Sold me bad parts so had to do the labor twice, no discount or attempt to overnight the new part. The worst service. Old guy was nice but needs to take care of customers with integrity.UPDATE. OTHER NAPA IS MAKING IT RIGHT AND REGAINING KY BUSINESS. SO I WILL BUMP TO 3 STAR. Original one star.

I called today, heading into a blizzard, asked if they were open to purchase a specific item for my truck. They said yes. It took me an hour to get there. When i arrived, they knew who i was and i felt they stayed open just to help me. I cannot express my level of appreciation for this service. 1000 percent appreciated. And amazing customer service by all.

Very helpful salesmen. It can be overwhelming to try to find the exact part you're looking for, but the guys at the counter can find it in a jiffy. Very reasonable prices for my needs and everyone is friendly and puts customer service as a priority.

I checked out a couple of places before I went to Napa he helped didn't know what they were doing so when I got to Napa they knew exactly what I needed how to do it and what tools were there and they weren't that overpriced at all Yep this is the place to go if you want to get the real deal and no confusion just straight-out Professional Knowledge

These guys are always pleasant to deal with. Any issues that we ever have with parts, they are always willing to work with us to get the parts we need. Great job guys

I stopped in to pick up a part for my dad, who had called the night before so the part was being held. The guy who took care of me ( I didn't get his name but my receipt says enployee #5) was extremely rude and acted like I was stupid.. then he looked on the computer and it was exactly like I had told him. It was a cash sale for a business so it was supposed to be discounted but being a "dumb girl" it wasn't. I will never do business there again, and will encourage everyone i know to do the same.

Always get good advice for my auto problem, part needed is usually in stock,and sometimes the sales rep has a tip to share to make the job easier!

Normally NAPA employees are knowledgeable and helpful, unfortunately was only redirected to purchase a book in which they did not have and was the only assistance provided. Not the quality and customer service I have known from NAPA.

Helpful people behind the counter, lots of tools and parts. They don't usually have a wait because they have like 4 counter spots.

I constantly expect the service that I DO RECIEVE @O'Reilly. The employees at THIS Napa (Deadwood Ave) are rude and act like my business in an inconvenience.

NAPA know how! I can't get anything done with out them. Keenan Angel and all the pros at Johnson Machine always take care of me and my professional needs.

Out of all the parts stores I would say Napa always has the most knowledgeable counter people. Good prices to.
