Experiencing car trouble on a holiday weekend is never a good experience but we were pleasantly surprised when we stopped at Pomp s Tire Service in Rapid City. We arrived early (before they even opened) for a problem with the tire stem on our return trip to Wisconsin from South Dakota. When they opened the door, we were welcomed and taken care of without any hesitation. They had our tire repaired and were back on the road in less than an hour. Really excellent customer service! I would definitely come back if it wasn t a 13-hour drive. Thanks so much!

These are the best, most friendly, patient, efficient, timely, inexpensive, tire people in a three state area (South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana). Quality work, friendly staff, efficient system, and nice.

We received excellent service at pomps tire. We re traveling cross-country in our motorhome. We called about a week ago, they had the tires that we needed. And we scheduled an appointment when we would be in Rapid City. Our appointment was for 9 AM and they were there to guide us into the bay for service. We waited in the waiting room and everyone was so nice, they even brought water for our dog. 2 1/2 hours later we had six new tires and we were on our way. Can t say enough nice things about this business! Excellent service!

Bought eight new tires for my 35 ft Class A motorhome, followed by prompt attention to fixing several leeky tires following a road trip around the country. I am completely satisfied with the new tires and prompt service.

We have always been pleased with doing business at Pomps (Dale's Tires). Pat, the fellow in the work bay, always goes the extra mile and is very knowledgeable & trustworthy to work on our car. The fellows at the front counters are always friendly and helpful. We've been doing business with them for several years, and will continue to.

Rayland is a great representintive of Pomps. I have made Pomps my go tire store. One complaint. I think $120 to remove winter tires and install summer tires was little steep..

We were traveling to rapid city from colorado and experienced a tire blow out on the trailer. This store was extremely helpful in getting us back on the road. We are so appreciative of their professionalism and willingness to help.

These places want to SELL tires not be fixing them. They fixed a flat and treated us like we bought a full set of four. Hats off to the staff at Pomp s. Hometown treatment!!! Thank you

They were super busy but still got me in asap to fix my flat tire. They pulled the screw and patched the tire while I waited and it was only 20 bucks. Everyone was friendly and said "good morning" to me even though they were running thier butts off. 5 stars for speedy service with a smile.

I stopped in there just before noon with my left rear tire going flat on my 3500 pickup that was, at the time hooked to a trailer. They made a space available for me right away, pulled a nail out of my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I greatly appreciated that.

Dale's Tire is the best place in town! They were able to get my tires done on very short notice so that I could make a trip across the state to be with family in a difficult time. So accommodating and genuinely glad to help. I will recommend them to everyone I know!Thanks Jim!

Thanks for rotating my tires, Even though I bought it from their predecessors. The person behind was friendly and showed courtesy. I have bought cheap tires and more expensive tires. But these are the best I have gotten for the money. Thanks again. Scott

About one year ago we needed tires on our car. The only problem was that as newly graduated Massage Therapists we were worse than broke. In fact, broke would have been an improvement to our financial footing.Someone recommended that I go visit these guys.Just before I clicked in to leave my review I saw someone else's comment that mentioned that they are "fun" to work with. That word is an understatement to the word "smile."Not only did they work with us, they took our old tires in trade.I expected the tires to go the season.And they did.Quite well I might add.Then they went the next season too.We are now heading into the second season with these tires and they are still going strong thanks to Dale. Dale and his amazing team of fun informative people to work with.So, if your looking for dull, boring and rude you will need to go somewhere else. Here at Dale's you will only receive a top of the line first-class treatment.Well, at least that was the experience for these owners of Graceful Touch massage therapy.

I brought my tire from my side by side to be fixed, brought it home and put it back on my side by side. A day later I drove my side by side and it was pulling hard to the left. Took it out to Polaris to find out the problem and they found the tire that was fixed by you guys had 60lbs in it instead of the 10-15lbs it should have had in it. They said if I d tried to drive it on the trail it probably would have popped! Not happy!!!

One of our little camper tires shredded to pieces on our cross county trip. We were so lucky to have have Dale's tires. They had the little tires in stock, and were so efficient in changing the tires out. Thank you so much!!!

I dropped off two 6 lug camper wheels to get valve stems put in them. And they charge me almost 70 dollars for about 15 work

I had a problem with my RV tires and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning replaced all six and I was rolling by 9:30 in the morning.

Bargain barn put a bicycle patch on my 10ply tire. That didn't hold. Said it probably wouldn't hold cause it was in the sidewall. It wasn't btw. Good excuse. Good thing i didn't ruin the tire trying to keep air in before Dale's fixed it the right way. Thanks Dale's. Now back to work instead of chasing down an air hose every hour or two. Bargain barn, your terrible.
