Parts are pretty standard. But their service is great. Had functionality issues with a few parts from there, I called and explained what was going on. They hooked me up with better stuff at a lower price.

They had the part I needed. Unfortunately, it's NAPA. They are always and I mean always more expensive than anywhere else in town for automotive parts, tools, or accessories. NAPA is always my final resort if the other three parts stores don't have what I need.

Didn't catch his name , bounced a idea off him concerning a small vacuum line. He suggested some parts to make a new one. I put it together and installed it. To soon see if the makeshift works. Still thanks for your input.

Greg, we think was his name, he was manager, but he did an awesome job in helping us. Had issues with cabin filter and he was so kind in helping explain everything. Was Saturday July 10 at 4:30 pm, but he took his time and helped us.

If you need the extra mile, they go the extra mile....quality over quantity. They stand by their products and have excellent customer service. You get what you pay for! If you want something cheap at the big box stores, that's what you get, cheap. Love this place.

Our truck broke down on our way to mt rushmore. After we got towed back to rapid city, we stopped at NAPA to get parts and fix it. The customer service was beyond amazing! They didn't have the part we needed but ended up getting it from the other store nearby. Highly recommend this store! Thank you again!

Ive been going to this store for a long time as an independant mechanic. Everyone there is so knowledgeable. Exception being the occasional new guy (new guys arent bad, but good help is hard to find). Everyone is great at finding any part, and they have guys with prior mechanic experience that can offer great general advice. Its not always the fastest (depending on time of day). Presumeably because its well known how good these guys are, and they are in high demand

Good NAPA store, attentive, helpful staff. 4 stars instead of five because they were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. I'm from out of town and was hoping they would be. I was. Otherwise, excellent store!

The clerk was incapable of looking up the correct battery, then tried to sell me one that was a different size and argued that it was the right one. I simply went to the other NAPA store in town and bought the correct battery in about 10 minutes.

The gentleman at the counter was able to make us a rattle can of paint that matched the vehicle for touch up and rust prevention after an accident.

Awesome! I bought an alternator at NAPA about a year ago in another state and it went out at my home in South Dakota and I was able to get a free replacement because it has a lifetime warranty on it. Didn't even have my receipt but the NAPA name was on the alternator so I received a new alternator hassle free in a matter of minutes. Will be doing more business with NAPA in the future.

Very rude. As I entered the desk lady seam to ignore me as she worked on her umbrella blocking the light. I approached the desk. Another patron was being helped. The employee asked the secretary to page some one to help me. She continued to ignore us. As the employee fished his ticket he paged then walked by me saying he needed to go in back. Still no one helped me. About 5 min the employee came back and the guy he paged said what do you want. I asked for spark plugs and a cap. Another guy approached and said we dont have them. I said the napa website sent me here. He said we dont cant get them. I found the part number on napa website. He said that's not valid. I showed him the store locator. I said fine do you have plugs. The other guy said we only have 4. I said great I need only 1 but would take 4. Then he said maybe I can get the cap. Still no spark plugs. I said how long. He said they are in back. He then asked the other guy why he was paged. The employee answered to help customers. Then he said that's your job. I said do you have the spark plugs. He said yeah in back just a second. I said dont worry. I walked out 20 min after entering. Worsted service ever. I highly recommend anywhere else in town. If you havnt been there they have a time consuming checkout at another desk to.

Ordering online is convrnient, but the cigarette lighter adapter i bought broke the next day just from unplugging it. Cheap quality, but hardly worth the time and trouble to return it.

Lady was helpful. Part needed was not in stock. Order and delivery for part was more than 3 weeks. Probably part scarcity. Couldn't wait that long. Went elsewhere to find part.

Decent inventory on newer stuff but weak on vintage help. Hard to talk about a 71 chevy with most of countermen it's not in their book good old days are gone

No name on my receipt says employee 19. But he was super helpful the trying to help me find fuses in my car and help me replace them. Which we didn't seem to get any of it done but he was still very helpful. Thank you

Best parts store in Rapid City!! If you nned it they got it or they can get it. Also only parts store in town with a machine shop attached. Stop in! Ask for Tom, Joe or Bill
