that they would be willing to work with me anytime I had a problem, and would even service my other machines specifically (I have a Polaris UTV and. Kymco 90 quad which I told them I had at that time). I thought, great that saves me time getting it done at once, and I felt they would take care of me.A few months later I called several weeks in advance and asked to schedule a service on my machines. On the day of my appointment I loaded all my gear up and went to the dealership. When I got there, they told me sorry I was mistaken and they would only service my Hondas .After this review, they contacted me and helped service all of my machines. They made it right for me. Just be aware that they may not service all your machines.

I will say for the most part I had a positive experience with the dealership but due to certain things I will not be a returning customer.1. The process is very slow for an out of state customer. They don t accept any online forms of payment, so I had to physically mail them checks. Once they receive the check it takes them two weeks to process the check. On a positive note the finance department is very helpful and nice to deal with.2. On April 3rd I got the confirmation that all checks have been cleared and the motorcycle is ready for shipping (I live in Florida).3. After this I kept following up with my assigned salesperson for 3 weeks and he kept on saying that the shipping company has been alerted and they will be picking up the motorcycle soon. Note - Since I didn t receive any email confirmation or phone call from the shipping company I doubted his claim.4. On April 24th (after 21 days of following up and not getting any shipping confirmation) I called him (salesperson) again and said I will arrange my own shipping and asked him to get the motorcycle ready for me to picked up over the weekend. I needed the motorcycle by a certain date because I had planned certain rides with groups.5. Within couple of hours of this conversation I get a shipping confirmation in my email. (Dated - order placed for shipping on April 24th). I tried reaching my assigned sales person to ask why this wasn t done in last 3 weeks and he stopped responding to my calls and hasn t called back since then.6. Today is May 4th and the motorcycle still hasn t been picked up from the dealership.7. Basically I have already started paying the monthly installments on my motorcycle and I haven t even received the motorcycle yet.

Purchased a snowmobile exclusively for ice fishing.Admitted upfront to the salesperson that I am not a snowmobile person, and was only looking for tractor to run across the ice with a flip over behind.Reviews on the internet said this was the sled to get because of the big track and the improvements to the cooling system (additional radiator in the front).First use on ice, the Skandic overheated within 3 miles.Ran fine on snow. When I returned from my trip, I contacted service to find out why it overheated, with the thought that perhaps the extra fan wasn t turning on. Perhaps just a simple glitch.Come to find out this particular model of Skandic sled didn t have this radiator. I was not informed upfront that this was an optional piece of equipment, and instead was told this is what to expect with no snow getting thrown on the radiator under the seat.Given my stated purpose for purchasing this snowmobile, I would have expected the salesman to have had adequate knowledge of exactly what he was selling me and to let me know I needed this unbeknownst to me optional piece.Inquired about adding this radiator and heard back later in the day that it would cost an additional $1000 to have this component added on.Spoke with two different managers to try to arrive at some level of satisfaction. Perhaps discount the part and labor fee?The second manager was very clear that he didn t really make any money on these sleds and therefore shouldn t expect a decent level of customer service. I was essentially left with the option of either studding my tracks with the hope that enough ice was kicked up to provide adequate cooling and if that didn t do enough to add scratchers. Manager insisted that the souped up drag sleds in the area were running around just fine this way and that this would be a reasonable compromise rather than him having to charge me full freight on parts and service on the actual piece of equipment that I thought I was actually purchasing. So this new ice fishing snowmobile, which Rices had no problems cashing my check for, is useless for the purpose in which it was purchased. Was disappointed to be told that the onus is on me as a consumer to know to the particulars of the equipment they were selling.Had I known they were merely order takers rather than knowledgeable sales professionals I wouldn t have been as disappointed.****Edited****Garrett,While I appreciate your effort to make suggestions on how to make due with an purchase ill suited for my intended use, it certainly would have been nice to make an informed decision.Your order taker absolutely didn t know much about this sled. He admitted that he was a mountain sled guy. When I called this morning to express my concerns and dismay over this situation, he literally had to look up whether this sled had the above-mentioned radiator. You as GM choose to make excuses for poorly trained staff rather than step up and work to some satisfactory compromise. He assumed I was up to speed? I was very clear that I was not a snowmobile hobbyist.I would have been very satisfied with some level of a reduction of fees on the radiator install; that would have been a nice compromise. It was shocking to be told that the least attempt to rectify the situation was not possible because you didn t make enough profit on the sale.It appears that you re satisfied to sell a completely inappropriate piece of equipment, then wash your hands once the check has cleared.

Don't buy anything used from here. I got a Harley sport glide from these con artists and they didn't properly inspect the bike. From day one the rear shock was hemorrhaging oil so bad it painted the saddlebag and my leg with. When i found the problem I took it in, and there it sat for a week. When I finally got ahold of the general manager and he called me a liar and that they are down most of their service team. Don't buy from here because they are quick to sell but will call you a liar when they fall short. Very unprofessional. Don't make my mistake and buy from these guys or get the service plan like I did. I guess when one of THEIR salesmen say that they are con artists they are definitely con artists and you better listen. They even have a street bike for sale with no mirrors on it. This company clearly doesnt even perform the simplest of safty checks to their used inventory and then will call you a liar when you bring it up to them.

Me and the hubby went to Rice to browse the bikes. We did not plan on buying one yesterday, but we saw a bike we liked and a deal we couldn't pass up. Wild Bill and Larry were great to work with! This is our third purchase with Rice and we wouldn't have planned on buying anywhere else!
