Weak brakes issue(s). Eliminated several possibilities but needed another direction. Probably a controller issue. OEM install and Ford is scheduling 4 weeks out . Got a name and # from mobile tech and an appointment for day after tomorrow! Great service, glad I called.

Greg and his team are excellent people to work with! I trust him with our corporate and all of my personal business! Just got some tires for my Tacoma (wheels were also sold and installed by pitcrew) and it was a breeze! Thank you!!

This is a tremendously slick service! We used to make tire appointments with our dealer, drop the minivan off, wait 3-4 hours and then go pick it up again. With Pit Crew we made our appointment, set the tires next to the vehicle then they came and had it done in less than an hour. It's more expensive this way, but the convenience is unbeatable! Plus the employee was uniformed, polite and very professional. This is going to be our only tire rotation/replacement company from now on.

Had a broken leaf spring on my 40 foot 5th wheel that was replaced in 2 hours from the initial phone call to back on the road.Andrew was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Great service.

Received busisness info from Kurt @ Interstate Battery. Grandson moved to Rapid City Aug 2023- from NY. Car wouldn't start in garage @ home. Pit Crew 2 YOU- was great (Greg) in communicating/scheduling for battery jump / testing & start vehicle. Issue addressed- new battery- still NO start. Greg sent another tech do diagnostic--and car started with several attempts. Car had NOT been run couple weeks- some moisture issue. UP & GOING NOW thx Greg & all @ Pit Crew 2 You- Rapid City- appreciated sincere / caring customer care!A gramma from NY--

I started using PIt Crew 2 You to get winter tires and didn't realize they did oil changes as well but when they put my summer tires back on my truck it was due for a oil change and service so they were able to take care of it. I the love one stop and reasonable price they provided!Update: 11/2I really appreciate the team at Pit Crew 2 You I've been in Rapid City for just over a year now and have used a couple other places...till I found Greg and his team. I've used them exclusively now several times and will continue going back!Thank you Greg for all the great personable service on our vehicles!UpdateGreg and the crew have helped me out so many times, recently I rented a trailer to move and of course I was pushing my time and caught the trailer tire on the front of a snow plow blade and ripped the sidewall open Greg had am equal tire in stock and was able to get me back to moving, Thank you, Greg and Crew!Again Pit Crew 2 You, saved me...I have a tire I was putting air in every couple of days took the to the Crew and Greg spotted a screw in the tire just walking by...a quick fix and I'm back on the road!Thank you, Guys!EdI love my truck and I only trust getting it serviced with Gerg and the crew at Pit Crew 2 You!Ed4/28/2023Once again outstanding service with a awesome Crew!Ed8/10/2023Andrew did an awesome job with my oil change and brakes, answered questions I had, and spotted another issue. Extremely impressed, convenient, I never left the house didn't sit in a waiting room, actually smoke a cigar and watched the young professional install 4 new tires, in less than hour, it was wonderful experience, would recommend this service to anyone, thank you.....

Our second excellent experience with this company. New Carlisle tires installed today. Team arrived on time and did a great job at a VERY fair price. Excellent communication with the owner through the entire process of reviewing tire options until the final installation. Installed right at our campsite which was VERY convenient! Highly recommend!!

Unbelievable customer service. Greg and Andrew were extremely helpful. I broke an axle on my travel trailer in Wall, SD and Greg put me in touch with a mobile guy Derek with DNFA repairs that fixed it for us. Then I needed tires and stopped by Greg's shop on our way out and he hooked me up! These guys were life savers! I'm extremely grateful for all their support!

Amazing service and prices! They always find me what I need and give me options for pricing with professional recommendation. Came to our house over the weekend to remove my husbands snow tires. Greg is the LITERAL BEST!!! If you aren t buying your tires from pit crew 2 you- you like wasting your time and money!
