I always cringe walking into these stores because of past experiences that were never that great. Usually you walk in, get no help and feels like you are a problem when asking for it. This time was entirely different. Walked in, right away got a hello and asked what I was looking for,Windshield wipers.. looked up the numbers FOR ME told me the wipers that were on sale, grabbed them for me, when I was paying for them asked if he could install them for me. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! Such a great fast experience. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, they should give him a raise. Lol.

We were very well received of by the blue-haired girl (I couldn't read her name) even though we went almost at the last minute on New Year's Eve due to an emergency with our vehicle. Thank you!

I'm honestly tired of getting help from inexperienced workers. They need to hire people who know what basic parts look like. I had asked this young lady to look up a specific part and she rings up a whole different part. Which obviously wasn't very helpful.

Ordered about 4 radiators for different Makes and Models for vehicles that needed a new one. The radiators I've received from here have never been correct. Something is wrong with where they order their radiators from.

These guys saved my trip, my first breakdown of my travels. I was towed to the store, and found the replacement parts on the shelf. 15 minutes later, back in business!

Customer service is excellent! I needed a new battery and Daman helped me find one and even helped me put it in my car! I was not expecting that. Good customer service is hard to find anymore so thank you very much Daman!!

Went in to get a replacement brake light bulb and walked out afterwards saying I would never go back. I walked in and there were three clerks at the counter and they all just stared at me and didn't say anything so I picked one of them and walked up to him. I regret my choice. The guy went and got me the replacement bulb and then made some smart comment about me needing some electrical grease too. I couldn't hear everything he said because he talked under his breath while looking down instead of speaking up so I could hear him. I just stated that "no, I just needed the bulb". While he rang up my purchase he said something else under his breath and smirked. No idea what he said. I stated that I didn't hear what he said and he just mumbled something else under his breath and smirked again. I finished my purchase and walked out the door. Neither he nor the other clerk that was still standing there said "thank you" or anything else. Rude, childish, inconsiderate staff with smart mouths is not who you want working with the public. Will never go back there and will be telling everyone else I speak with to shop somewhere else as well.

This retailer has several locations in town all of which are easily visible and accessible from the streets they sit on. Every store is clean and well organized and adequately staffed with friendly helpful knowledgeable people. This retailer carries and offers quality auto parts and products at affordable prices. I feel fortunate we have such a great business in our city.

Not sure what happened here today to make my overall experience change. The staff here are usually very helpful and customer service minded. Today, I was helped with recycling used oil by a gentleman who has helped me before. Unfortunately, the customer service level was lacking as I was met with contempt and irritability for using a service they offer for free. I hope they learn something from this review as I won't be returning.

I always buy my auto parts at this O'Reilly Auto parts store. Their prices are great and customer service is even better. I recently had an issue with some parts I had purchased and needed help straightening the situation out. The store manager Jim stepped right in and diligently assisted me with correcting the situation. I would not go anywhere else for my auto parts I need. Thank you Jim and crew!

Disappointed in the "help" that I received. Staff member was condescending and behaved like he had better things to do than help this customer. There were other young men hanging around the counter and it was obvious he would rather have been visiting with them. Will not be returning to that location and don't recommend any one else do so either.

I was greated when I enter the store and asked if I needed help, which I did use. I found what I came for and brousing I found other items.While in the store a lady came in and was purchasing some wiper blades since it was raining. They helped her with the size she needed and installed them for her. I thought that was OUTSTANDING customer service.Great place to get you automotive needs and friendly help.

What a joke this establishment is. The man running the front register tonight was extremely rude to us. The poorest customer service I have seen in decades, and I have been in management of a convenience store chain for twenty three years! I asked him if he had a bathroom, and he said, "NOPE, closed to the public." So, my boyfriend asked him, if he could check our tail light, and he said, "Nope, check a tail light... What's wrong with you?" Someone is making too much money to hold a counter down for eight hours, so it doesn't blow away....if you ask me. He can do nothing, but, stand there, and condescend. I generally like O' Reilly's, as a store, but, this man needs a stern lecture, on customer service. I won't go back to this one....sad.

Gave me a POS code reader that didn't work. They (naturally) said it was my vehicle, which it wasn't. I went to the o'Reillys on NY st and got it read immediately. Don't waste your time going here. You know more than they do.

Had the parts that I needed and even delivered them to me. My truck couldn't be moved when the alternator quit charging so had to ask for them to bring parts over. Very friendly and helpful.

Go to Sturdevants or Autozone. The short round bald guy was the worst customer service rep I have ever encountered. Arrogant, and offered no help whatsoever which makes him worthless working a job like this. I would never hire a guy like this.

Had a very hard to find motorcycle oil in stock even during the rally and it was on sale at an unbelievable price and the employee search then back to find the one extra quart I needed cuz it wasn't on the Shelf

Decent counter crew, parts are of fair quality, as good as they all are anymore.Flow of transactions seems to depend on knowledge and speed of customers.

I went to O Reilly s for brake lights and they checked to make sure it was my brake lights and not my tail lights, it was. Then the guy sold them to me and also put them in for me! Bonus: they were only 5.99 for the pair!! I, of course, bought an extra pair and considered buying a few more but didn t. Needless to say O Reillys rocks!

Usually go out of there way to get you what you need!.Piece I needed 2 battery tie downs, one broke installed and one ends breaking off. Had to drive across town to pick up a replacement
