Dante and all the staff were very professional! They listened to our needs and wants with out being pushy. They made the overall experience easier and answered all our questions and concerns! Couldn t be happier with the sales team and our new palisade!

Sales staff was very thorough and explained many features of the vehicle when we bought it. Service has been very good, although sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get an open time for an appointment. Our overall experience with Liberty Hyundai has been very good. We like our 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited AWD.

The experience about buying a car is all about your sales contact within the dealership and my 5 star experience was based on Adam who I called speedy Adam who started my buying process while I was in Europe and followed up with me the whole way picking me up at my hotel after I landed. Love my car and I would recommend Liberty, but ask for Adam! Thanks to the whole Liberty team!!

I had a big issue with their phone service last week and was making appointments elsewhere. I was called back and they fixed the issue. I still have a problem with their phones and not being able to connect with a real person quickly, but I guess the way of things now. Their service department went all out for me during this visit. Thanks

Antwan is the best. He helped us locate a pickup that fit our needs and made sure it was serviced and ready for us. Every question was answered and every concern was addressed. We think he s the perfect example of what a salesman should be.

I missed my appointment OOPS! No problem; Rainy was understanding and fit me in much sooner than I expected. I felt cared-for by the staff at Liberty. More than one person asked after my comfort and if I needed anything while I waited for my vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. They let my dog wait with me and she got a treat!Rainy is a jewel. She kept me up updated on the progress of my car fix and oil change. I liked the teamwork of the office staff and mechanics. I appreciate I was in and out as efficiently as possible. I recommend Liberty and I will return when I need maintenance and further repair.

The sales department was great and everything went fine during the purchase process. However the people that do the parework and titels stuff can't seem to read very well. They sent all the paperwork to the wrong address when it clearly states my address on the paperwork. That is really a problem for me when it isn't hard to read. I suggest you double check everything before you leave.

These people have some scummy manipulative practices. I ve been here before for a preschesuled maintenance and already they had given me a hard time before, but I stupidly came back for an oil change. The guy had clearly remembered me from last time cause he was making references to the last encounter and I told him again that I had a pre paid maintenance for an oil change after he gave me the quote. I waited for another 30 minutes for him to tell me that it could not be applied and that they had already done the oil change when I had GIVEN HIM THE PRE PAID MAINTENANCE CARD AT TIME OF QUOTE! I PAID $115 For an oil change which I find ludicrous and I love how we re acting nonchalant that this is a normal price for an oil change and tire rotation! They will never get my coins again. Don t give them the time of day to waste.

The sales team here isn't the best, the sales guy we had acted nice but was rushing us, and tried to withhold info like our trade in value, and wanted to run our credit before we could weigh all the factors. We went to Kopren instead and the sales lady there made us feel comfortable and seemed like she actually wanted to help us, she gave us time to weigh all the factors and worked with us on price and also kopren valued our trade in $700 more than this dealership.

I posted a review. Not sure where it went. Just want to say I was treated with respect and then some. Day after Christmas I was leaving to come home to Wisc. My Hyundai Santa Fe gave up on me. The transmission and gearshift worn out. Long story on vehicle purchased at a used car dealership in Wisc. Arggggh. I had to get home, so I bought a brand new vehicle. The Hyundai Venue. I first saw it and said don't even show me that green thing it's ugly . I crawled into a Elantra and said forget it. Not for me. Walking back by I decided to sit in the ugly green thing. I like it. It's actually a pretty green apple fleck color. 20 miles on odometer. My very first NEW vehicle. Rides comfortable. Have to learn all the gadgets. Wonderful warranty. John, sales consultant (now) was wonderful and patient with me. Very helpful, fun, and carring. Thank you Liberty motors. Great experience.

Cole is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He is one of those sales people that can make you know you are important, but does not give the impression that he NEEDS the sale, more like, he wants to help you get the best for you. He even answered, honestly, questions about other cars I had looked at elsewhere. Did not bash or trash them and even shared good points about them. He was so respectful of my time and the need I had to test drive, then do so again, then leave and come back and really think about my decision. The rest of the team at Liberty Hyundai were there to answer questions on the day i came in and Cole was out. Thanks to Cole, Jace and the crew at Liberty Hyundai you guys were awesome. I came in to view used cars with my son, and left a month later with a brand new Hyundai, as did my son. I never felt one bit of pressure to look or buy.

What we loved1. No price haggling (what you agreed is what you pay)2. No forced upselling (of markups, warranties, financing or protection plans)3. The flexibility (we are not from SD; they said you can take it whenever you want)4. The vehicle (Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy is a tough benchmark to beat in its class)5. and most importantly- the dealership (Chris Leak especially; also Lace and others. Very cordial, and professional)

We worked with Layne during our purchase process. We were from out of town and he answered all my many questions over text/phone as I had them over a few weeks. Our vehicle came in new and we requested the front windows be tinted and Layne had it done within a day which we were very happy with. Upon picking up our vehicle, Layne was out of office, but appointed Cole to help us and he was happy to help and just as great. He was friendly and got the process done quickly without any hiccups. We were in and out in around an hour and we are VERY happy with our new vehicle. Highly recommend Liberty if you are looking for an easy process with salesmen that aren't pushy and listen to what you want.

I would recommend everyone shop here! We traveled 3 hours to shop at another dealership and ended up at Liberty Mazda instead. We worked with Andrew and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with us to get the perfect trade evaluation and warranty package for your new vehicle. Best car buying experience ever!

Awesome staffs. I had been trying to get my car in for a full check before leaving SD but it wasn t working out with my work schedule. They didn t have any appointments open at the time but I gave them the dates I m not working; so I asked one of their staffs to call me if they get a cancellation. They did called me with a last minute appointment. When I got there, the staff explained everything to me before taking my car keys. When everything was done, they explained when was my next check and what my car lease package deal covers. Overall, the staffs was courteous and knowledgeable.

Chris the mechanic was awesome 10/10. Rainy the service agent was amazing about getting my car in quickly 10/10. Both amazing people and I'm glad there were able to get me in to get my vehicle fixed.

Always an easy process of doing business with these guys! Our go-to salesman, Lane is always professional, easy going, and extremely helpful. Jace and Nate are also amazing in the finance department. 10/10 would recommend this place for car shopping!

Over the years, I have purchased several cars from a variety of dealers. My experience at Liberty Hyundai is one of the best experiences I've had-- despite the vehicle shortage. Some of the things that I really appreciated include:1) No surprises. There was no effort to "add-on" gimmicks like window etching, brake light packages, etc.2) Low Pressure. The negotiation process was smooth and straight forward. Although items such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other items were available I never felt pressured to purchase.3) Low Doc fee. The $250 document fee was shared with me up front and is competitive compared to other dealers I've worked with.4) Respected my time. The transaction and paperwork went smoothly and took about an hour. Sometimes buying a care can cause one to feel like they've been rung through the wringer. It was refreshing to leave excited about my purchase and knowing that I had been treated fairly.4) knowledgeable Sales staff: I worked with two professionals, Donte and Layne. Both were very responsive, accommodating, and professional.I'd buy another car from Liberty Hyundai in a heart beat.

We came in looking for a new car. The one I had been looking at for while online turned out to be way to small and not a good fit for what my husband and I needed. Cole helped us find the perfect car. He gave us different options on different lots. But we ended up settling on a certified pre owned that just came onto the lot. Cole was so helpful, answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure the car was a good fit for us. I highly recommend Cole! The buying process was so easy and fast. Thank you guys for making buying our first "new" car stress free and simple! We will be back again to purchase our next vehicle in the future.

Happy they were able to sell me and Cara is interested in with limited supply called right away when I was available. Expect me to return to dealership for paperwork for licensing and when requested to mail paperwork for inflexible on how they would approach that. Tucson itself has a weird quirk where you can't lock the doors with the door lock on the handle when you exit the car very frustrating and simple should not have been designed that way no common sense and logic in the engineering.

We had bought from liberty previously, and looked to trade in the Hyundai we had. After hearing all the ads about returns and trade ins being worth more, we thought this might have been a good time to trade in for something better with some leg room. Apparently not. The first option, would have increased our payments to over 600 a month at a high interest rate, and when we had a second choice, the difference was about 583 a month on a car just under 100k. Our car is just over 50k...and looking at the numbers, we'd get nothing for our car. So we declined. The salesman did reach out, with another offer, but still over 100 more a month, on a car with nearly twice the milage....not worth it.

Although we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Liberty I wanted to share my great experience with Chris Leak. We were interested in two different cars that happened to be at different lots. He arranged to have them at the closest lot to my workplace, had the cars backed up near the front door and ready for a test drive. Can't say I have seen better customer service than what I had with Chris. He made a great impression on us!
