I had a horrible experience with my last autobody company so I decided to try a new one and these guys did awesome! My truck got hailed out they got it in quick and had my truck for a little bit longer then expected but when it came back it was like brand new! They fixed some other issues I had also. I absolutely love the work they did! And they had great customers service! Highly recommend them to anyone!

I've been a business consultant for several years now, an expert in customer service and efficiency, so I am sufficiently qualified to evaluate Ray's and it's owner.I contact Ray's via telephone three (3) times in as many weeks. Employees repeatedly blindly transferred me to other employees, and was required to repeat myself over and over and over to different employees.Today, I contacted Bryan the "new owner." Bryan addressed the issue, by disputing I had spoken to his business in three separate occasions, essentially calling me a liar. I offered my phone records, to show three separate calls in three weeks, but still insisted i was not telling the truth.Bryan is a Deceiver, willing to throw away revenue and customer relations, in order to coverup his staff's incompetence. After the call ended, Bryan repeatedly called and harassed me at my number, even leaving a nasty comment on my voicemail.See other customer comments about "abysmal" customer service

I gave them a 1 only because they actually do decent work. Their customer service is on the other hand is abysmal. Over the past 20 years I have had at least 6 jobs done at this shop. Most all done on a classic car and until this last one all done when Dave owned the shop. Work and communication was always excellent. Not so with the new owners. I talked to them before taking my car to them and was told that after parts arrived work would take 7-10 days. I was assured that they had a mechanic who would handle any non body issues and that they had the latest software to reset all the systems that had been compromised in the collision. All work was to be done in house. None of this turned out to be true. They had the car for 6 WEEKS. It was returned to me still missing parts that they told me they couldn't get. I found the parts in 20 minutes on line. They had to send it out to have the alternator replaced and had to send it to the dealer to find the faults in the restraint system. During the time the car was in their possession it got a chip in the paint on one of the front fenders which they had removed. Instead of repairing it properly they simply left it and painted over it. When I called it to their attention I was told that it was not listed in the bill, So if they break it they will only fix it if they get paid to do it. Whenever I called with a question or for an update the answer was always "I'll get back to you". Out of the half dozen times I called them they actually got back to me once.PS The two cars displayed on the website {the Studebaker and the Chevelle } were done prior to the change of ownershipServices: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

My wife hit a deer in her 2019 Jeep compass. They got the parts ordered fast and the car in right away and back in the time promised. Count never tell she hit anything and the paint matches perfectly. Highly recommend

From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, I was hundred per cent pleased with my interaction with Brian, David, and Charlie. Most importantly I was very pleased with the work done on my car. I highly recommend Auto Body Crafters. They care about their customer and do quality work. And they were able to lend me a vehicle while mine was being worked on. Thank you Auto Body Crafters!

We took our car in for body damage repair to door and quarter panel. They took a month after several attempts and they decided they couldn't fix the quarter panel and finally ordered a new one. The first door they received was bad and had to get another one. The one door that did come in still had dents in it and was not fixed before it was painted. (door still has dents with new paint) After 2 months we got our car back and the paint has hair, bubbles and imperfections that were not cleaned up. They forgot to paint the inner door runner trim and they forgot to order the outside door trim. In fact I had to point it out when we picked it up. I've called twice to see status with no calls back. Also now my door lock doesn't work and they will not call us back. I feel as they have taken advantage of us and our insurance claim and don't want to make this right with us. Very disappointed with their service, their lack of an attempt to keep in touch with us on ordered parts or to reschedule to fix the paint, the trim and our door lock. Will defiantly never use them again and will advise anyone I know to do the same....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our daughter's new car was backed into and did a lot of damage to the side. The Subaru dealer recommended Auto Body Crafters. After going there, and meeting the owner, Dave, my husband and I were extremely happy we chose this company. He is an expert craftsman. He showed us examples of his work. Even more importantly, he is honest, reliable, and responsible. He emailed us updates. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I unfortunately hit a deer on the way home a couple weeks back and sent my brand new car to Auto Body Crafters a couple weeks back. Not only has Dave gotten my car repaired in a timely manner, he also provided me a loaner car that was available while my car being repaired. On top of all that, I've been in a financially stressful situation. I explained my situation to Dave, and he has been willing to work with me on everything. He's a real human, understanding, and by far runs the best quality body shop in town. I recommend anybody needing body work to him and his business. He takes care of his customers to the absolute best of his ability.

Been a customer for about 15 years with two vehicles. They fixed damage from deer collisions, getting rear-ended, windshield/glass repairs, and hitting smaller animals in that time. Always got a clear estimate; full explanations to include whether better to use after market or factory parts for each component; and topnotch work. They don't rush you if you have questions and you're always are treated like a valued customer whether it's a small repair or redoing your front end (and I speak from personal experience). Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I took my vehicle to Gateway to be repaired only to find out weeks later Gateway couldn t do the repairs so my vehicle was subcontracted to Ray s. By the time my insurance and I realized gateway couldn t do my repairs, my rental time was up. Brian, with Ray s, provided me with a rental during the time they did my repairs. Had it not been for Ray s, I would ve been without a vehicle. My insurance and Gateway did not care if I d be without one but Ray s did and I recommend them to do repairs over anyone f this simple gesture of understanding and genuinely caring for my situation.

After getting backed into downtown, I called Auto Body Crafters based off a friends recommendation. I couldn t be more pleased with the service and work provided. My truck was brand new and still had the temp tags when it was hit. After being in this shop, the truck looks as good as the day I bought it. If I ever need body work done again, there s no question that I ll be going here.

Lost my rear window and side mirror in a hailstorm. Crafters was very friendly and took my car in almost right away. Did take them awhile to get the parts but that was to be expected with COVID19 . They did a great job for a low price!

Excellent work--Vehicle will be like new! Auto Body Crafters is the only shop I have used for many years and have had many vehicles worked on. The personal service and speed of completion are appreciated. You also always get the owners on the phone when calling and no runaround,

By far the best autobody shop in town. Not only did my vehicle come back looking brand new- but the employees and owner have the beat customer service behavior that ive seen/experienced. The owner takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer any questions, and accommodate any request that was asked. He even went as far as to get to KNOW his customer (me) and noticed that I drink a lot of coffee (lol) and got me a coffee gift card. THAT is service: taking the time to actually care about more than just the money, and investing into their customers.

My hubby and I were on the road relocating from TN to WA. We planned everything perfectly and thought we would have a wonderful road trip in the Midwest. On the 4th day of the trip (Tue), we drove to Mt Rushmore. Just before the lookout when you could see the great faces, a deer hit our car. Fortunately, we were driving at low speed, so we were not injured. However, the right front of the car (light, hood, bumper etc) were damaged, and we could not drive it to WA. We called GEICO, and they recommended ABC bodyshop in rapid city (thanks GEICO!). When the tow truck dropped us off at ABC bodyshop, Dave - the owner - came out to help us right away. We were worried about the delay in our trip and all the changes on our plan, and Dave totally understood us, and tried his best to order all the parts needed right away. He told us that he worked with GEICO and the adjuster for long, and could take pics of the car and start the work asap. Thanks to his help and the high quality work ABC provided, we were able to pick up our car (like brand new!) on Friday, and hit the road again. This was amazing, since it even took 2 days to receive all parts needed for our car. Dave also kept us updated during the process, so we were able to adjust our plan in time. Dave is the most considerate, trustworthy, efficient and helpful Auto people we've ever met. We would recommend him and the ABC bodyshop to anyone! Also, look out for wildlife on the road and have a safe trip everyone!

We highly recommend this place ! Our vehicles was in a accident and for us to drive 300 miles to get it home we needed to see if driveable. Ray's took off front bumper and others things and checked it out and felt could drive home and we did get it home! They charged us nothing for doing all of that! We chose this place based on reviews.Thank you Ray's for your help it was very much appreciated !

I've been fortunate to not need a lot of work to the vehicles in my life, but over the last decade (hopefully into the future) the folks here have been top tier in both work performed and customer experience.I can't imagine using anyone else in town.

Brian at Rays auto really took care of me and my Raptor after hail and a metal fence post had the truck crippled and my confidence down. Now I can drive around town with pride thanks to Ray s Auto Body. Highly recommended!
