John Pentecost was my sales person. I had been doing research on aviators and navigators. My wife mentioned the Corsair and I thought it was going to be too small but it was just right. Then John said they had a 2023 Corsair on the showroom floor that I should look at. We took it for a test drive and liked the car. We then were able to work a trade with this dealership. They gave me a very fair price on my trade and one of the best prices I think you could get anywhere on the 2023 Corsair. John is an honest and good salesman that I would do do business with again anytime.

Great and flexible service. My Sales Consultant, Leo, not only got me into a vehicle that I liked but when I found that I needed to go a different direction he was able to help me get into a newer vehicle that is better. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find the 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat on the lot for sale... a truck I've wanted for over 3 years! It is the color and package of choice. Leo was fantastic... personable, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, expedient and guided us through the sales process in record time! Sales Consultant, Dean Labor, was GREAT! He went above and beyond the call of duty answering my questions and easing my concerns about driving 3 hours away to buy and trade a vehicle at McKie Ford/Lincoln. Leslie was also very helpful and informative on the sales/closing process. Overall, it was a Fantastic car buying experience, and I appreciated the no haggle/no hassle process.

My salesman was awesome. He was with me from the minute I arrived until we left. I love my car and the staff are very polite and helpful. McKie always does a great job in their service department. They have been helpful with setting appointments for safety recalls on my F150 and also for oil changes. They have a great office space that I use while I am waiting for my truck. Keep up the great work!

This was the third place I took my car to for service: the first place upcharged the hell out of me, the second place felt the issue was above them and recommended I take my car to Ford. I couldn t be more pleased that they did. Not only did they acknowledge all of my concerns but they were incredibly thorough. Come to find out that what I thought was the problem wasnt even the problem but something much more simple. Ryan was amazing about talking everything through with and didnt try to sell me anything just told me what I needed. Jeff was the one who physically worked on my car and it runs better than ever. Them and their staff are kind and honest people. 10/10 recommend.

Service was outstanding, BUT it turns out I was lied to by the salesman that sold me the pickup a year ago regarding free service for 2 years. I reported the issue to the Sales Manger and he made good on the deal....THANK YOU, although I'm still upset that I was lied to, so they could make a sale. I think I won't take my business back to McKie Ford or recommend them to any of my friends. The salesman is long gone, but gave the company a bad reputation.

I would like to Thank Ford McKie for a great new car! They allowed me to trade my car in at a great trade in value! I was super thankful they gave me a chance beings I am right out of Highschool with no credit score! I would like to give a special shout out to the dealership guy Jordan Middleton for making this all happen and making me feel comfortable the whole time! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who s wanting to get a new vehicle !

I am a longstanding Ford owner and currently have a 2021 F150. I purchased a used 2016 F150 for my son. While on Spring Break passing thru SD, it broke down on a Sunday. I specifically had him tow it to the McKie Dealership out of loyalty and trust that in an emergency they would take great care of him...well, was I wrong! Told him soonest would even do a simple diagnostic to see if something easy or major was April! No empathy to a stranded, poor college kid. No help with alternate solutions, just sorry, you are on your own! Well, that is pitiful! Whether my child, my wife or myself, I expect more. Could not push back a high priority oil change or simple appointment for an Emergency situation. Here I am scrambling from Ohio when boots on the ground refuse to offer any help. Do NOT ever use Mckie Ford, as they don't care about helping people out!

Dean Labor is excellent to work with when purchasing a new car, this is the second time I ve worked with Dean and it s been a pleasure both times. John and Aaron are the best!!!I worked with Aaron first over the phone and text before my husband and I made the trip to Rapid City. He was very quick to answer all my questions and super friendly!Aaron was not there the day that my husband and I were able to come to Rapid City and he arranged for us to meet with John.John was awesome and got along with my husband so great which goes along way when it comes to my husband buying a car. lolAnyway, everything went flawlessly, and John was easy and a lot of fun to work with!

Everybody was great! Aaron was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. They all made the experience easy and pain free. They even have a free snack and drink station to help yourself to if you are thirsty or have to wait during any part of the process. Very happy with my experience here!

Update: Notice how non-responsive their response. They are "no-first" people. No reason their tech couldn't open the door and write down the code while he was changing my oil.Car purchase was a great experience. Interactions with service department have been a disappointment. They have zero respect for anyone's time. 2 hour oil changes with only 2 cars ahead of you. They are generally "no" people. Example, I am here for an oil change today, I asked if the staff person changing my oil can open the tailgate door and write down the date code (no tools needed, literally just looking at 2 numbers printed on the handle; simple 5 second process). I am hoping to avoid coming back in 2 weeks for another 2 hour appointment to write down the date code. They don't trust that I can open the tailgate and give them the code over the phone. This has to occur before they will order the replacement part for the recall (er, "CSP"). Meaning I'll have to come back a 3rd time to get it installed. Every Ford dealership I have used in the past would find a way to yes and get this all done in 1 visit, not 3. Don't get me started on the lack of a mobile service option. Ford has such a wonderful national program that this place opts out of.

I just picked up our new to us Silver 2022 Ford Maverick XLT FX4 4K on Friday August 25, 2023 from Mckie Ford. Our sales rep was Rhett Lewis. In all of my wife and I's experiences of buying cars, this was by far the smoothest transaction. Thanks to Rhett and his professionilism throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions, and we never felt he was just trying to get a vehicle sold. He listened to our concerns and found us our first truck. If we buy another vehicle, it will be through McKie Ford.

I do not usually post reviews, but this case is quite different. I am traveling and had a minor issue with my Ford. I was in Rapid City for a few days and chose to get it fixed. I showed up and was immediately greeted kindly, diagnosed quickly, and put in the quick service lane. Estimated time of 2 hours. One hour later, my vehicle was fixed. At a total cost of $7 for one light bulb. No labor, no matter how much I protested. Everyone was kind and helpful. And while I neither live close nor want more breakdowns, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return.

In July I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick. The sales and service staff have been professional, courteous and helpful especially Steve in service. I am less pleased with Ford Motor Company as my truck would not connect too Ford Pass. After three months and six appointments the issue is resolved.

Rude service department and any basic service be prepared to schedule weeks in advance. They do not send out confirmation texts or emails so if you miss the appointment, too bad and they are not helpful in fitting you in. Never getting work done here. Other Ford dealerships are significantly better.
