Rob was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the cars, and even willing to look for cars at auctions to find exactly what we were looking for. He stayed late to let us test drive cars and made the buying process very easy. He was upfront about everything and was kind as well as very easy to work with. Would 10/10 recommend.

By far the best car buying experience I ve ever had which looks very similar to the other reviews on here. Cam White was outstanding to work with! No stress like big dealerships, no pressure like big dealerships and they treat you like you matter. I would give Quality Auto of the Black Hills a 10/10 if you re looking for a quality used vehicle. Highly recommend!!! We will be life long customers.

We have bought 4 vehicles from quality auto, specifically Rob. If that doesn't show how much trust and faith we have in an individual and a dealership I don't know what does. Rob has always been honest, kind, understanding and forth coming with everything and anything. If they didn't have what we were looking for he would go out of his way to find it!If anyone is considering buying a car, truck, toy whatever....stop in and talk to Rob!

Terry and the entire staff at Quality were absolutely wonderful to work with. I have had awful experiences in the past with used car dealerships, but I was treated with so much respect and every question I threw at them was answered quickly and honestly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I am completely happy with my purchase and am more than satisfied with the trade in offer they provided. If I could give ten stars I would! Good dealership. My family and I drove up from Wyoming because our local salesman lied to us. We got into contact with Rob and he walked us through everything over the phone, he was very patient, nice, and honest. He didn t try to upsell, or pressure us, he is straight forward and helps in any way he can. We really appreciated it, and it made the drive up worth it. I recommend him and his team.

Had a great experience! Sales person was friendly and didn't push us to get anything we didn't want. Ended up pulling a few ropes to make sure we got approved and could drive the car off the lot today! 10/10 work reccomend!!

WOW. A used vehicle dealer that is AMAZING! We set up the purchase of a truck from 7 hours away to pick up late on a Saturday. They were so responsive, and had everything ready to go for us! The truck had an issue (no fault of theirs) several months later. We had bought an extended warranty through them, and they helped us with some complicated towing issues through the warranty company. Also, shoutout to AUL (the extended warranty company) for listening to us/them and making it right. Even though it had been quite a few months prior that we bought a truck, they were ON IT. I've worked for big dealerships (sales and service), and have NOT had service like this up here in North Dakota. 10/10. Will definitely buy the next pickup from them. Worth the trip, worth the purchase, everything. Thanks, Rob!
