The crew over a Liberty got my vehicle repaired and back to me faster than expected. They were personable and professional and they will be my number 1 for any paint work in the future.

This process of fixing my car s body damage with insurance has taken longer than my attention span. The staff at Liberty are the first ones to actually help me with getting the damage fixed because this time it s the front headlamp and can t be ignored. Waylon at Liberty gave me the confidence to get the repairs done that will put my beloved Chrysler safely back on the road.The staff at Liberty was really listening for what I was saying, deciphering how they could help me going forward with my car, and that is a rare thing.Getting the parts is taking a long time they said, but when I went in to ask, it will only be a couple weeks of delay. It seems to me with recent strikes and generally slower post-pandemic turn around times, two weeks is pretty quick!Everywhere I go customer service seems to have evolved from the customer is always right to the customer is never satisfied. I think that s the fault of us customers. We are defensive, focused on the accident not the solution, worried we ll be taken advantage of. As grown adults we customers do better voicing empathy when, just like us, everything isn t perfect, and gratitude for good work.The staff at Liberty is busy and focused on getting the cars done efficiently. There is little time to say more than thanks when handed the keys, but we customers need to take a moment to appreciate that everyone at Liberty is doing their very best for us.

Staff made an excellent job fixing the corrosion and dents of my wrangler. They got it done quickly than I expected.

You can't even tell it was wrecked, everything looks so beautiful, but I did jokingly tell the guys I would say "meh it's better than it was"

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with Waylon and I will definitely bring my vehicle here after the next hail storm.
